delsolrob is going hunting armed with Epistane and AP - pulse cycle w/ log

Thanks Guys! I'll post some better pics when I have time...maybe I can get a friend to take a pic of my back.

Hey Rob, thanks for linking me up. It's always invigorating and re-investing to see someone who has their sh*t together do something right and get sick results. Excellent job with your training and everything man! Well done!

Thanks man, I could have been a little more diligent and it makes me wonder how my results would have differed...but in the end I'm happy with this cycle!

Now it's time for the PCT Blues :-)

I hate how everyone has a tan. Makes me want to hit something.

lol, move to SoCal and you can't help but get a little brown.

But, then again, what doesn't make you want to hit something? you're just a punching machine TL!

Ugh, I wont be back out there until Thanksgiving... and by that time it will be gettin kinda chilly...

It doesn't have to be 'blue'. Torem + Recreate

What up FOG? What's the rationale for Recreate in PCT? Just strictly as a therm / fat burner?
What's going on Timberlakers? I just threw it in, because I started repping for the company.

jk. hahaha!

I would say for the fact that it's not really taxing on the CNS, for the mood benefits, and the anti-catabolic effects. It doesn't zap systemic cortisol levels, it inhibits the conversion of cortisol to cortisone. It targets fat in stubborn areas. Users report strength gains while taking this product as well and this is very common. A component in Recreate has also been proven to raise testosterone levels.

I'm going to get on it when my USP package comes in.

With Recreate, you wouldn't need an AI with PCT in my opinion as I think Recreate would give you a drier physique.

Word... Gotcha. Yeah, G-Money and I both ran the AP / RC stack. I liked the results - just never thought to run a fat burner in my PCT. Maybe next time - I have all the crud I need this time around.

Hahaha! Good deal holmes! I wouldn't necessarily stick it with the 'fat-burners', as it's a broad term ya know? Most of them would just jack cortisol up even higher than it is in PCT and fry out your CNS/adrenals. So, you're right... it's not really wise to take a typical fat-burner in PCT. Some have good results taking clen during PCT, because it has anti-catabolic properties, but I'd not recommend it.

at metrobas request I have updated my Avi!

again, I'm hoping to get some better pics this week...I just wanted to get something up (I'd been slacking on getting my picks posted).

I can't believe that thursday will mark the third week of my PCT!

I still feel very strong in the gym:D

still feel a little suppressed though...prob just a lot of stress from all the stuff going on...I need to order some more ashwagandha and Relora.

Yeah I love how fast pct goes by! Def get on that cortisol stack bretha!

Sensoril ;) I ran this stack for a while. Effective.

You can read the info I posted about the Relora & Sensoril combo, but the log ends pretty badly. haha!

Thanks FOG! I found some Ashwaganda at a supp shop tonight and I have pleanty of relora (don't know why I bought to bottles of relora and only one of ashwaganda).

next time around I'll try Sensoril!

Whats the difference between these two?

Well, there are a lot of medical studies showing the impressive synergy between Relora and Sensoril. Sensoril is a patented, more potent extract of ashwaganda that has more of the active components available.

neato. I actually havent tried ashwaganda but have thinking about a cortisol stack last week or so. Sounds interesting

The Relora and Ashwagandha have really helped keep me from craving sweets...midway through my cycle I was CRAVING anything sweet; especially at night! StrategicMove recommended this stack to me to help with this and it's been very helpfull!

I bet my recomp wouldn't have been so successfull without it (I would have been snacking every night before bed).

also, I'm really starting to feel like I'm leaning again!

I need to weigh myself...I think I've dropped a bit of water weight!

I didn't think that Epi would cause water retention, but that's how I feel. I'll keep updates on this.

I had a little bit of water retention from Epi. - a little. So your not THAT crazy

thanks for the reassurance Rob!

feeling leaner has me a little stoked to get some more progress pics up:bb2:

haha I know that feeln. Every time I post pics I look better the next day.

haha, then I'll get in front of the camera and say "I feel FAT!"

I'm the same way dude. My cravings come around 10:30 at night. I have no cravings if I get to bed early, but sometimes there is just too much to do, and like clockwork, 10:30 comes and I hear 7-11 beckoning my name. lol.

You ever get those sugar free slurpees at 7-11? Schwing.

Haven't really been on here for a while.

I just got my MRI results for my shoulder...no surgery for now!!!!

I got a cort shot in my shoulder and I have to revisit my doctor in a month...hopefully things get better!

the above link should take you to post 394. 394 and 395 contain my before and after pics...I think the recomp was great!

I've seen hit and miss results with pulsing and it's a great topic for discussion...If I remember correctly, I still struggled with suppression and loss of libido. but, this is a cycle that I would do again (especially considering how much I've learned in the last year)!

Sexeh tam!
