Nice job man... Very good cycle for you.
Hey Rob, thanks for linking me up. It's always invigorating and re-investing to see someone who has their sh*t together do something right and get sick results. Excellent job with your training and everything man! Well done!
I hate how everyone has a tan. Makes me want to hit something.
lol, move to SoCal and you can't help but get a little brown.
But, then again, what doesn't make you want to hit something? you're just a punching machine TL!
It doesn't have to be 'blue'. Torem + RecreateThanks man, I could have been a little more diligent and it makes me wonder how my results would have differed...but in the end I'm happy with this cycle!
Now it's time for the PCT Blues![]()
It doesn't have to be 'blue'. Torem + Recreate
What's going on Timberlakers? I just threw it in, because I started repping for the company. What up FOG? What's the rationale for Recreate in PCT? Just strictly as a therm / fat burner?
With Recreate, you wouldn't need an AI with PCT in my opinion as I think Recreate would give you a drier physique.
Hahaha! Good deal holmes! I wouldn't necessarily stick it with the 'fat-burners', as it's a broad term ya know? Most of them would just jack cortisol up even higher than it is in PCT and fry out your CNS/adrenals. So, you're right... it's not really wise to take a typical fat-burner in PCT. Some have good results taking clen during PCT, because it has anti-catabolic properties, but I'd not recommend it.Word... Gotcha. Yeah, G-Money and I both ran the AP / RC stack. I liked the results - just never thought to run a fat burner in my PCT. Maybe next time - I have all the crud I need this time around.
SensorilI can't believe that thursday will mark the third week of my PCT!
I still feel very strong in the gym
still feel a little suppressed though...prob just a lot of stress from all the stuff going on...I need to order some more ashwagandha and Relora.
Thanks FOG! I found some Ashwaganda at a supp shop tonight and I have pleanty of relora (don't know why I bought to bottles of relora and only one of ashwaganda).
next time around I'll try Sensoril!
Well, there are a lot of medical studies showing the impressive synergy between Relora and Sensoril. Sensoril is a patented, more potent extract of ashwaganda that has more of the active components available.Whats the difference between these two?
The Relora and Ashwagandha have really helped keep me from craving sweets...midway through my cycle I was CRAVING anything sweet; especially at night! StrategicMove recommended this stack to me to help with this and it's been very helpfull!
I bet my recomp wouldn't have been so successfull without it (I would have been snacking every night before bed).
I'm the same way dude. My cravings come around 10:30 at night. I have no cravings if I get to bed early, but sometimes there is just too much to do, and like clockwork, 10:30 comes and I hear 7-11 beckoning my name. lol.
You ever get those sugar free slurpees at 7-11? Schwing.
Wow, a Waynes' World reference...
Haven't really been on here for a while.
I just got my MRI results for my shoulder...no surgery for now!!!!
I got a cort shot in my shoulder and I have to revisit my doctor in a month...hopefully things get better!
Sweet deal bro, now get the the gas lamp and
