My Sick Summer Cut (Sponsored in part by Band-Aid)

I admire the full frontal assault you attacked those shoulders with. Full scale destruction. I believe on my next cycle, I'm going to have to give that 6 caps of pre-workout MMV2 a spin!! It seems to make you go butt-@ss crazy!! Love it!!

Thanks brother!

I'd love to see what you do on six! I can only imagine it'd be downright scary.:icon_lol:

Arnolds are brutal. I don't do them enough... gonna be a staple of my natty few months before the super....

I second the Arnolds.. Used to be a staple - thanks for reminding me. Welcome to my PCT b*tches...

Also, nice f*cking Military - I take it that is a free-weight BB? I would like to try 185 with a spotter. Ballsy dude.

Actually, I did this one on a Smith, since I had no spotter. I really shoulda gone up a little in weight, but I figure it evens out.

Day two. I'd forgotten just how big my nuts normally are...

Which is to say, so far so good:thumbsup:. Decided to take 100mg clomid last night and tonight, just the first two days, to help kickstart, then I'll be dropping it altogether and just riding the nolva 40/40/20/20, or maybe even 40/30/20/10...we'll see. I really feel like its going to be an easy rebound. Despite my high dosages, I wasn't really using very suppressive compounds and for the first time, I omitted my bed-time dose, splitting doses between morning and afternoon. First time I used that approach and I think it made a difference.

Also at 4 DTH right now. Going to count how many weeks I can run at 5 e/d (I actually put on a bit more mass last time I got up that high :D)

This one is for G-Money... cause you know I got this.

I'm definitely out there for the most anabolic day of the year. Thanksgiving.

George Clinton and a parody of Mad Max? What's not to love about that video? Tupac was the man.

I agree with the quick clomid blast for just a few days. But if I were you, I would lower the Nolva doses for 3 reasons. 1. It is very commonly over dosed. It can be run very successfully at just 20/20/10/10 especially after a mild run like yours was. 2. It will prove more economical to run it thusly also. Saves more money for gear! lol Seriously you can run it at the dosage I just prescribed with NO worries. 3. Nolva is more hepatoxic than the anabolic compounds that most people run. FACT.

20/20/10/10, huh? I don't know. I'm nervous about not rebounding well. You absolutely sure about this? 20/20/10/10 and DTH is all you think I'm going to need going forth?

I trust your judgment, so if you're certain, I'll give it a shot.

I'm sure about the Nolva dosing. It is plenty considering what you just ran. Now if you just ran Halotestin or Anadrol then we would up it!! ha ha But I would still have you run things like DHEA and fenugreek, and PCS if you have it, during PCT in addition to your DTHC. And of course all the usual support supps. You know!! :stick::lol: Hey everybody must be partying this weekend. It's getting lonely over in the Thunda-hood. Come over and check out this morning's workout report. It was one worthy of being recorded. For sure.

alright, I tried 20mg last night. Yep, I'm actually planning on picking up some fenugreek and dhea tomorrow (I've been really busy). What kind of dosing sheme do you recommend for dhea again?

I just want to re-iterate that you'll be fine with the lower Nolva dosage. I wouldn't even use it after a cycle such as yours. I would have just went OTC for such a mild run. So you will be perfectly fine!! How are you planning on dosing the fenugreek? I suggest 2 grams per day for the first 2 weeks. Then you could taper it down to 1 gram per day for the last 2 weeks. Split up the doses into 2 separate doses per day. Morning and afternoon. And the DHEA: Start high and taper down. You're doing a 4 week PCT, correct? Then go 200/150/100/50 and take the whole dose first thing in the morning. Keep the Vitamin C dosing high also to combat cortisol. 4 to 6 grams everyday! Remember to take the Nolva at night. There is a method to all of this madness!! :fool2:

Many thanks, TG! You da man!!! Yep, I always dose my serms at night before bed. Yeah, I was curious about the fenugreek also. I'm going to rock this muthafcukin' pct!

What's good TG2?

I'll tell you what's good..13.4% bf, homeslice!!! (Thanks for the setup, by the way:thumbsup:)

That's right...I dropped 3% in 6 weeks....what's my muthacukin' name??:head::head::head:

THAT sounds like a successful cut in my book. Especially when you figure in that I've added muscle. I'm weighing 198lb...only 1lb less than when I started. You do the math. That's a nice chunk of muscle.

Final measurements coming up...let me just go bend a couple of BBs, throw a DB or two through the windows, and chew on a 45lb plate first. Chest in 5, b!tches.

DOOM CREW!!!!!!!!!!

VERY good numbers indeed bro! You gained size and strength while cutting bodyfat significantly. It just don't get no better than that!! TG2 is yo mudda-fukkin name!! :head:

Oh, hells yes. Shoulders last night. No PRs to be had, but I hope you'll find it was a workout worthy of a Berserker of Odin, and a muthafcukin' loony toon from the Doom Crew!

Military Press
2 x 8 @ 185lb

Behind-the-neck Mil Press
2 x 10 @ 135lb

Arnold Press
2 x 8 @ 45lb

Rear delt raise
2 x 12 @ 20lb

Lateral raise
2 x 10 @ 25lb

Front DB raise
2 x 8 @ 30lb

Shrugs
4 @ 395lb
6 @ 355lb
8 @ 275lb
12 @ 225lb

I kept it to 2 sets each excercise on the delts because I started with those presses from the 3 different angles. I find that the 3 are great compound movements, but each hits its own head of the delt particularly hard (ie: Arnolds kill anterior delts, etc.). Try it out. I actually had to force myself through the iso excercises. Arms either tonight or tomorrow, depending on what time I leave work.

I gotta make a note to do arnolds after Military tomorrow.

Those are some heavy DB Front raises... and shrugs for that matter.

What do you do for your rear delt raise? Hand on a bench and swing your arm back?

I see you've dropped the intensity techniques. Good idea. Ease up for a few weeks and then dive back in again. You know I'm doing a modified DC routine right now. It's a DC/Thundergod Training Principle. But you blast for anywhere from 6 to 8 weeks. You carry all work sets to absolute failure, then you rest-pause for 20 or 30 seconds, go again and expect to hit at least 3 or 4 more reps before hitting failure again. Then you rest-pause for another 20 or 30 seconds and go again hoping to get 1 or 2 last reps before hitting failure again. Then you could do some partial reps or a static hold on the very last rep of the set. You keep trying to increase either the weights or the reps from the workout before. Like I said, you do this for about 6 to 8 weeks. Then you do a 2 week cruise period, where you back off from going to failure and instead stop a couple of reps short of where you would normally hit failure. It's a planned periodization method. I love it. I've been blasting for 5 weeks now. I'm going to blast for 1 more week and then do my 2 week cruise. After the cruise, it'll be time for my next cycle to start. Then I'll start my new blast at the same time. It's gonna be SWEET!!! :food::head:

No, I sit on the bench, lean forward an dto my raises 2 handed. I also do a 1-arm movement, which is basically the same form as a 1-arm row, btu I do a rear delt raise. I swap them out depending on which workout I go with.

Hit those Arnolds, bro! They are killers.

You know it, brudda! This week I wanted to go heavy, you know, just to show the iron beast that I could still take it down just the same :duel:. Next week I'm traveling so I only have 1 day in the gym, and I've decided to do a full body w/ heavy compounds. Just bench, mils, curls, extensions, pulldowns, squats. Real straight forward. Following week, low weight, slooooow controlled reps at higher ranges. Then another heavy and my pct will be finished, and I'll be back on intensity. Going to start incorporating more of those rest-pauses you love so well, TG. It's been a while since I gave them their due.

Sounding good bro. You know a lot about all the different training priciples there are to choose from. I like that. I get very bored with "typical" workouts that you see almost everyone else performing. I need the intensity and excitement to keep me motivated. I crave my next workout like a crack addict craves his next "push"!! You have the right idea about that 1 available workout before you go. That's what I would do also. A whole body workout hitting compound exercises with heavy weights. And when you finish PCT, I think you would absolutely love a modified DC routine like the one I employ. Those rest-pauses are even better than drop-sets in my opinion. It's a greater amount of intensity because you do NOT lower the weights. After your deep-breathing pause, you go at the same heavy-ass weight again. Then again!!! :aargh: But, I don't think that you would opt for a "true" DC routine anymore than I did. It's VERY abbreviated to say the least. I add a few back off sets and some iso exercises as well. I GOT TO!!! :fool2: I know you've probably read up on DC training, but here's a little material. Did em today!! After machine press tho. 3 sets of 55 pounds at 9 reps.

Look into getting some resistance bands for travelling. When I travel on business, I just throw those in my suitcase. Can do heavy squats, curls, tripceps, bench press, military... It's the s*it...

You should just carry around 150lbs in adjustable dumbbells wherever you travel... just a dufflebag full of weights. LMAO. The airlines would take a sh*t.

Hahaha, that would be awesome... But seriously - those bands can give you a solid workout rivaling that of weights. I would never use them to replace weights, but as a supplement to my workouts, they kick ass.

You know it bro! I'm actually not totally versed in DC, though I get the concept. I'm goign to read this info and see what's up.

Not a b ad idea, broski. I've actually read where some guys use them as an intensity technique, on the end of a set ON TOP of whatever weight they're pushing! Interesting approach that I've actually wanted to try.

Well, that full-body workout taxed the fcuk out of me! Broke two PRs on power lifts!!! Hell to the muthafcukin' yeeeaaaah!:bb3:

Bench
4 @ 305lb (broke the 3 hunny mark, baby!) - PR!

12 @ 225lb
15 @ 185lb

DB Curl
4 @ 65lb - PR!

Mils

Lat pulldown
3 x 10 @ 140lb

Yeah, and you can get two differnent tensions for like 5 bucks a piece. Cheap fix.

Where the fcuk my homies at???

I'm back biatches, and ready to kick some serious ass. PCT has gone smoother than a stripper's ass (one of the high class ones, none of that that bumpy butt shizznit). Just about to finish it off.

Monday I'm starting an EC run along with some of the new Dicana and some Napalm for a nice 4 week cutter...gonna get even leaner before I rock a little mdrol 2 weeker:thumbsup:. I might actually run two of these before then. I'd like to be about 10-11% when I run it, then put on soem nice dry muscle.:head:

Welcome back brother!! Time for a cut, huh? I can definitely recommend the ECA stack!! See what that sh*t will do??!!! It worked on my fat arse!!! :head:
