all videos must be of a CHEST rep, set, workout, or montage. this includes ANY and all exercises qualified as working the pectoralis major.

Prize pool will be determined based upon number of official entries:

1-10 entrants: Winner gets a full Max-Out cycle(2 bottles), 2nd place gets 1 bottle Max-Out

11-15 entrants: Winner gets a full Max-Out/Reversitol/Testabolan cycle, 2nd place gets a full Max-Out/Testabolan cycle

5) No entries will be accepted after August 25th 11:59pm EST.

6) Voting to determine the winner will take place starting August 27th.

7) All entrants must name their video on youtube "i-Force Max-Out Hardcore Chest Competition" and they must also provide a working link to Invalid Link Removed in their video description. Any entrants without these 2 things will be disqualified.

8)No vote whoring is allowed. Voting will be done on Invalid Link Removed and every IP will be checked. Post whoring includes - making more than 1 username to vote, telling random people to vote for you, and any other dubious act

Sympathy bottles......um :lol: It doesn't have to be how strong you are, just a hardcore workout for you like a high amount of reps or a crazy superset.:thumbsup:

Whats up with the negativity. If you do not want to enter thats fine, but its not a "stupid contest" were giving a way a lot of free supplement and a grand prize to the olypia for FREE. A lot of posters here and other forums post up workout videos all the time.

Damn, I just had my max effort bench day yesterday too. All kinds of good stuff, 475 reverse band press, floor press w/ chains etc. Maybe I will get my dynamic effort on tape this Wednesday.

I have two videos from tonight, my camera couldnt go long enough to film it all together so i had to break it up...is this ok as 1 entry because in reality it was all part of my 1 chest workout today?

pretty sick mayn!!! would love to get into that style of training.

Too bad all mine is nothing but dumb bells..... maybe Ill Vid a superset burnout.... too bad my camera can only do 60 second clips.... damn, id love to get down on this.
 
how long does it usually take for Youtube videos to upload? mine has been uploading for 20 minutes and still isnt done
dude open a second screen just in case it really is taking that long and try loading it again... sounds like your connection has timed out or something... Dont stop the current one just in case but simultaniously do it on another window.

DB Incline: 60x6.5, 60x6
Cable Cross: 35x8,25x15
Pull-up: Bwx8

Why Its Hardcore
Not gonna lie, I could have done about 10-15 Reps with the first set of flat bench, but i made up for it with my other exercises. I blasted myself through this and ran a quadruple superset, literally. As you can see, I was quite winded and my upper body felt like a noodle. I went for intensity as well as rep/weight combination, not so much leaning towards weight or reps. Thanks for the consideration IFORCE!​

Austin the music in your videos makes the entire workout seem very un-core.:icon_lol:
