I thought i'd bring this to some of your attention. I'd also like to hear your thoughts on it as well. Eight years into this field, and i've had to endure the best and worst of scenarios. My job very much includes the patient advocate role which i embrace, and feel is VERY important in the broad spectrum of proficient medical care. I've had my bouts with doctors over the years when keeping the patients best interests/safety at hand.

My approach to this field is not only effective medical treatment/care, but of the whole person overall. Those of you that also deal with the general public know this is no easy task. I applaude this great profession for upkeeping its integrity and professionalism year after year in the eye of the general public! :thumbsup:

Trauma, I know what a nurse is...but what's a murse? (Murses RULE!!!!) lol

Anyone who can deal with a lot of the crap that comes into the E.R. and still treat patients with dignity and respect is to be applauded. You are in a profession you can be proud of.

Murse = Male Nurse :lol:

As is your profession my friend. Fire Rescue, Police, and Medical work very close together in the related job fields. I applaude us all!! :thumbsup:
 
Its amazing, at the nursing home I work at I have only meant two murse's so far. Both of them however have dated at least ten good looking nurse's from their unit. It just proves Murse's are Pimps, keep up the good work Trauma and all the other nurses/murse's out there!

I love it overall. I had my fun in the early days of my career, however it's also how i found my wife! :D
 
Male Nurses...Definitely NOT gay, since 1886.
 
Hmmm all the male nurses I've known have been gay, are you sure the marriage is not a front?? LOL!

I've been in the hospital a few times and had both kinds of nurses, some that treat you human and some that act like you don't exist and won't listen to you.

Are you referring to your hairy german "Man Tunnels" again? :lol:

I can assure you the irish and polish don't play the "Man Tunnel" game. Our girls always love to play "Hide the polish kielbasa" lol! Use your imagination there. It's all fair game haha. ;)
