Time to fess up once again. Name the worst or cheesiest songs that you've used to fire up for a workout or anything else.

I'll get the ball rolling with some rather embarrassing ones:

1. Journey - "Don't Stop Believing"
2. Europe - "The Final Countdown"
3. Timbaland - "Apologize"

I'll be offing myself now. Peace.

times of your life by paul anka. I think that is the title.

also, fathers and daughters by paul simon.

Yes I am a loser!!!

I listen to some journey when lifting, but my cheesiest stuff happens during cardio.I could strut on a treadmill all day to Queen's Another One Bites the Dust.

Are we talking about cardio here, too? Everything I listen to for cardio is super mellow. I was listening to Norah Jones yesterday on the treadmill.

Cardio is ok too. Damn, Norah Jones. That's a good one.

I've definitely listened to the Rocky soundtrack many times. That's 1 part cheesy and 1 part awesome IMO.

Norah Jones is the honkey! Soooo sexy without even trying...

^^^Corrected ^^^
Rocky 4 soundtrack is great, try listening to the training montage while doing pull-ups, I bet you will get a PR on them.

while we discuss the rocky soundtrack, from rocky 5 Measure of a Man by Elton john. That always gives me a kick in the a$$

I workout in my friends basement and when we were in need of tunes my friend brought over an old CD player. We turned it on and it was already loaded wit Big Willie Style by Will Smith. We listened to it in its entirety since we had no other CD and no reception....I don't think it can get worse than that lol

i am not ever touching my cardio tunes but...

the other day during my bicep blast i was jamming Eddie Money - Take me home tonight...

*800th post :)

Elton John - Tiny Dancer

I listened to something completely non-threatening and pumped up today; what was it?

Ah, yeah, "I'll Keep Your Memory Vague" by Finger Eleven.

I workout at the YMCA and I forgot my headphones yesterday. I was trying to get pumped for my final heavy set and this came on...

Taylor Swift - Teardrops on my guitar

Try getting pumped with a 17 year chick whining about some boy not liking her "like that"

Journey - Separate Ways

Toto - Africa

Kenny Loggins - Footloose

Mike & The Mechanics - All I Need Is A Miracle

Don't mess with me...

Typical Gym Rat Crap Music TGRCM tunes, if you will.

I can't tell you how many times I heard the choruses "****a get up come on get down wit' the sickness" and "Click Click Pull" when I tried sleeping at night in the days I used to go to a public gym.

I will admit I have some pretty stupid sh*t on my mp3 that I would not want many people to see. Sometimes really corney songs fire me up 4 some reason.

cardio i like techno when im going for prs. I use my sis's ipod n jam to cascada n DHT lol.

Workin out probably something like john mayer "your body is a wonderland" when the random chose that

dont lie....its your iPod

haha i put 2 songs on if im diein on a run n want the fast beat. But my sis is into that club music so i can go nutty with hers.

Im way more into classic rock, which to me is not really lifting to running music. Against the Wind just doesnt do it for me

Beat this sh!t....

"I kissed a girl" - Katy Perry
Sh*t......got it. To my defense I hear that dam song like 6 times a day at the gym I work at.

Leona Lewis: Bleeding Love

It came on the radio at the gym while I was doing singles on the bench. Every since then, whenever it would come on, I would get super geeked and wanna tear the weights up. I used to listen to a lot of R&B in the weight in high school; go figure.

Journey....Survivor....What's the difference.

Cut me some slack...I was 5 months old when Rocky was originally released.

How about --- Poison "Look What the Cat Dragged In"
