pt is getting more advanced now, been staying over and doing upper body. breaking a sweat feels great. taking reduction everyday, along with poseidon/pw/gm. i am actually starting to feel kinda good. i am very optimistic for a full recovery.
Just out of curiosity T, but how can you tell you where defenitely at 60%. You sure it wasn't 59 or 61%.went to gym today-whoohoo. only went 60%, upper body is still strong, i am thinking once i am healed the strength will come back quickly. btw the reduction is working well to keep appetite in check. usually when i am less active i eat-a lot. i been taking a dose of green mag before doing simple things like taking dog for walk, along with a 2 scoop dose of purple wraath to drink on the way. muscle mass and tone is holding up nice. going to a buds house to play poker tonight, wish me luck...:duel:
i have a recovery meter i wear around my waist, it tells me exactly what percentage my recovery is at.:thumbsup:Just out of curiosity T, but how can you tell you where defenitely at 60%. You sure it wasn't 59 or 61%.jk
Looks like the recovery is going great buddy. KEEP IT GOING!!!
hell yeah, im in for the whole ride.[/B]
Thats the idea! Thats the only recovery I am willing to accept, whatever hurdles there will be along the way! No doubt man! Just listen to yourself the WHOLE ride!
:bb3:

just got back from y, really starting to feel like someone who belongs in the gym again. nowhere near impressive numbers, but i am feeling pleased with what i was able to accomplish.:thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:
looking at weights without being able to lift is like being miles from home and getting a postcard. it's like being homesick.:lol:It feels great to get back in the gym after surgery and even just look at the weights

i haven't updated in awhile, but things are going good. upper body strength is returning and rehab of knee is going great. i am feeling good, getting lots of sleep and rest. making the most of time off work, but am trying to get a temp forklift position so i can return to work. damn, i can't believe i actually miss work this much... old school values i guess, was taught that a man is supposed to work.
You are sooooo lucky that the work situation is being understanding. I see too many people get pushed back into things too soon and end up with long term problems. That happens a lot with people who are progressing well, but just a hair shy of being labeled fully recovered.
On the flip side, you sound like you're flying through rehab, probably because you went in with a healthy/solid base.
...must ....resist ....ankle ....weights :head:
Very true as well, strong solid base shouldn't be underestimated
haha i was just telling a guy about last years purple wraath/incarnate/poseidon log,:icon_lol: 4 months long. i was up to 5 miles at the track with 20 pound each ankle weights. cutting grass with them on...ect.:lol:You are sooooo lucky that the work situation is being understanding. yeah, i used to work out at the VA here. physical therapy was included when i went through in house alcohol rehabilitation. i just kept coming after it was over, i was the only one who messed with the 20 pounders and they sprang a leak, used to use them on the escalator type stairmaster. after getting bb's everywhere they said i could have them, took them home and my wife sewed them up. at one point i used to go to my aunt's apt building and climb the emergency stairs up and down the 21 floors. that was probably the fittest i have ever been, van halen's greatest hits on the sony was my best friend. i was stronger in the navy working out with the seals on ship, but more fitter climbing those stairs!!! wish i would have had supps like these back then, just used to use ripped fuel with ephedrineWOW!!!! 20lbs is heavy for ankle weights ... your a beast!![]()
it wasn't much of a jog, you ever wear 20 pounders? btw thanks for the encouragement, but i dont think i will be breaking out the ankle weights for awhile, lol.that sounds like a hell of a log, good work on coming back better than ever.

boatswain's mate. we had udt's on board ship, and a huge gym. i would have loved to have been a seal, but getting to work out with them was a real honor and privilege. some real crazy, gung ho, and heroic guys. work hard, fight hard, and party hard.:thumbsup:Haha ripped fuel. I've never wore the 20's, the heaviest I've used was 10lbs.
Were you a SEAL?

True that. My cousin is a SEAL. I've trained with him before, pretty intense![]()
you know what udt is? btw made it through work last night, lots of pain. sitting on a forktruck was rougher than i thought but everything is ok. the white flood may have been dosed a little high, that stuff got me so pumped up it was hard to stay sitting. was nice being with the guys at work, got the usual kidding-you still work here, whats up part timer. its all good, great to be out of the house. rr i will reduce the white flood tonight, that is some good shiit.:thumbsup:True that. blakester, im not gonna argue with that. i enlisted in 74, right after vietnam. the stories some of those timers told were epic. :thumbsup:Some of the greatest warriors in the history of the world right there.

straight-up, on the rocks. nah, i kid, i kid. i have a very supportive wife, plus i let her indulge in her hobby-jewelry!!!!:lol:Right on bro. Slow and steady wins the race, at least when it comes to injuries.
LOL @ the divorce attorney. We should sell an 'ultimate stack', one of each of our whole line of products, a divorce attorney and make-shift tent/sleeping bag![]()

lolWe all have our vices
the best fun in that is to look at their prices and think how much you save by shopping at nutra.:thumbsup:I must admit that even though you should never buy from GNC, it's still like being a child in a candy store to go and look. LOL.
whats amazing is the companies that we think of as 'big' on here, are little known to those outside of internet forums.:thumbsup:thats very true, and in addition to that, look at their limited supply. Only a few companies outside of the GNC brand
well i am done with my 6 days on t911, it was fun but time to get back to basics. been working a lot of overtime, strength and stamina have really increased since first day back to work. i am starting to get hooked on my wake-up drink-poseidon/pw/gm and introducing white flood. i get out of bed dragging asss, drink my drink and take a shower, by the time i get out of the shower i am getting the buzz. do some quick reps, just to get warmed up and by the time i get to work i am literally bouncing. just hope effects don't diminish. btw i cannot tell you how great wobenzyme is for anyone recovering from an injury. i have recommended it to many i work with, i am so hyped on this i should get a commission.
