anyways 200 this morning, feeling much better, mood has evened off and feelin great! No other sides to note at this time...
 
Awesome cycle dude. I'd be patient on the PCT though takes a few days for most to feel better. I'd refrain for Form during PCT since it's suppressive/steroidal. EXCELLENT to run alone or along side something but IMO PCT's not a good place for Form. Like using Epi for PCT from Superdol.

Yeah, sorry I haven't updated much lately, but I've been really busy. Weight this morning was 200.4. Blood pressure has dropped to 121/65, and the boys have come back really well so far. No shedding, mood is consistent, and strength seems to be the same so far. Lovin it:thumbsup:

Yeah, not much aggression unless I'm workin out, but that's normal for me. It's getting a lot harder to get me irritated lately:thumbsup:

Ya I know after cycle I'm so exhausted from getting pissed all the time and wanting to kick ass I am so mellow after and don't care. Good to hear you enjoyed the cycle Brian. Great log!

Weight htis morning 198. Not liking that I broke under 200. I'll increase my calories. I thought I was eating at maintenance, but my calculations must'v been wrong, so I'll just eat more. Started clen a couple of days ago because of the anti-catabolic effects that it's toted for. I'm at 60mcg/day right now, I'll work my doses up slowly. It makes me pretty shaky, but it also increases my appetite (as opposed to decreasing it as some have found) so thats a definate plus.

Are you starting to cut already? My body doesn't agree with clen it made me feel insane! Plus it killed my appetite big time.
 
With me it's kicking up my appetite. I'm definately not trying to cut, I'm trying to increase my calories so I can hold on to whatever I've gained. I'm only using it because of anti-catabolic reasons, but I think I might drop it because the shakes are drivin me insane right about now.

Yeah that's why I had issues with it. It made me nervous as hell, but I'm usually wound up 24/7 anyhow. I've used it to cut twice but I never tried low dosing it as an anti-cat. The anti-cat effects are supposedly relatively weak but it slightly enhances protein synthesis, hence the ant-cat effect. But then again it also highly increases your metabolism, and at least for me, kills me appetite. A really good natural anti-cat with no sides is Ecdysterone. You just need to make sure to get a good brand because some use weak extracts that barely do anything. Thermolife's E-bol is a really high quality one, it's like 99% pure. I got some for my upcoming cycle cuz it works in the same sense as clen by increasing protein synthesis.
 
if you want to avoid the jitters, as weird as it sounds just dose it prebed. it doesn't seem to interfere with sleep, and for me the jitters are the worst about 2 hrs after taking it, which gives me more than enough time to fall asleep

That's interesting. I always dosed mine upon waking cuz I thought I'd have trouble sleeping.
 
Oh, that would probably be my problem. I was dosing it first thing in the morning. The only plus is that it increases my appetite quite a bit. It won't be very good for a cut though.

That's odd. Anytime I take any adrenergic agonists like Clen or Ephedrine they kill my appetite. That's what it was originally made for. I tried pure epinephrine (adrenaline) once and that **** was really crazy.
 
BTW how's the weight? Still holding at 198? Also did you feel in a 'good mood' more than usual during your run? I hear that a lot of Phera's.
 
The phera actually made me feel like sh!t and my sleep patterns were messed up. This morning I was 199.4, yesterday morning my weight was 200.6, so it's staying roughly the same right now. If I can keep what I have right now I would feel absolutely great about the whole cycle. I feel like I am restoring my bodily equilibrium, and I feel fine now. Haven't slept well the last few nights but thats from stresses and whatnot.

Good job man, that's great news. At this point in your PCT you should be able to keep it a bit easier.
 
Did you wind up being able to get that blood work done ?

No man, I'm not getting bloodwork till a month after PCT because thats when everything should be where it is.

Damn, 13-15 pounds Retained this late in PCT is great especially seeing a Phera was used in there. What'd you run the Nolva at, and what all else did you stack with it for your PCT?

1) I dosed the nolva at 40mg for 2 weeks and I'm still running it at 20 right now. I got some clomid and dosed it pretty high for a couple of days, now I'm low dosing it and I'll phase it out pretty soon. The only other supps were (and are) milk thistle, hawthorn berry, glucosamine/chondroit. multi, and just normal health supps.

2) As for the DHEA, it helped a lot. It helped with the lethargy quite a bit on the SD, I don't really know how it would have affected me while I was on the phera.
 
It's weird because I ordered some DHEA for my cycle.... then when I get the bottle it says 'Not for use by persons under 35', and I thought to myself, "but I'm only 25?!?!" so I sold them. Then I did research and all these researchers were saying that it's of no use and can cause potential harm. Any light on this?
 
DHEA is a natural metabolite in the body. Probably why they are saying that you shouldn't use it under 35 as it has no use for a younger male (i.e. production is high). If you were to take it, my guess is that since you are a younger male, you will be getting some nice estrogen conversion in the process.


when you take it on cycle, it has a different purpose, however for general health and non-steroid using individuals, that is the purpose it serves for them.

Ran a carffax and apparently there have been "not actual miles" titles issued to it in the past, and mileage inconsistencies. So now I gotta file paperwork, and maybe take the company to court for telling me it was a clean title (i have it all in writing).

But I'm still weighing in at the same every day, no new sides to note besides lack of sleep, but that's probably stresses.

Oh that is hilarious, I don't care who you are. Man, that put a smile on my face lol. Still tryin to work things out with it.

Still running the 20mg nolva, and I'm trying to keep cals higher than maintenance because of the powerlifting meet I'm training for right now. Last thing I need right now is to lose weight and strength. Keeping protein high, and still weighing at the same boys!:thumbsup:
 
Okay, it's been a while since I replied again, but things are the same. The boys are back, same weight, moods the same, everything feels great. Still holding at 200. The only thing I can complain about is the stretch marks I got from the cycle, take a look. Terrible picture and blurry, but you get the point that they're all over. Anything red or purple on my shoulder in that is a stretch mark.

I've got marks in the past on Andro but they weren't that severe. I've heard some excellent things about RPN's cream:

Yeah it's pretty bad. Its hard to see but theres one tucked in a little farther towards the pit lol. they're not pretty. Thanks for the link, I'll check it out.
 
Sorry guys, life just keeps smackin me around. This weekend I had a huge convention to go to, then on monday, I totalled my new honda I bought. And guess what? No full coverage. So now I'm searching for another one lol. But the good thing is that I wasn't hurt, and neither was the other lady that was involved. And we hit almost head on going roughly 50mph each. But, still the same weight, and still doin alright guys. I'll be back on here and back in the groove soon. You guys know me, not a whole lot can keep me from bodybuilding for too long;)
 
Man that sucks ass, but way to keep a positive attitude.

You know you had a good cycle when you come out of a 50 mph head on collision unscratched. Now to find out what she was on.

Good thing you weren't hurt bro! I forgot to tell you, CEL products also give your body an invisible shield of safety. I did the same thing before though. Right after I got an older Trans Am I figured I didn't need full coverage. But A few days later, 7 fractures, and a totaled car later, I felt otherwise.

Still maintaining the same weight and feeling good about it. I'm still wrapped up in this powerlifting team thing, so it's hard to train the way I want (because we're training for specific lifts, so it's not like I get an all around workout esp. for upper body). I know this for sure: regardless of how I place in powerlifting, I am going straight back to bodybuilding. I like it much better than powerlifting, and I feel like a teased dog, kinda like it's right in front of my fingertips but I can't quite reach it. Anyways, I'll be back soon enough, and you guys can see me run M1T in Sept hopefully! (If I feel I've gotten into the bbing groove enough to be ready for something of that magnitude)

Strength is up, my DL went from 350-430 after my pct ended. Anyways, I'll update later!

Man I know exactly what you mean. As long as she knows how important things are to you, so she can understand why you're running to the kitchen every few hours :)

Anyways, workout was good, surprisingly considering I was sick to my stomach through the workout... For some reason, whenever I run a designer I get sick to my stomach starting about the second week. I just got some otc antacids, so I'll try those and see how they go.

Even though I was fatigued, I still did my normal weights. Shrugged 205 instead of the 185 I normally do for 4 sets, 7 reps. Other than that, weights were relatively normal. Vascularity was very good, finally getting those veins to pop out along the side of my arms. Sick to my stomach, but I was able to get the workout finished. Other than that, no other things to note. Mood is good, hair is good, bp is down to 132/66, acne is slightly elevated, so I've been washing my face and back twice a day. Libido is normal, everything feels pretty damn groovy! Oh, appetite is elevated, went out to dinner with a gal friend last night, ate a huge meal, then 2 hours later I was starving, so I don't think keeping my cals high on phera will be a problem!

I'm on the same cycle as you minus the phera. I experienced the same stomach pains. Its the milk thistle. Try lowering the dose of It and you should be fine, I know I was!

You're taking 2 steroids and you're 6' - 165 pounds? You're nowhere NEAR ready for anabolics it'll be a waste. You could easily add well over 40 pounds naturally.

I pulled a solid 413.2 yesterday, and stayed completely in form. Considering I just started doing deads 12 weeks ago I'm not disappointed by it, and especially considering all of my lifts were judged as good, I didn't get a single red.

Awesome Job Brian, 400+ is damn solid and considering you've only done it for 3 months is quite impressive. :thumbsup:
