Awesome cycle dude. I'd be patient on the PCT though takes a few days for most to feel better. I'd refrain for Form during PCT since it's suppressive/steroidal. EXCELLENT to run alone or along side something but IMO PCT's not a good place for Form. Like using Epi for PCT from Superdol.
Yeah, sorry I haven't updated much lately, but I've been really busy. Weight this morning was 200.4. Blood pressure has dropped to 121/65, and the boys have come back really well so far. No shedding, mood is consistent, and strength seems to be the same so far. Lovin it:thumbsup:

Weight htis morning 198. Not liking that I broke under 200. I'll increase my calories. I thought I was eating at maintenance, but my calculations must'v been wrong, so I'll just eat more. Started clen a couple of days ago because of the anti-catabolic effects that it's toted for. I'm at 60mcg/day right now, I'll work my doses up slowly. It makes me pretty shaky, but it also increases my appetite (as opposed to decreasing it as some have found) so thats a definate plus.
With me it's kicking up my appetite. I'm definately not trying to cut, I'm trying to increase my calories so I can hold on to whatever I've gained. I'm only using it because of anti-catabolic reasons, but I think I might drop it because the shakes are drivin me insane right about now.
if you want to avoid the jitters, as weird as it sounds just dose it prebed. it doesn't seem to interfere with sleep, and for me the jitters are the worst about 2 hrs after taking it, which gives me more than enough time to fall asleep
That's interesting. I always dosed mine upon waking cuz I thought I'd have trouble sleeping.
You don't do it at night?
Oh, that would probably be my problem. I was dosing it first thing in the morning. The only plus is that it increases my appetite quite a bit. It won't be very good for a cut though.
The phera actually made me feel like sh!t and my sleep patterns were messed up. This morning I was 199.4, yesterday morning my weight was 200.6, so it's staying roughly the same right now. If I can keep what I have right now I would feel absolutely great about the whole cycle. I feel like I am restoring my bodily equilibrium, and I feel fine now. Haven't slept well the last few nights but thats from stresses and whatnot.
Did you wind up being able to get that blood work done ?
No man, I'm not getting bloodwork till a month after PCT because thats when everything should be where it is.

Sorry I haven't updated in a while guys. Life has been really hectic lately and it threw me another curve ball. Bout a 94 honda, was told it had 113k miles on it. Ran a carffax and apparently there have been "not actual miles" titles issued to it in the past, and mileage inconsistencies. So now I gotta file paperwork, and maybe take the company to court for telling me it was a clean title (i have it all in writing).
But I'm still weighing in at the same every day, no new sides to note besides lack of sleep, but that's probably stresses.
Sorry guys, life just keeps smackin me around. This weekend I had a huge convention to go to, then on monday, I totalled my new honda I bought. And guess what? No full coverage. So now I'm searching for another one lol. But the good thing is that I wasn't hurt, and neither was the other lady that was involved. And we hit almost head on going roughly 50mph each. But, still the same weight, and still doin alright guys. I'll be back on here and back in the groove soon. You guys know me, not a whole lot can keep me from bodybuilding for too long![]()
Good thing you weren't hurt bro! I forgot to tell you, CEL products also give your body an invisible shield of safety. I did the same thing before though. Right after I got an older Trans Am I figured I didn't need full coverage. But A few days later, 7 fractures, and a totaled car later, I felt otherwise.
Yeah haha, got a replacement car and first thing i put full coverage on it.
Still maintaining the same weight and feeling good about it. I'm still wrapped up in this powerlifting team thing, so it's hard to train the way I want (because we're training for specific lifts, so it's not like I get an all around workout esp. for upper body). I know this for sure: regardless of how I place in powerlifting, I am going straight back to bodybuilding. I like it much better than powerlifting, and I feel like a teased dog, kinda like it's right in front of my fingertips but I can't quite reach it. Anyways, I'll be back soon enough, and you guys can see me run M1T in Sept hopefully! (If I feel I've gotten into the bbing groove enough to be ready for something of that magnitude)
Well, the powerlifting meet is this saturday and I'm feeling really good about it. Still holding 202-205. There's only one problem if you wanna call it that. I finally met someone and I met her right before this meet and it's gettin hard to eat, I'm sure you guys know how that is, so I'm still struggling to keep my cals high. Strength is up, my DL went from 350-430 after my pct ended. Anyways, I'll update later!

Anyways, workout was good, surprisingly considering I was sick to my stomach through the workout... For some reason, whenever I run a designer I get sick to my stomach starting about the second week. I just got some otc antacids, so I'll try those and see how they go.
Even though I was fatigued, I still did my normal weights. Shrugged 205 instead of the 185 I normally do for 4 sets, 7 reps. Other than that, weights were relatively normal. Vascularity was very good, finally getting those veins to pop out along the side of my arms. Sick to my stomach, but I was able to get the workout finished. Other than that, no other things to note. Mood is good, hair is good, bp is down to 132/66, acne is slightly elevated, so I've been washing my face and back twice a day. Libido is normal, everything feels pretty damn groovy! Oh, appetite is elevated, went out to dinner with a gal friend last night, ate a huge meal, then 2 hours later I was starving, so I don't think keeping my cals high on phera will be a problem!
I'm on the same cycle as you minus the phera. I experienced the same stomach pains. Its the milk thistle. Try lowering the dose of It and you should be fine, I know I was!
yeah, 6' and 165 lbs is pretty low... as for the tokin DRUGS ARE BAD AND MY MOMMY SAID TO NOT LISTEN TO YOU BIG SCARY GUYS!!! sorry, i'm a bit punchy lol. I pulled a solid 413.2 yesterday, and stayed completely in form. Considering I just started doing deads 12 weeks ago I'm not disappointed by it, and especially considering all of my lifts were judged as good, I didn't get a single red.
