2nd Havoc Cycle

that's a hefty pct for such a short havoc run. i saw gains through 6 weeks when i ran epistane so i would recomment possibly another 2 weeks.

runnin lean xtreme and 6oxo is a little over the top, since both of which are corisol blockers. more is not always better. your pct would be fine with just post cycle support lean xtreme OR 6oxo and activate xtreme. just my informed opinion

6oxo is not a cortisol blocker. It's an anti-estrogen.

Your PCT looks good, maybe drop the 6oxo dosages to 3 weeks of 300/200/100.?? Just a suggestion. Looks ok though :)

Are you doing a log of steroids in the supplement section? The sites gone mad...completely mad.lol

i seriously accidentally posted in the wrong forums. i had 2 threads going, which were bookmarked and didn't take time to notice the forum brackets. oh well. and since i frequently visit both sections, i got confused.

Started 3rd week yesterday, 40mg
up 6 lbs

Diet:
meal 1 Protein Bar, Coffee
meal 2 Shake with fruit
meal 3 6oz chicken, rice
meal 4 Protein shake, 2tbsp PB
meal 5 6oz chicken, some veg

eating every 3 hours

Training:
Mon - Chest, traps, calves
Tues - Back, Abs
Weds - Quads, Hams
Thurs - Arms, Abs
Fri - Shoulders
Sat -Traps, calves
as you can tell my traps and calves need work

Supplements:
Havoc, (duh)
Life support - double dose (same as cycle support)
Orange triad multi
120 -160 mcg clen
fat burner every now and then

No how about like 3 more meals! Your 5'8" @ 203 and cutting. Not 163. Your only eating 2 actual meals. I'd say have another chicken breast or 2 maybe some lean ground beef or fish. Add some egg whites in the morning, cottage cheese at night. Your starving your body with only 200gr protein, and trace carbs and fat. That could be why it's so hard for you too cut.

You should be eating at least 2,250cals/day maybe even 2,500.

meal 2 -3 scoops protein, fruit
meal 3- 10 oz chicken, rice
meal 4- 3 scoops protein, 3 tbsp pb
meal 5- 10 oz chicken, veggies
meal 6- 8 oz lean beef, veggies

edit: went from 5 whole eggs to 6 egg whites

Thats a ton better! Only suggestion would be to make the breakfast egg whites only. Save the yolks and eat them with your evening meals.

Muuuuuuuch better.
 
Still need about 1000 more in my opinion. I weighed 15 pounds less than you did when I used havoc and I was right at 4k
 
Remember your using Clen also. I think that with the amount of protein you have that the cals are find considereing your cutting.

I would just suggest splitting up the pro/fat and pro/carbs. It's only been a week for me but I've been eating like a mad man on DC training and diet principles and feel great. I look pretty sexy too :lol:

He still hasn't stated whether he is cutting or bulking (clen could be used to keep the bulk lean?) or recomping I dont think. OP wanna clear that up?
