Time to hit the tanning bed or buy some of that Jergen's Natural Glow tan in a bottle sh*t!! That's what I'm going to use for my next round of pics in a few weeks! I'm a grave-yard shift working Vampire so I don't get in the sun very often!! lol

Yeah, I'll probably just hit the beds for 2 weeks to jump start it. I don't need to get brown, just a little base.

Eh, too damn hot for my liking man. I'm planning on moving back to NY. Not the city, but upstate NY where I grew up. About 2 and 1/2hrs away from where you're at. I've only been out here for a few years.

It's a loft with 1100 square feet and 13' ceilings. I'm getting a bar that my girl is getting out of her basement... bring the party back there... serving Oryx Goat Whey shakes til' 3am!

I had a good wo today.All lifts continue to rise,except for my rack deads.I just couldn't get the form down today,and it felt awkward.I don't think I have time to update my wo right now,but I do have a question.I mentioned earlier that when I failed on the 20th rep of 20 rep sq's 2 weeks ago I believe,I got a huge headache.Well it keeps comming back now.I start the one workout with benchpress,and when I start struggling,it hits hard!Other exercises aren't so bad,but basically every other wo starts with a headache.I have heard what happens is blood vessels in the head pop or something.Theirs a name for it........Any of you have this problem?If so,how long did it take to get better?I'm not looking forward to my back and front sq's now!Leg press didn't cause a headache last week,but the inc db's today sure did,and the flat bench last week.Then it gets better afterwards,but still hurts

I just bought some lemon xtend,a bottle of DTH for PCT,and a 5lb tub of elite whey(great deal by the way!).

Have you checked your BP today brother? That's how my headaches happen. When BP goes up. I checked mine an hour ago and it was 130/69, so not too bad. Check yours man. If it's higher than what you want, raise the dose on the Hawthorn Berries. I know you know all of this. We just need reminding sometimes. I know I do!! Have a great day Pantera. Also, could you be holding your breath when you're pushing hard on your sets? If so....DON"T!! I don't care if you have to grunt, growl, or fukkin' scream, but don't hold your breath during the hard positive part of the reps. Trust me!! Breath in deeply as you lower a weight, and breath out forcibly as you raise the weights. It helps!! :thumbsup:

I have been checking it off and on.I wont check it now though cause I finished working out about an hr ago.I had my BP pretty high once though,and didn't get headaches from it.I'm almost positive I did the thing I was talking about.Kind of along the lines of powrlifters nose bleeding or eyes getting blood shot due to vessels busting.I may hold my breath for a second,but I don't hold it like some do.I'll pay attention to that from now on.....

Strength is obviously going up good now bro!! I love the way you record your weights so we can see the improvements. It really puzzles me why others don't post their weights. I don't post mine to brag or anything like that. I post 'em to show when they're increasing so I can prove how effective my cycles are! That's all. There's lots of people that use a lot more weight than I do. I want to thank you for getting me interested in DC training. I've adopted my own version of it for my own workouts. It's working already too. Your strength is moving along great Pantera. And it is true, the stronger you can make a muscle...the more it will respond by growing in size! Keep slammin' those weights bro!! :head:

Thank you sir!Weights have realy moved up since the beginning of the cycle,but I also fell short of my personal records at the time due to cutting.I'm glad you enjoy DC.I encourage all others who eat properly to check it out.

Weight this morning was almost 173.I had already drank some of my shake though because I forgot it was weigh in day....

I used to be anti bcaa's too BS.It's just the good sh!t in protien without cals,carbs,sugars,or anything else you can think of.I like to drink it during my wo's and for the most part,thats the only time I drink it.Dante of DC says you can drink bcaa's pre wo and or during and after if your goals are to build muscle and burn fat.I'm going to try it one day.It's also great to drink pre and or during and after cardio.Cause again,they're the good anabolic sh!t in protien,without other stuff.Some like to drink them first thing in the morniong too,cause they act extremely quickly.But mainly,I just sip it through my wo's,and mix my cheap ass creatine mono in their when I'm done,and drink the rest.Theirs 30 servings to a small tub,and I just paid 17-18 I believe for one from NP.I'm working out 3 days a week,so it last quite some time......Buy the bigger tub,and it's even cheaper.

I would not recommend BCAA's & WMS together.
Everyone is gung ho on pwo nutriton (and rightly so), BUT timing is equally important. BCAA's immediately after training will go directly to muscle stores, carried by elevated blood flow. You need to maximize the amount of time that blood is circulating with those key nutrients to ensure proper recovery. Once you ingest carbs (or even a protein shake) the blood is directed to the gut for digestion, and thus ends the nice cycle of muscle blood gorge. Thru experimentation, I have learned that following a shot of BCAA's pwo it is best to wait a minimum 1/2 hour before ingesting your pwo nutrition. I know this goes against some current train of thought (i.e. get the food in as quick as possible after w/o), but in theory - and more importantly in practice - it just makes sense.

I switched my entire diet Friday to all red meat/the other white meat with good fats @ 50 -60% of total calories, with a max. 30 gm carbs Mon-Fri

Carb ReLoad on Sat Sun....

& I freaking feel fvcking awesome.......

I just feel like it has to be a good idea to be tossing carbs into your body as you're lifting... particularly on cycle. I definitely will not be using it off cycle.

It is a good idea for sure. Carbs are every bit as important to muscle builing as protien IMO. Now on a cut that's a bit differant but anyone who knows sht about cutting will tel ya if you get those carbs to low all the fcuking protien in the world aint gonna save your muscle mass from taking a fat sht :0

It is.I just like the part about blood flow changing from muscles to gut so they can digest the protien/carbs.I have heard this before,so that parts not snags theory.I personally wake up to my morning shake full of carbs and protien.Then when I get to the gym I just sip the xtend,finish the last bit with creatine when done,and then wait a little while as snag suggested.I have done that before though cause I have heard that before.Plus I have heard that bcaa's wil spike insulin levels,so thats good for the creatine transportation.Also some pro's wait 30 minutes after creatine to drink the protien........

But if you aren't after size.......well then count your blessings(<---1)and say fvck it!Who cares!Increase the weight on the bar b!tch!

I forgot to mention that I had a pump in my shoulders that was just downright painfull this morning!20mg dbol,and/or the 20mg havoc dosed pre wo?I've never had a pump in my shoulders to that extreme before.Let alone from mid to low reped mil press.Not sure why other muscles weren't the same,but they weren't to that extreme.......

Anyways,I upped the dhea to 150 mg today.I have always heard to dose dhea in the mornings.Do you still do that with higher doses?And why?I watched some porn today and yesterday.....so that says something.Loads weren't bad either.Dime had trouble licking all of it off both times...........
