Alright I'm 2 weeks out from my next cycle.
Wanted to get any opinions if I'm lined out correctly
History
47 years old
172lbs
This will be my 3rd cycle ( 1st two I screwed up, Poor diet, Over trained) :whiner:
More educated now:study:
Target to gain 5 - 10lbs
Daily calorie average 2800 ( adjust weekly depending on results )
Protein intake 260
Work Out Routine repeat every 5th day
PRE Cycle
2 weeks of Life Support
Cycle
H Drol
50/50/50/75/75 would 1 more week be alright at 75???
Cycle Support
Fish OIl
Glutamine
Tauring
Orange Triad
ZMA
PCT
Novedex XT
Liver Longer
Diesel
Neovar ??
Mass FX???
I plan on keeping the diet clean and the workouts as intense as I can. The only limiting factor, is lifting alone at home. But I have found a few ways to work with that.
So any advice is welcome, of course I expect some criticism, but just wanting some opinions, always wanting to learn more, Your never to old to take advice.
