Next Cycle H Drol

Time,effort,results,$$....was it all worth it or do you think you could have gotten there without? I am just curious because I am considering.

For me it was well worth it.

It's hard to say if I wouldn't have gotten there without the cycle. But I really was able to push hard during my workouts, and didn't have to worry too much about overtraining. If I had done the exact work load and time splits, my body would have gotten overtrained and I would have gotten sick or maybe injured. So for me it helps me push harder than I normally would. At 48 ,and since I was ill a couple of years ago, I really have to be careful about exhausting myself. Almost eveytime I do I'm down with a cold or something. So this is one way to help my body recover and not get to that point. Is it the best way, I'm not sure, but its the path that I decided to take.

As far as $, overall its not that expensive, my biggest expense, was the food, eating clean is not cheap.

Your only additional expenses would be for the H-drol, cycle support and your PCT supplements. Everything else is normal things you would be useing if your lifting to grow.

So for me this was my best cycle of all three that I have tried.
Primary reason is knowledge, You will not just grow by running a cycle, you need to have your diet and workouts, layed out for you. You need to know what exercises that you will respond to and then go for it.

For me I have only been lifting for 2 years, and half that time I was doing it all wrong, so I read and ask questions all the time to learn more. At my age, and late start I know my limitations, but for me I am in better shape and have better muscle quality than I have had in my life. I workout for my health, if a side benefit is that I look good then that is great.

Hope this helps you make your decision on running a cycle, but if you do get everything organized and understand your body to make the most of it.
