Next Cycle H Drol

Doseage question? I may have missed the anser, but thought i would ask anyway.
If running 50/75/75/75/75 do I need to take it all at onece or spread out over the day. At 25 per capsule, which is the most effective???

Take 50 in the AM and 25 after work... at 50mg just take it upon waking with your support supps.

I work out a 5:30a.m. So if the H-drol is in your system for 16 hours would takeing 25 am and 50 P.m. that way I'm amped for the a.m. work out. Or does it not really matter?

The half life on Halodrol is between 6 and 10 hours. To be honest, you will probably not "feel" anything stim-like while on. I would just take the 50 upon waking and hit the gym.

Gotta say, I've been eating like a horse - but not enough. I'm dropping a significant amount of fat... Going to be upping calories to keep BW static or up.

Thanks , will do.

I'm putting my grocery list together.

Struggling to find complex carbs that I like. any suggestions.

Eh, I eat quite a bit of whole wheat pasta, Quinoa, wheat bread, brown rice, oatmeal... Thats pretty much it aside from waxy maize...

If you have any questions about prepping quinoa, let me know... Stuff is awesome. Its like barley, but healthier - ton of protein.

Twice a day would be perfect. Actually the half life of Halo would be right about ~16 hours just like Oral Turinabol.

Yeah, I've heard a million estimations... Anything above 12 would be a great case for twice daily dosage. For me, I don't just want the spike during the workout, I'd like a constant level throughout the day and night... Constant anabolism.

I thought that Waxy Maize was a simple carb for a post shake???

I tried it but it kept my stomach upset, still trying to decide what to replace it with though

Yeah, I'm just saying thats the only other carb I consume. WMS is as simple as it gets.

Ok so heres the deal im going to go on H-drol and would like an opinion about my chosen post-cycle

Me: Im 21 5'9 185-190lbs study Human Kinetics so i understand what im doing

Stats
Bench: 290
Squat: 360
Deadlift: 425

I will be taking 50mg of H-drol for 4 weeks.

2 weeks prior i will begin supplementing with NAC for Liver protection, hawthorn berry for heart and super dosing fishoil for cholesterol control. Im looking for dosing protocols for the NAC and Hawthorn.

I will use these supps throughout my cycle and post cycle. For my PCT i have decided upon Aabolic Innovations Post Cycle Support as i feel this covers the bases of a mild PH like H-drol.

Any thoughts? Is post cycle support enough or will i need an AI or SERM? Many people seem to be fine using jist the PCS product?

1. You totally just hijacked a thread. I'd suggest starting your own.
2. If you would have read said hijacked thread - all the answers above would be answered.
3. Does human kinetics cover steroids? H Drol is not a PH.

sorry for hijacking the thread....i dont generally pot on forums so....this being said the questions are not answered in this thread...just because someone is running nolva with hdrol dosent mean its necessary...i just need a straight up answer.

sorry again

Yes.

Quick question
What does everyone use for liver support during PCT
I have used ThemoLife Liver Longer, but was looking at the Universal UniLiver.

Any recommendations of one or another????

I just use capped Milk Thistle. I use Cycle Support ON cycle.

The only thing you'll have toxic in your PCT is Nolva - don't really need to continue thistle after the SERM is finished dosing.

That works well:thumbsup:

I started Mass FX today...the CS is in the mail, my friend is getting me the Nolva, so everything is coming together

For some reason I cant stop thinking about doing 4 weeks...50/75/75/100 or 50/75/100/100....whats your opinion

I would go with doseage that you are comfortable with. AS has been posted diffeent people take different doseages and length of time depending on their own personal choice.

I'm going with 50/50/75/75/75 and maybe 1 more 75 depending on how I feel.

I'm going to post a mini log, for my cycle just on 2nd day so I'll probably just post a few times a week. Check it out when I put it up.

Good luck on your cycle.

Musclemission

I'm a firm believer in safety first. I wouldn't take any chances with my body, so I would have all my PCT lined out, if this is your first cyle then your not sure how your body will respond. Have everything you need to be safe.

I glad to see you asking questions, thats shows me your trying to learn and do it right. I'll be glad to help as much as I can, but I'm still trying to get a better base of knowledge myself. There is a lot of information on the site. Read as much as you can then you can has a more direct question and you will get a lot of good responses.

add oxo and create and taruine to ur pct and after 4week, if the sides are managable, run another week and then listen..

but i think hdrol should be ran at 6weeks

50/50/50/75/75/75 would be great..

DMAC10-thanx man for the support, I have everything I need for PCT, just tryin to figure out the dosage/length Im gonna do. When I first did H-50 at 50/50/50/50 I made really good gains, almost no sides

I have 2 bottles, so I could do 6 weeks, will I need a 6 week PCT?

thanx, 6 weeks wouldnt be too much? 50/50/75/75/75/75, seems too much for me, I think Im goin to do 50/75....then depending on how I feel by then Ill decide to do 5 or 6 weeks, and wut dosage

Let your body and how you feel help to determine if you go 5 or 6. When I ran it it was my 2nd cycle I went 5 weeks was plenty for me.

Finally got started.
Day #4 of my H-Drol cycle.

Started at 172.4 lbs
Goal is to reach 183 lbs.

Diet is dialed, feel like I'm stuffing the food in considering I just finished up a 8 week cut.

5 meals a day with an a.m. ( whey ) and p.m. ( casein ) shake.

So far my energy level is up, but thats due to theincrease in food ( carbs ). From what I've read the H-Drol doesn't kick in to late in week 2, the anticipation is building.

First time with H-Drol so only time will tell how I respond to it, so its time to grow.

Hey DMAC, not trying to burst your bubble... I'm not sure what you're looking for in the "feel"... What you should expect is more strength and harder pumps in the gym. You're not going to feel anger / rage / crazy energy.

My bubble got busted a long time ago. Now its just one day at a time. LOL

As far as the feel, I'm looking for quicker recovery during my workout as well as strength increase. Thats what I noticed on my other cycles. It felt like I could just keep on lifting.

I hope I don't feel anger /rage, I have enough stress with work , don't need my supplements adding to it!!!

Quick question
What does everyone use for liver support during PCT
I have used ThemoLife Liver Longer, but was looking at the Universal UniLiver.

Any recommendations of one or another????

I think Uniliver from Universal is just liver tablets. I'm pretty sure it's Argentinian beef liver. That's for protein, nutrients and not for liver support.

Thanks for the info. I ended up getting the PrimaForce Pro Liver.
It had the ingredients I was looking for.

UPDATE!!

Day #7

Daily calorie intake has averaged 2900 daily.
Daily Protein Intake has averaged 270
Daily Carb intake has averaged 245

So far diet has been 100% clean, chicken, tuna, sweet potatos, wheat bread, oats, almonds etc...

No weigh in this week, wanted to wait until week #2.

Workouts have been very good, energy is up, but that is mainly due to increaseing calories, ( Was 2000 daily ). Recovery between sets, seems to be improveing as well, it would be great if this stuff is kicking in now. I have split my body parts into 3 diferent groups and lift each one every 5th day. I will maintain this pattern unless I start feeling tired, don't want to overtrain and get sick.

Last couple of days have had a nice tight feeling in my chest and arms, I beleive its due to my new routine, a bit early to be feeling any efects from the H-D ( Maybe ). Daily doesage is 50.
Legs are staying a little tired, but new lifting routine along with volleyball, is keeping them a little tired, no biggy, just trying to get my spring back in my legs.

Any tips on helping increase my vertical would be appreceated. I 've got a bad knee so I have to be careful with leg exercises. Currently trying to use the Jump Shoes to see if they may help.

Hey at 48, I guess I'm lucky if I can get off the ground.

I will be adding taurine to my post shake from next week. So until my next update, keep the support flowing and take care.

Hey man... I do quite a bit of jumping exercises.

Weighted box jumps / squats / calf raises and jumps with bands would be my recommendation.

Thanks for the compliment. Still trying to improve.

I do squats, and calf raises,
I do weighted step ups with the jump soles,
Tried doing lunges, but my old knees didn't like them to much.
Have to be careful on any weighted jumps, bad knee is very sensitive. I even have to be careful with leg extension, It sucks to have old injuries that limit your activities.

I guess I just have to keep pushing, my old legs are wanting to retire, but I'm refuseing, as long as I can still be competitive.

I'd highly suggest some bandwork... Secure some bands to a low tether - tuck them under your armpits or over your shoulders and jump up from a semi-squat position.

If you have access to a swimming pool, try jumping from a squat down position while in the water. I actually go under the water and then explode up. The landing part is what hurts my knees, the water prevents the impact upon landing. The water also provides some added resistance on the jump. I have 49 yr old knees so I am right there with ya...

x2. When I played BB in HS I did numerous jumping exercises and calf/ankle exercises with ankle weights. I've read the quads make-up 50% of the muscle needed for leaping. Also important and sometimes overlooked for leaping is strong hips and abs too.

Floor deads and power cleans to name a few..

Thanks guys for the advice on jumping.

They all sound good, just one thing though.
They all involve hard work. LOL

I'm looking at getting a weighted vest to wear while walking and jogging.

When doing the squats, would it help my jump if I went to a lighter weighter and explode up on the liftsd, instead of the controled movement. Maybe do reps of 12-15 after my normal squats????

I play sand and indoor volleyball, the sand is where I need the extra power, indoor my vertical is descent, but the sand drains my legs.

Use to have a very good vertical but between ankle injuries, and ankle and knee surgery ,and getting older it has dropped by 50%. After ankle surgery it took me a year to get any power back in the old legs.
I ride a mountain bike as much as time allows, to keep my legs in shape, but time is limited, Oh to be young and have no responsibilities, but play sports and chase women. Didn't know how good it was until it all went away. :icon_lol:

At the same time man... don't push it.. You have your health - you look great - maybe jumping over cars is out of the cards Kobe...

I'm only 26, but there's some sh*t that I could do 5 years ago that I can't do anymore. Front splits immediately comes to mind...

Yeah, I think using a somewhat lighter weight is much better for vertical than going heavy. Light to moderate weight with higher reps helps the fast twitch muscles which are what's employed in jumping.

I hear you about aging. Even though I'm only 32, life's strangely different than when I was in my early 20's. Even though in my head I've been mentally stuck at 23 for 9 years.
