I don't know what's going on with me though, I have always been able to make time to do post workout cardio and I haven't been able to fit that in my schedule for some time now...I bet I'd be a ripped mofo if I'd been sticking to doing 30 minutes post workout every day that I train.

I feel ya man. Ive been so busted at the end of my workout Im like "**** it. the high intensity is cardio enough" Tonight Im goin cardio crazy tho!:dance:
 
I forgot to mention that I'm very happy that my shoulder pain is about 90% gone! I've been taking the cissus regularly and I cycled ice on it for a couple days.

now the only time it bothers me is when I sleep on my side with my arm stretched out under the pillow.

Hey Rob... Sounds like we have similar problems... My savior has been Tiger Balm - but the extreme linment. Comes in a .63 ounce glass jar, but its potent as *hit. I put a finger full on before the workout, and after as well. It rushes blood into the area, and really loosens it up well. Do a little stretching before you lift too - but I'm sure you do that already. You can get the ointment version at most regular drug stores.
 
Epi is a steriod not a ph just throwin that in there.
 
I'm really looking forward to todays chest routine, I got my personal best last week on DB incline...gonna start out on flat bench today and see if I can get the 125's up!!!

I'll only attempt if it I have a good spot/lift-off though.

Here is your first clue. If there is a METHYL in the chemical name, it is active. These compounds are steroids. Yes even Hdrol.

I see you did lat pull downs for your back. . So many people say to stick to compound exercises to gain weight. If you dont mind me throwing in my 2 cents. . wouldnt it be better to do wieghted pull up rather than lat pull downs? Im curious to know if your shoulder was the reason you did lat pulls. Btw i ususally do pull ups then super set with pull downs.

The answer is Yes... weighted pull ups are better, however much more difficult to "isolate" or make the mind/muscle connection. If you're just going for bulk, then do it. I like to mix the two up.

Yeah that threw me the fugg off too. Matt no offense and don't take this the wrong way, but change your avi. A CEL rep that comes on this site often has the same Avi and well you aren't helping his reputation.

Crow I do wide-grip pull-ups (palms down) to start off my back workout, lat-pull downs are the one's that hurt my shoulder, sharp little pain so I have to do without them.

my shoulders have been giving me some grief lately and yesterday didn't help the situation. I started my workout on incline DB press and the bench was already in the possition that I like it. my workout partner went first and completed his first two sets with no problems. I was on set #2 95lb db incline and on rep #6 the bench fell back...throwing me flat on my back with 190 pounds in db's in my hands!!!!

at first I thought I was fine...just pissed! then I realized that my soulders, back, and neck weren't fine. I had to fill out an accident report at the gym and I continued through a half workout. by the time I went to bed last night I could barely lift my left arm and I had the hardest time sleeping. now both shoulders are in an unpleasant state!

I'm cycling ice on my shoulders, I'll see how I feel by the end of the weekend...but if it's not better then this might be the end of my log:-(

O ****, about 2 weeks ago i got an upper body massage from one of our specialists from work, and i haven't felt the same since :-/ But ill pick up the slack for ya I'm on day6 And i got legs today + i bought more protein to speed up the growth process. If its the joint hop on Fish Oils + Ice, If it's the muscle just let it relax.

That is a technicality for the purposes of selling the stuff legally. It doesn't mean that you should talk about them like PH's... if some newb read your post and got wrong info from it they could really end up f*cking themselves over.

All of us REALLY like CEL products. They are tested by PA and are probably the most trustworthy products of their kind out right now. The CEL rep is someone that we all like.

Jesus dude, I'm sorry to hear that.... What a cheap as bench! Your gym will be completely liable for any injuries you experienced, plus is also liable for pain and suffering - despite their waiver of liability because it was a maintenenee issue with their bench.

None of that matters tho man, if you can't train... I hope you recover quickly.

O got it :) and you should sue or file a claim, i knew if that happened @ my gym, they are liable, because most gyms make alot of $ and have to have of insurance if that were to happen, like yesterday... some lady decided to drink before coming to personal train... are some people honestly retarded?

I'm actually doing much better today, I've been icing it and I've been keeping the cissus flowing!

I think I'm going to do legs again today to ensure that it get more time to rest before I do back...that'll be wed.

I'm also going to be at a seminar for NASM on friday and sat...I'm either going to push fridays workout to Sun or move it up to thursday...haven't figured that out yet. what ever day I choose will be the last day of my pulse.
 
Werd up. Glad your doin better homey! I think more rest is a good idea for upper body. Tear them legs up dawg!!:aargh:
 
lol, I'm going to change my name to lucky!

so, my fridge has been broken and leaking water for months. I've been bugging my property management company to fix it for a while. so, last night I'm walking into the kitchen to put my dinner plates away and I slip and fall on the wet tile:frustrate

I broke my dishes that I was carrying and I landed on my wrist wrong...it's just a little sore right now, but I was afraid it was sprain last night

I called my pm company today and told them what happened; the lady I was dealing with was let go last week and the new rep will contact me today. they didn't seem to concerned with the fact that I got hurt though!!!!

haha, my buddy sells pre paid legal services and I was one of his first clients to help him get going.

I've leaned out, put on about 4 very dry pounds, and I'm throwing around a lot more weight... Also noticed better muscle capacity in terms of endurance with punching...

Long story short. I decided to buy another bottle and amp up the dose to 150 / 200 for the second half of the cycle.

I think I'd preffer to keep the doses a bit lower and extend the term of my cycle to 5 or 6 weeks. I know a bit of people on here have decided to extend their h-drol cycles.

today was Leg day...variant from my typical schedule but my shoulders are still unhappy from fridays accident

10 min warm up on elliptical

started out with squats

275x4 PR since knee injury in Jan

leg extensions, calves, core training


Additional Notes:

Felt good working out, I took my AP and some carbs a bit earlier than normal and then had a protein shake with WMS, creatine, and ATW right before training. I really think the RPM also helped put me in the ZONE.

libido is up and down! looking forward to getting this straightened out after this cycle!

a bit bloated today...don't know why!
