I won't be able to get yesterdays log up until tomorrow...only got a minute right now.
but I need to vent how unhappy I am!
my shoulders have been giving me some grief lately and yesterday didn't help the situation. I started my workout on incline DB press and the bench was already in the possition that I like it. my workout partner went first and completed his first two sets with no problems. I was on set #2 95lb db incline and on rep #6 the bench fell back...throwing me flat on my back with 170 pounds in db's in my hands!!!!
at first I thought I was fine...just pissed! then I realized that my soulders, back, and neck weren't fine. I had to fill out an accident report at the gym and I continued through a half workout. by the time I went to bed last night I could barely lift my left arm and I had the hardest time sleeping. now both shoulders are in an unpleasant state!
I'm cycling ice on my shoulders, I'll see how I feel by the end of the weekend...but if it's not better then this might be the end of my log:-(
