only bloodwork can answer that for sure...if bloodwork isn't an option then I'd error on the safe side and plan PCT around a SERM.
 
Well damn. I hate the idea of a SERM, mainly b/c my grandmother is using it for her post-cancer. I like the idea of a pulse though. If I decide to go through with this pulse it will be my first cycle. Ill be reading up on your log. good luck
 
for your first run you could consider running a 4 week pulse to see how you feel...could prob put on some decent LBM and avoid a lot of the sides.

pulsing alone didn't keep me from getting the sides of running the cycle, I've really had to play around with my support supps to keep my libido going...that's well over $300 in just to keep me from feeling shutdown

Word to the wise, don't f*ck with your hormones unless you are gonna be ready to take the appropriate actions. A SERM should be on hand for ANY hormonal cycle, even if you aren't planning on using it for PCT. There are too many side effects that CAN BE AVOIDED that aren't because of operator error. If you don't have the homework down beforehand, shouldn't be cycling.

How long have you been training bro? At your weight I'd think that you might want to wait things out before running a steroid, designer or not. You tried a natty bulk yet? Or at least non methyl ph? Squats and food go a long way dude...

check out the nutrition and fitness forums here, also make sure that you've tried all the naty stuff before you consider the sauce! (I'm sure you knew epi is a steroid)
 
Well good sir. In the high school years i was on the wrestling team so I wasnt supposed to bulk. Im no stranger to lifting but since you asked ive been serious for a year. last Aug. i bought my first membership. i went from 138- 154. thats my current weight. As for the squats wrestling and my dad gave me bad knees... i replace squats with leg press.

bro, I can't believe it's already week 2! from what I read though, week 3 is when people usually get the limp d1ck effects of epi.

Tell all the groupies you're going on vacation and you'll call them back in a couple weeks (once the nolva has had a chance to get your twigs and berries working again).

as far as me being shutdown...I'm in week 6 of my pulse, it's to be expected! I'm prob just prone to shutdown
 
Delsolrob, how much weight did you lose man?

I went from 230 to a lean/mean 164 and then I worked on bulking up after that. I've been cycling between bulking and cutting since. I got back up to 188 naturally...then here I am at around 198.
 
So youve put on 10 lbs since the start of this cycle and also cut fat?! Thats bad fvckin ass bro!!

being 21 and at 5'10" 154lbs you should be able to get to 175lbs before the years over bro. Just EAT!!!!

yeah, especially with your natural hormone profiles at that age...propper training and nutrition will take you a long way!

stick to the basics, creatine, fish oil, whey protein, and large doses of chicken breasts! (or just breasts in general)
 
in all honesty, I can say that most of the guys here are jealous of the potential that you have at your age...use it wisely!

Yea man we aren't baggin on ya, you just have a lot of natural growth ahead of you... save yourself for cycles when they count. I am 25 and I am 2 weeks into my FIRST run. Probably started a bit early too...

The thing is, is we all are training so we can be as big as we can get during our "best years". But after these years pass us by, you still are going to need your health. I'd give it three more years. If you gain 10lbs a year... totally achievable if your dedicated esp. at your weight and height... and you will be 185 lbs... about where you are gonna want to be age, size, and training wise to run some juice. It's not worth all the sh*t you put your body through to get from a low weight to what is honestly still gonna be a low weight.

IMO, wrap those knees up and squat dude. Don't go heavy. Just squat. There is no replacement for it. Do your Dead Lifts too.

I was in the same boat as you 6 months ago man. Always kept weight low to fight, then just started concentrating on bulking with hard work and food. Went from 155 to about 175.
 
Right, which makes me over the hill *itch... He should be able to throw on weight just as easily - or easier. Just pound some creatine, eat a ton of protein, and don't get hammered every weekend.

LMAO... What I was saying, is don't go jumping into designer steroids in six months just because Timber did. His body is at a different point then it was when he was 21. B*tch.
 
I was reading back through my log and it seems that it wasn't until I upped the dose to 30 on my 4th ON day that I really felt it.

I am running the exact same dosage as you for my cycle... I didn't really feel it until 30mg, like delsolrob said. The first time I dosed 2 pre w/o, I noticed a difference... I can't wait for 40mg

use the phera in the winter...when it's cold and you don't care if you have to take your shirt off! (wet compound)

I PM'd Bassgod about his P-plex/Mdrol bridge and he said it was worth it. The only thing he'd have changed was adding DHEA to combat lethargy. Food for thought, as the bridge is a sexy idea.

Ha my trainer bro's at the gym, Got Omnivol, From the local vitamin store.... Talk about insane gains... My buddy gained 26lbs and kept 21 of them, hes a beast now from 6'1 200-226... Im running this cycle for these 4 weeks and then going to pct, let myself recover and run an 40/40/40/40 Epi.

Ya i might go on it after my 40/40/40/40 of Epi Next, But the only reason i'll stick with epi is the fact, that the sides chance r so low, compared to the higher anabolic, and your gains are just a little less then the others, and no chance of puffy nip's and man tits :) the rest of the sides who cares lol

Not necessarily true. Some people have had a reduction in gyno from epi and some have had the opposite. Just letting you know. Some people are just prone to gyno.

Additional Notes:

Felt good working out, I took my AP and some carbs a bit earlier than normal and then had a protein shake with WMS, creatine, and ATW right before training. I really think the RPM would have put me in the ZONE...so mad I forgot to pack it yesterday!

libido is back in the garbage...think this has more to do with the stress of my ex bugging me again.

I'm really noticing the leaning effects of this cycle though...friends are starting to notice too:-)
