Cherry Poppin' Pinnin' Cycle!!

For me, I have a much tougher time with high estrogen/aromatization with dbol then I do high dose test. Dbol just seems a lil bit faster and furious in that department.


It is w/o a doubt, my prostate swelling was directly due to the Dbol, in fact current research doesn't point to DHT for the blame, but fvcking Estrogen, so a little AI every here and there is good, just not EOD IMO....
I literally have only 1 side effect from Test and that is a hard ass c0ck....24-7, somebody go tell T-Lake that sh!t, and he will be on it tomorrow.......
 
Gonna start taking 300mg 6-OXO before bed every night to control the estro. Also just to note, i'm up another 4lbs, so that's a total of 6 from the start :head:

WHY????? I would think that CISSUS would be better I don't think your gonna have that high of a rate of conversion to E, and you need some of it to grow, I think you want to decrease SBHG, and increase the massive amount of Test flowing around bound to FREE TEST!!!!!

Personally I like to blow up, I usually don't do anything other than Proviron, and let the water come on, get smoothed and strong as fvck, and then shed in PCT.........that water is good for stretching the fascia of your muscles giving room for hypertrophy........

I totally agree with you about blowing up and how water effects the muscles. I just hate being fvckin bloated all day. Like my stomach, ya know? Today is day 17. I'm not feeling the T yet because it's too early, so the bloat is from the m1,4add and I AM taking 210mg daily lol.
 
Looking good in here JJ. I agree with heavies last post. use this a a bulk, and worry about the bloat after(unless it is real bad i hate bad bloat too)

get some Ivory soap, do not use anything with moisturizers in it, and by some Salicylic Acid bodywash (Acne BODYWASH)........ I had acne on my chest my last T prop fvcking bonanza, I will scrub my fvcking skin off b4 I let that sh!t happen again.....be glad though that means you got a sh!t load of Test on board..........

i'm already using Java Lather and a generic Proactiv called AcneFree. it has Salicylic Acid in it, along with a low % of benzoyl peroxide. i'll get the bodywash though, as after this current sunburn goes away, i'm sure my back will thank me. time to start mega dosing B5 as well!!
 
embrace the bloat young bassgod...if you arent having gyno issues there is no need to run an AI or a SERM. If i didnt have gyno issues with estrogen or whatever id be taking huge amounts of gear and bloating the fvck up!!!! The bloat will go away but it will also help you out on building more muscle imo.

I feel you there man, my skin is a little oily anyway but on test, wholey sh*t I could wash my face and then 30 minutes later wipe my hand over my forehead and have a fvcking oil slick on my hand. Fvckin disgusting. My skin is finally starting to dry out 1 week into pct. I know you'll be fine though dogg, between the bloat and this you know that the fvckin test is doin its thing.

Yesterday, DAY 19: Chest, Delts, Tri's, Back Width, Back Thickness

Flat BB Bench - 6,4,3 = 13 total
Chest Stretch in doorway

DB Mil Press - 6,3,1 = 10 total(lighter next time, maybe)
Delt Stretch using BB in smythe

Weighted Dips(50lb DB) - 8,4,3
Tri Pushdowns Drop Set - 6,5,4 just to REALLY exhaust em(it worked well lol)
Tri stetch using 35lb DB

Wide Grip Pullups with 35lb DB - 6,4,3 = 13 total

Bent Over Smythe BB Rows - 6,6 GREAT contraction on these.
Back stretch hanging from pullup bar

2 sets of High Cable Curls x10 reps just cuz

10min jump rope

3 sets of twist crunches(45 reps)
 
We'll see how recovery goes, but I may go tomorrow and do some front and lateral raises along with DB shrugs and cable upright rows for more delt/trap development. My goal for this cycle is a total recomp where every single body part is larger, better shaped, and more defined/striated. Anyone think that's asking too much, then FVCK YOU!!! I WILL MAKE IT HAPPEN!!! :aargh: Now it's time to eat my chicken muthafvckin quesadillas!!!! mmmmm....:food:
 
Lets see the weights dude!I like it to see where I stand with the others.Guys who(presumably)know how to lift.Not guys who are going as heavy or slightly heavier right next to you in the gym to prove to their boys and "b!tch" how they are just as,or better yet,stronger than you.Cause like I said before,they have to prove whats under the hood cause what you see aint sh!t!!!I use the 35's for tri stretches too,one in each hand,but I never feel them stretch like the other stretches.I tried the alternative for tri's.On the dip bars,but didn't feel it much either.I'll try that again though.If I can get it down,that sh!t would work well I think.Also I can't stretch my back from a bar either.For one,I don't feel it much,and 2 it hurts my shoulders.I just grab a bar,like the smith bar,and lean back kinda half squated down I guess.Then push with my feet kind of....It's hard to explain.But lets see the #'s man!

you've seen all my numbers in my last log. it's too much of a pain in the as$ to type every number for every session. i already stated that i'll post weight increases from session to session. my plan is to actually do what you did, and show last session's numbers compared to the current ones. today's workout is a first, so there is no previous one to compare it to. im sorry man, but i got sooo burnt out on my last log with reps, weights, sets, etc. that as only for 6 weeks!!!! this one is 3 MONTHS! :lol: don't worry though, i will make note of any weight increases. for tri stretches, do you tilt your head back and make it touch the DB? this pushes it(DB) back and puts even more pressure on the arm, for a better stretch.

I agree 100%. Without the weight, I can feel the stretch a lot more. The other ones are hardcore, but that one is just like a regular warm-up stretch. I'm going to try to think of a better one...

They have the one where you hold the bottom part of dips.Not the seated dips,the upright dips.I tried it once and felt my chest more than the tri's,but I'll try it again and tweak the form......I actually hold the bottom part on gironda dips for chest,and it hurts so good in the lower pecs!

I absolutely LOVE the contraction I feel on gironda's bro. OMFG! NOTHING, I say NOTHING hits them better! Not even low cable crossovers!!! They do come close, but I feel more of a contraction with G dips.

They are amasing!If you don't already do it,then hold the stretched part of that exercise to stretch the pecs after the GD's.I have little feet things I can rest my toes on kind of,and it hurts like hell!
 
I love low cable cross overs for a pre-fatuie for the upper chest before I do my presses. I'm lost on the DC sht. I have no clue WTF you guess are doing but hey keep up the good work I guess ;)

To be honest, the bloat is minimal at best. That 1 morning it was BAD, but i'm not sure why. Too many carbs probably, but I only had 70g :think: Anyways, mood is still elevated, weight is up 7lbs, strength is increasing, vascularity is great, performance in da sack is increased(aka takes longer and is more "intense") I have to try REAL HARD and pump da fvck outta dat shyt to get off LMFAO! seriosuly!! I feel like an animal and want to fvck shyt up for the majority of the day, until I get home and chill(if ya know what I mean ;)) Going good so far man, i'm just waiting for the next 10 days or so to pass!!!! :bb3:

Delts, quads, ventro glutes, pecs, traps, bi's. PLENTY of places! I'd stick with only approved inj sites by the medical field though. Traps is def not one of them, lol.
