got a nice pump and felt pretty strong. thank goodness for the gym as things here are stressful.

happy to say I got in a little cardio and abs this afternoon

I hope so, she was a crank before camp too. She should be a royal,ripping loony by the time I pick her up this afternoon. I am actaully glad that she ends camp Friday (besides the $$$) some down time for her will be good, and for me too :)

Nice numbers there bro!!! I like to mix up powerbuilding/heavy sets with high volume days as well. I've found it works the best for me, keeps my body guessing!
 
Ok I am very late tonight which means no cardio tomorrow am. I will explain in a minute/ it has been a horrible day overall, even after my arm workout I could get to my GF due to having to drive 20 miles to get a ladder to fix something on my condo or risk being fined by the friggin board, bunch of aholes.

SO after I was finally done, and I dropped the ladder back off and got it all taken care of, my wife decides it would be a lovely time to pick an argument. Basically, I have had plans (first only me and 2 buddies plans in 3 years, no joke) for 2 months for this saturday to watch Fedor fight sylvia. She has known about it, and was cool with it. She promptly tells me a few days ago, she is leaving friday to go to NYC for 4 days to see some friends. I remind her of my plans, and I got the "if you cared about me, you would know i need this time". Now over the last 14+ months she has done some sort of "alone" excursion to her firends, or family 8 times. Several of those times she is not around to talk to our daughter on the phone. Now there are some issues between her father and I, basically he was sexually inappropriate with his new g/f (wife now) in front of my daughter on more than 2 occassions.

So she tells me, "I have a solution, you can go watch the fights, i can go to NYC, and I can drop her off at my dads for all 4 days". After I finished laughing, I said for the last year she has not been to his house, due to his inappropriateness. We will not start a new trend at 4 days.

SO she then gets ticked off and said "you cant tell me no, what are you going to do if you go to pick her up at camp tomorrow and I already have her in NY"? SO as you can imagine the conversation picked up a bit, and some yelling and screaming ensued.

Basically she told me she hated me (no sh!t) so I said we were close to getting a divorce last summer, lets move this along, i just bought a for sale sign for the house lets put it up. She tried to rip the sign, then cut it till I got it away. Needless to say the sign is now up on the front window. Sadly the market here sucks, but i am going to try.

She is friggin nuts. We have been together 11 years, and for the last 14-15 months it has been pure hell. I told her I want out in the worst way. The only good thing is we agree that I should have full custody, with her of course getting visitation. She tried to bring that up, but relented quite a bit.

Sorry for rambling so long but i am so sick and tired of the whole thing. It will be nice when it is finally over

thanks guys, it is a rough situation right now, more than anything I feel for my daughter.

When I woke up this am, I checked and saw my wife was gone so I quicklyran to see if my daughter was still there, which luckily she was.

Its just sad and pathetic all rolled into one
 
Take care of your daughter and yourself Reaper! I've been there. I was married for 13 years the first time. The last 3 or so years were pure Hell. I had a daughter involved also. Its amazing how much she loves it. I give her a 5lbs db at times and she curls and squats, it is very cute. reminds me when I was younger, when my sister and I would go with my dad and sit and watch.

had a hell of a workout today. Very motivated this am.

I am a stinky, sweaty pig right now. But I feel real good. Will be back tomorrow for bi's and tri's. No cardio as I always get nervous with my daughter just hanging out for that. Today she got to go in the playroom and color me some pictures. Tomorrow she will cheerlead :thumbsup:

my daughter means everything to me, and she has such a smile on her face at the gym it is hilarious. The owner (who is a friend) keeps asking to see her membership card (joking of course). She makes me flex in the mirror all the time, and has all the grandmothery types cracking up all the time. It is important to me that she learns about the importance of caring for your body and leading a good lifestyle.

It is sad and happy all at the same time. I understand that it ran its course, and we have had many, many happy times, but I have to believe that there is someone else out there that will share the same values as me, and is willing to work as a cohesive unit. I hate the way this sounds, and it is not meant to be mean, but my wifes idea of exercise is *****ing/moaning and sitting on the couch eating ice cream. I will say that she does go for the occassional late night walk, but we share nothing in common any more. So it is now time to move on.

I am also fortunate to have a supportive family behind me. My sister lives pretty close, and has offered to take us in, till we can find a place of our own. My daughter actually is excited by it, as it will mean she can live with her cousins and have a pool. Ahh to be 5

I forgot to mention that yesterday afternoon I did cardio and abs at my sisters house. She had me do her 10 minutes pilates abs with her, which was harder than I thoguht. I felt like such a girl.

I have to tell you it was a pathetic sight. My brother in law walked in, then quickly walked out laughing. There is my sister, who is a tiny little things, doing all these moves so easily. Then there is big, lumbering me about to fall over for some of these moves, however I did stay with it the entire 10 minutes. :bb3:

Here is a funny aside considering I have already spilled my life story in this log: my "wife" got back from her last minute trip last night, acting as though nothing happened days earlier. I start hysterical laughing when I see her, why you may ask? Well this is the 3 4-day weekend to NYC in the last year (countless trips elsewhere in the country) and for each NYC trip she comes back with a sore on her lip. She sees me laugh, and gets offended, so I explain how she must be really enjoying herself on these all girl getaways (hey maybe she likes girls), so our conversation ended for the evening after that. Too damn funny
