Thanks bro! The back is lookin' much leaner now. That pic in my avi was from 2 months ago. I can't wait to do the new pics after this cycle and PCT. It's got lots more detail now. I've been blessed by All Father with a strong back and biceps. I'm more of a puller than a pusher. I can do seated cable rows with 300 lbs. for 8 to 10 reps usually. I can also do one-arm concentration curls with a 100 lb. dumbell for 8 reps. So pulling is definitely my strong point. Hell, I can even use more weight on lying leg curls than I can on leg extensions! I'm working on the pushing now. I just did Flat Benches this morning with 330 lbs. for 8 reps, so it's getting there! I feel ya on being a puller rather than a pusher, my back is WAY stronger than my chest... one more day till the big man's birthday!!!
