Jmh...definitly greater vascularity in the forearms, as well as deepr cuts in the abs..whatever you are doing its working!

It appears fashionable to poke fun at "fat girls". A lot of us would be (very) fat boys, if we did not take all those smart supplements! Solitary opinion! :run:

I have no problem with "Big" people in general if they are in the gym WORKING or watching what they eat. But when they are at Dairy Queen getting a Large Double Oreo Blizzard, I have no problem making fun.
Luv Ya. And I was a lard ass once, But I chose to modify my body and I feel a million times better.

I let myself get way out of shape a couple years back...6 ft and 275 with loads of fat. I decided enough's enough and have (so far) gone from 275 to 210 since February. I lost all fat and no muscle loss. I owe DCP & Recreate for that along with lots of cardio. I still don't look "good", but Im a hell of a lot better. Another 20-30 pounds of fat to lose, and then some nice muscle gains to follow (hopefully)
 
Yah after I stopped competing I just lost all motivation and I went up to 305. I dropped 70 lbs in about 5 months. I got in another slump and went to 280 and slowly over the last year I have gotten down to 240 but this 240 is much leaner than my 235 of a couple of years ago. Recreate is an amazing product. IGF2 and drive have really contributed as well. I also have to give honorable mention to Leviathan, DCP, Hyperdrol and PCS. All good products.
