Actually, I had a friend that used to call it roofies for bodybuilders! (the old over-the-supp-store-counter stuff...not the battery acid in the bathtub blend).
Ain't nuthin wrong with the bathtub method, as long as it's Force making it up ;) I always made sure the pH was correct and there were no trace biproducts from the exothermic reaction.

Actually bro, I was getting bored as Hela from just doing heavy straight sets during PCT. I'm having a ball with these triple drops. I am totally spent after the set!! I love intensity techniques!! I'm a sadistic little beeyatch anyway! :twisted:Triple-drops this cycle, maybe rest-pause reps with partials at the end of the sets next cycle!! Gotta keep changing it up to keep the muscles off-guard. The body adapts very quickly to the stresses we place upon it!!:frustrate THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:

I know how you feel man. I work at the gym for about an hour sometimes before I lift (by work, I mean post on Anabolicminds.com)... and I stare at the floor, imagining what chaos is going to go down today. Good feeling.

Checked BP Tuesday afternoon and it was 126/84, so not bad for my weight and age!! Plus it's really not bad considering the TRN! I've been taking 2 grams of Hawthorn Berries per day for the last 2 months now. It has had a huge impact on my BP. Before it was hovering at 140/92 most of the time. I've been taking 20 grams of healthy efa's per day for the last 8 months. 12 grams of fish oil and 8 grams of flax seed oil per day, split up over 4 servings. I also take 1,000 mg. of Niacin and 40 mg. of Policosanol everyday. All this has helped tremendously with my lipids. I cut my cholesterol in half over the last year without using statin drugs!! I changed my diet radically along with this also! My doctor was impressed! Hippocrates once said, "Let your food be your medicine, and let your medicine be your food.":food: I always appreciate your input on my threads bigt. Keep checkin' in!!:wave: THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:

Cycle Day 5

UPDATE: This is the fifth day of supplementing 30 mg. of Epi, 4 caps (6 mg.) of TRN, and 20 mg. of Phera. My initial impression of this blend is very positive. STRENGTH: is already beginning to increase! RECOVERY: is much quicker than it was during PCT. I just love anabolics!! LIBIDO: was insane last night!!:fool2: Should've made a home-movie!!:whip: ha ha ENDURANCE: is increasing as well. I just finished my morning cardio session, and it was a breeze! APPETITE: increasing as well. I've upped the clean carbs for this strength cycle. This explains why I feel so good and energetic probably. SLEEP: No problems yet. I've been reading of people using a TRN/Epi combo reporting anxiety and sleep issues. I'm fine thus far. PUMPS: highly elevated! The pre-workout TST gets a lot of credit here. Gives me better pumps than ANY N.O. product I've ever used before. VASCULARITY: major increase here! My diet has been really tight for the last 3 or 4 months now. Bodyfat just keeps meltin' off. Can't wait to post new pics after this ride!!:bb3: THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:

You know, me too. Whenever I start taking it, my BP sets up at 120/74 and DOES NOT MOVE! I have A home pump and I check regularly (and daily when on) and without fail, 120/74. Sometimes it moves a little, like to 78, or on rare occasions, 80, but never beyond.

I realize you aren't running really high dosages of each compound, but don't you think three orals at once might be a little much? I mean, I know how toxic PP is, and even though everyone touts Epi as a "safe steroid" it's still toxic, and then TRN on top of that? I don't know boss, that sounds a little risky, but best of luck to you.

Thanks for the concern brother. The TRN is methoxylated, so it's not liver toxic. Therefore my methyl intake is 50 mg. per day for 21 days. If you've seen my ancillaries, you should see that I'm taking precautions with this cycle. :thumbsup: Thanks for droppin' in, and keep checking back!! THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:

Happy Independence Day everyone!! Feels good to be free, doesn't it?! Oooh Yeah!! My gear is not only kickin' in, but it's kickin' @ss as well!! I dipped into the divine powers for this morning's battle!:box: Here's the new report from the front lines: LEGS AND SHOULDERS!!! Legs--LEG EXTENSIONS: 120 X 10! This may not sound like much, but this machine I use is fukkin' brutal!:smite: At a gym I frequent sometimes across town, I can use 210 for these same number of reps. Oh well, the numbers don't matter. Just the intensity and the fact that I went all out!! Drop to 105 X 9. Drop to 90 X 12. MACHINE SQUATS: 325 X 10!! PR!! Another sadistic peice of equipment.:twisted: Regular squats are like a walk in the park compared to these muthas! Drop to 280 X 9. Drop to 220 X 8. STIFF-LEGGED DEADLIFTS: 300 X 10. Drop to 260 X 8. Drop to 200 X 10. Hams were pumped! ONE-LEGGED HAMSTRING CURLS: 90 X 10. Hard. Drop to 65 X 11. Drop to 50 X 12. Hams were blown after this. MACHINE SHOULDER PRESSES: 225 X 8!! PR!! Damn homeslice! That must have been an epic workout! So many triple drops, I would have been crawling for the trashcan to puke my breakfast up! Like Heavies said, and the big man himself Ronnie said before him, "Everyone wants to be a bodybuilder, but nobody wants to lift these heavy ass weights!" The TG is down for some heavy ass weights and so am I!

Just finished doing my rowing machine cardio. Whew!! I really torqued it up this morning. 20 minutes of heart-racing action!! I do my cardio in the H.I.I.T fashion. Short bursts of all-out intensity followed by intervals of lesser intensities. Keeps the heart-rate elevated much higher and for longer durations than regular paced cardio. And it keeps cardio from being so damn boring! LOL I'm feelin' great on this cycle. No bad sides to report as of yet. All good in da hood!!:afro: Strength and self-confidence are way above normal levels now!!:twisted: I feel really juiced!!:aargh: THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:

I like it better. It has hydraulic cylinders that increase the resistance on it. I can adjust it until it's pretty hard!! I have it here at home, so I use it mainly for the convenience. It really wears my arse out though.:twisted: THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:

I made fantastic gains naturally from hard training and a good diet. As for the gains, I've not been intentionally trying to gain any more bodyweight from these last couple of cycles. They have been for recomp purposes. But I still gain a few pounds nevertheless. I've been putting on 5 to 7 pounds during cycle, and keeping 3 to 5 after PCT. I'm very pleased with these gains at this stage in the game for me. The gains are harder to come by, once you get to a certain size and strength level. I'm only 1 week into this cycle, and I'm up 2 pounds already!! Keep training hard TL89!!:head: THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:

Yeah I meant for the future as you're too young now.I just thought maybe you had one planned for your first.The thing of it is by the time you are 21+we may have new and better designers.Possibly none at all.I wish I knew about proper training and dieting at 18.I had the drive and trained regularly.I just didn't have the knowledge!
 
yeah man. thats how i was. i knew dieting for wrestling and powerlifting and the basis of lifting. but other than that i had no idea. Im kinda scared about designers when im of age. hopefully they will ahve better once or clones will still be around or something. but no cycles even in mind as of right now.

It's hard to say,but if they get banned clones can't legally exist.Clones now are from designers that companies quit making due to a letter from the DEA saying they were going to investigate their supps.So they just quit making them to end a problem before it even started.Then small companies started making clones.
Supposively the FDA is going to start checking all supps one day to make sure they have what they claim and at the right dose.If this happens,thats when,if ever,we will say goodbye to designers for good.I read it like it was going to happen but alot of times they are trying to make it happen.Proposing it to congress in other words.So who knows.I read it from another member too.

yeah someone was telling me that it takes ages for FDA to actually do anything because phera has been around along time
 
Just finished doing my rowing machine cardio. Whew!! I really torqued it up this morning. 20 minutes of heart-racing action!! I do my cardio in the H.I.I.T fashion. Short bursts of all-out intensity followed by intervals of lesser intensities. Keeps the heart-rate elevated much higher and for longer durations than regular paced cardio. And it keeps cardio from being so damn boring! LOL I'm feelin' great on this cycle. No bad sides to report as of yet. All good in da hood!!:afro: Strength and self-confidence are way above normal levels now!!:twisted: I feel really juiced!!:aargh: THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:

Did you feel suppressed at all after the Superdrol clone? That one shut me down pretty damn hard.
