I guess those carbs in the morning really gave me that extra push. I started out strong on each lift but quickly poo'd out. O well. Slamm'd 50gr Whey and scarff'd down 1/2 cup brown rice post workout. Now im about to enjoy a scoop of cub cake batter, a chicken breast and some oatmeal :food:
 
Got in 30min this morning. No MP3 player and no TV's (idk why they were off) and beeing the only person in the gym between the ages of 18-38 it was a rough 30min. Im surprised I lasted that long.

Yea it was real bad.

I have added a meal in the evening to 4oz Talipia. That gives 9gr fat and 20gr protein. I dont know how im going to figure this into my cals but maybe just let it be. im getting super hungry and it's getting annoying.
 
No fasted cardio this morning. Had to many things I had to get done before work.

ECYA stack is killing my vascularity.

Going to hit the gym a little later for a 45min cardio session......should be a blast!

Yea im looking a lot better. 2day after I got up form tanning there's a mirror in there and I hit an abs and thigh shot and I could see all my abs. Good feeling just need to shed a little more fat and a little water so I can have that look all the time.
 
Wow Tailapia is amazeing! I brolied some for 15min with some mrs. dash lemon pepper seasoning and some spray butter. Wow Im stil amazed at how good that was. I wish it wasn't so expensive and I'd change all my meat meals to 8oz Talapia over chicken. I'll look at Costco and Gordon Foods this week. I just pick'd up a pack of 8 (4oz fillets) that was like $9 at the local grocery store
 
walmart has packs of 2.5lbs for $10 or so. so prety cheap

I'll def check that out. I spend about $12 a week for chicken but the taste is becomming unberable. I know that my chicken is a little cheaper at GFS vs. Walmart. Regardless I may just make a run to Wally world and get some for the next few days for a change of pace.

A few ol' g's at the gym said it'll make my skin thinner, eating talapia :blink: Whatever it taste good.

Yea diets been damn good. I enjoy standing up and looking down and a little flex and i can see all of my abs.

Next week I may switch to a higher volume/rep training scheme to really help bring everything together. If anyone has some good routine I'm all ears.

yeah im starting the fasted cardio all this week so it seems to be pretty good. i try and do 45 min in the morning and 15 min later in the day. the frekin wierd thing though is that i lost close to 4 pounds in three days, which is wierd cuz i drink 1 gallon of water per day. idk maybe its just goin right through me. hope all is goin well with that six pack!

Man was a tough workout, I was sweating more than I usually sweat in the weight room but it felt good I guess.
 
Well I got thru 1/2 of my back workout 2day and said eff it. Im done. Im going to take the next few days off training. I have been having THE toughest time sleeping and feeling rested. I mean Im not dragging ass or anything I just feel like its not all there.

I'm still going to do 45min cardio each day at a Low-Intensity as always. I think Im going to go carb-less until sunday and then load up with about 300gr of Brown Rice, Oatmeal, blue berries and some sweet potatoes.

I will be stopping all stims and starting on 3 Reset AD/day and before bed I'll be doseing Lipo-PM and some bulk 1-carboxy (yea I got 200gr Biotches,lol)
 
I know how you feel. I'm running on about 5 hrs of broken sleep. Sucks!

Well it's been about 2 hours since I was suppose to take my 2nd ECYA dose and im draggin' ASS. Instead I took a Reset AD and 500mg Tyrosine. I feel like if I really wanted to I could fall a sleep. I really haven't felt this too much in the past 4-5weeks.

After work I just plan on going home and chillin' maybe watching a movie or something.

Before bed (~9:30pm) I plan on doing the following
1/4t NP 1-Carboxy
2 caps Lipo-PM
1 cap Reset AD

Hopefully can get some quality sleep 10hrs would be nice :D

I'm subbed man! I know that draggin' ass feeling! I'm 39 days into my frist 'real-deal cut', and I'm also looking for my abs to show up in August - I'm looking probably at the end of August though...

Cutting sucks!
 
Yes it does.

I slept for 8 or 9 hours last night. I dont know exactly when I feel alspeep but last time I remember seeing was 11:12pm. I took the concoction at about 10:15 or so. A little later than I wanted. I didn't wake up at all during the night which gave me a hunch'd over run to the bathroom this morning.

I didn't have as hard of a time waking this morning. I hit the snooze twice, usually its 4-5 times! So only about a 10min procedure 2day. I would like to get back to waking up 5 min before my alarm. Yea it was my Kramer alarm and used it for about 1.5years!
 
Got in some good cardio yesterday.I finally remembered to use my heart monitor. I burned 458.6calories in 45min on the treadmill. My heart rate never goes above 120 anymore, it was 145ish when I 1st started doing cardio. Then it was back down in the low 60's in just a few minutes. So I know my heart is doing well with this cardio stuff because I sure as hell hate it.

Post cardio was 50gr whey and 32oz Miller Lite :D. I stopped by the bar with a buddy on the way home so we grabbed some beers and watched the tigers game.

I think im going to for go the mini carb load on sunday. I feel fine as it is so I'll just eat my regular carb meals as planned. I will try and get up some pictures this week. Be ready to be amazed :bb2:

Oh and I slept for 10hrs last night :D I feel great 2day and had a little coffee (only stims since thursday am)
 
Well I went out to the bar last night with some buddies. Had a great time. I drank A LOT last night and had another Italian grinder, lol.

I did get in 60min of cardio yesterday. I split up 2 30min sessions. Diet was perfect up until 9pm then we hit the bar, so Im not too worried about this halting my progress. It was a good stress release I guess. I feel a lot better and am really ready to get back to the weights on monday

Great! Sleep has been going real real well since the addition of Lipo-PM and 1-C. I have also been doing 3 reset AD and 1500mg Tyrosine/day (split equal doses). I feel kinda sluggish all day with stopping stims cold turkey other than the occasional cup of coffee but it feels good.

Workout went well on monday and im not too sore 2day. Im still holding a little extra water from the weekend but I did get some dandelion tea that I need to start drinking to keep my water levels in check.

Im going to hit back 2nite and then im sure I'll get in 8 quality hours of sleep with my new goodies.

I cut volume down to 9 sets per body part this week and will switch back to a 3day/week split. I know I said I didn't want to but I dont want another CNS crash. My split will probably go like so along with carb cycling....yippy!

Monday: Chest/shoulders/tris (30min cardio)
Tuesday: Abs+60-75min cardio (2sessions AM/PM)
Wednesday: Back/Bi's/Forarms (30min cardio)
Thursday: Abs+60-75min cardio (2sessions AM/PM)
Friday: Legs/Calves (30min cardio)
Saturday: 60min cardio (2sessions AM/PM)
Sunday : chillin :cool:
 
Even though it seems like you keep switching your split every week, its great becuase it keeps your muscles guessing.

Thats what I was thinking about the other day. Makes it hard to see where strength is at times but when the workout returns to is spot in the rotation weights aren't down. Good point.

Those are the worst. I hit one out oppo that would have been a grandslam last year, easily 350+ and would have won the game. Instead I hit a towering fly ball to the LF and we lost by 2.

Makes you want to kick yourself because usually you do everything right and it just carries one way or the other.

did you know it was gone when you hit it? Thats only happened to me a few times and once was then. It really sucks then. Same with pissing on 4 balls and going 0-4 while the guy behind you has an IF single and 2 balls that dribbled between the SS and 3B and a base hit to the Bermuda triangle (3 fielders are within 3 feet of the pop up but no want touches it). Yea baseball is bs in those regards,lol.

No I didn't but it kept travelling. Yea thats what happens to me. Those bloop singles irritate me so much even as a batter beucase you know you should have gotten out.

I'm pissed! All I have to eat 2day is 2lbs choc mint whey and 4lbs casien. I couldn't make food for 2day so it's gonna be velocity style diet 2day until after work. Yippy :frustrate

Well im down to my last belt loop (customly poke'd) and man it's annoying all my stuff bunches up, makes me look like I have a huge buldge which is cool I guess but makes it annoying with my shirts and what not. It's a problem I dont really mind having.

I need to get back to cardio. I have only done cardio once this week. I will def get in 45 min later 2night along with some ab work. I really haven't done much since i've started this log or in general really

You don't want a belt! What you need is one of those dirty ropes hobo's use. You should be able to pick one up down at the park. just look for a shitty pair of pants, or if that fails try the rope swing down at the riverside. Good Luck!
