Hey guys,

Im 14 weeks out from INBF naturalmania
in NYC Sept 20th.

Lost about 23 lbs so far.
Im down to 173 lbs.
Lost about 3 inches from my waist so far (from 34 inches to 31 inches)

Lookin good man... I'm not a precontest expert to know what you should be prior to your show but your current pics seem good. Good luck in the contest!
 
Legs are looking good..dial in some chest and abs and lower back and you should do very well!!!!

I appreciate the constructive criticism, Crader, I agree with the chest and lower back, the chest seems to be my genetic weakpoint, and that just means I have to tear it up even harder at the gym.

I hope I take 1st place though lol :head:

if you're not using dumbells for chest then start using them, they are better for bring up the chest than using a barbell.

Much respected . I believe that is a very strict natural show.I'm currently going by IFPA/OCo and it's keeping me on track=)

Genetic79, i hope to be at lightweight, at around 155 lbs maybe.
i still have 13 weeks so, lets say 1 lb lost each week, i should be roughly 155-160 around.

i doubt i would lose 1 lb a week as the competition nears since the most fat is shed in the beginning and slows down near the end
so maybe i would lose about 8-13 lbs.

Right now, my meals consist of oats, Rice, Chicken breast, broccoli.
protien shakes (no milk)

the only sugars in my diet is dextrose post workout.

im allowed on one cheat a week.

Currently, im on only the basic supplements (creatine, protein, flax oil,vitamins)

Solid diet, if I might add. As you get closer, drop some carbs and add half the amount you drop as fat. This will help you keep muscle alot easier and still shed fat at a good clip.
 
By the way, why not try fitday.com ? its a free site and is super easy to keep track of things once you get the hang of it. Making that excel chart must take a while!

wow its been a while since i posted on AM

Been real busy with diet, training, studying, sleeping etc.


Waistline is finally down to 29.5 inches
and feeling pretty ripped.

Still some fat on the good ole' legs to pound out.

Will post pics soon.

damn bro your looking shredded to hell. Im in the middle of cutting right now and i think i hit a plateau on my routines. What does your workout routines look like?
