I'm new to AM (this is my first post) and joined b/c of all of the useful info on Havoc and other supplements. I'm about 212lbs (~12-15% BF), 6'2", 26 years old, and looking to gain about 10 pounds of lean muscle while losing 7-10 lbs of fat on the back end of the cycle. I am a very experienced lifter who played college Div 1A football and also a Cert. PT with a BS in Nutrition. This will not be my first prohormone stack I've done, but its been a while. When I come off this stack I will be staring down the barrell of a Triathlon at the end of Sept that I'm doing just for fun . I've done all the research, read all the posts on havoc, and even read T1's Havoc Write up so just looking for extra advice at this point, and making sure I have everything just right. Here is the cycle I am looking at starting.

In addition, I will be taking glutamine, multi's, fish oils, Taurine, Myoplex RTD's (post wo), Syntha 6 protein and ZMA for the duration of the cycle. My diet will be on point for the cycle through the duration as well. I was thinking of adding in SuperPump 250 and SizeOn to the PTC, or would that be to much??? Should I leave something out or add others in to the mix? Any advice from you experienced havoc users will be much appreciated. I should be starting to preload by the end of the week. Thanks for helping out the new guy.
