Texas.. does the ??? by Squat mean you kept throwin 45's on after all the 100's were used up and still couldn't find your max yet ?? :D lol
naw haha. i havent had a spotter so i cant max on free weights. i dont want ot get flamed but i have been having to use the smith machine for my squats. also i usuallly do leg press and V-squat machine more than squats.
 
i know man i know. but its the only way i can use heavy weight to get a great leg workout, because i dont have a spotter adn i go when no one else is in the gym pretty much.
 
its like a cooler to store all of ur meals in... diferent colors for proteins, veggies, and carbs... the timer is cool too. we'll see how it works.

EDIT: on top there is a place for ur olis, flaxseeds, pills, etc... and a drop in ice pack that fits in its own pocket.. my tranning for mass book fits perfectly in the back pocket..lol
 
haha..no i just like to buy myself something nice once in a while....plus my girl has been outa town.. and not to mention i dont drink/ spend money on party supplys anymore..besides my muscular development/ staples, i do a good job of saving my flow.

EDIT: plus!! im helping the economy by spending money. . lol
 
are any of yall good at computer design? i just made a shirt design and i need help making it look professional...also whats yalls thoughts on my design?

Achilles Tendonitis. In Both my legs.Cant run, cant squat, cant do leg press. Unless I want a ruptured achilles tendon.

Though I got my orthotics in yesterday, wore them today and wow didnt feel any pain all day.

Problem is my joints are too flexible. And when I over trained by running too much, my ankles had too much give going back and forth and it strained both my ankles, So it has sucked for about 2 months. I have started to do leg workouts on machines though in the best way I can without using the tendons. I think another month and I could probably squat really light...
