i liked the dc style i need to do it some more and get a better feel for it. i think it has some great potential.Not to take away from the log but just wanted to add something to Pantera. Definately start at 30mg and bump as you see fit until you reach 50mg that should be enough for you. Try to get 5 weeks imo and when i did my 8 week epidrol cycle i was doing DC training the whole time and let me tell you that broke some nice strength plateaus...If you are going to keep the reps more on the low side then MaxOT or DC are good programs to follow esp on cycle since they can burn you out if used for too long a period.
