Day 16:
8 Hyper Trop X

Hit the bench pres up followed by loads up dips which felt great!! Endurance has definitely progressed....Anyhow Incline dumbbell flyes, more dips and pullups in between and following Cable Crossovers and I was ready to hit up cardio! I've noticed I have been able to push out more reps and increase weight slightly,but mostly additional reps and recovery which has been outstanding! The endurance today was top notch!:thumbsup:

Yeah, Trop-X really increases stamina A LOT. With lower reps, I was able to add 5-10lbs usually almost every workout. I've just started tonight doing sets of 12 (no more 5x5), and look forward to being able to push out more reps instead!

Way to push yourself!
 
Day 17:

8 HyperTrop X

Legs:

Stamina has really nice while on this thus far! I was able to hit up squats of all sorts VERY well! Endurance was HOT!! I even had enough gas in my tank to hit up a nice bit of cardio afterwards!! Def enjoying this!:thumbsup:
 
Day 18:

Cardio & Abs

This had to be one of my WOST cardio sessions to date..haha low carb had me feeling lethargic!! anyhow I was able to push out 15 min running, and 20 min on the stationary bike....

Day 19-21

Workouts have been going superb, and on day 20 I didnt take Hyper TropX and immediately noticed the lactic acid buildup and seeminly lack of endurance....

Hey folks Im glad to be back alive and well haha! Anyhow lets kick this back off again!! Today I hit legs which were fried! haha! squats, lunges the works...anyhow ive been able to keep that lactic acid buildup at bay! Nice work AMS!

I'm confused...you're doing this log while still running another log? Isn't that sort of like conducting a "study" on two automotive fuels...and dumping both in your car at the same time with the goal of determining which worked better?
