Bassgod's Mass Xxxplosion Cycle!!

I don't notice anything after using it for a while.If I stop for a while though,then I notice faster strength gains when starting it again.What I have read about that is creatine gets stored in the muscles and they can only hold so much.If you stop taking it,you start to loose the extra that has been stored up.Then start it again and you notice the increase.So I just use it yr round.180 servings from vitamin shoppe for $20.You take one serving a day.So why not?

cuz it makes me look fat :lol: seriously i dunno why, but i bloat VERY badly from it. i use AST's Micronized creatine.

It's obvisouly impossible to tell,but I was just saying "why not?"Not asking.Just justifying why I use it yr round I guess.Their are non reponders to creatine.Not many,but their are people who don't respond.I heard it's possibly cause they already have high levels of creatine.

Creatine is found only in red meat and at a pretty good concentration. So if you eat a sht ton of beef, venison, elk human flesh, buffalo meat ext. then you probably already have as much as you can hold. I notice better muscle fullness when my diet is higher in stake, lean ground ext..........
Also I have read several different studies showing that creatine draws water into the intestines causing GI distress in many. Also to much creatine has a negative effect on the body due to the access creatine being broken down and turned into it's toxic bi-part Creatinine. This could also be one of the factors found in individuals who are either non-responders or experience bloat from the sports supplement Creatine Mono-hydrate.....

1 scoop of creatine(I guess 5 grams)is the equivalent of 2.5 lbs of uncooked red meat.So it probably takes more than that when cooked.It's also in some fish I just found out.

:goodpost:Seems like you're not just another pretty face after all, BlackSheep! I've heard even the "normal" person gets 3 grams of creatine everyday from the meat they consume. And we are anything but normal!! Your average lifter is probably eating enough to provide 5 to 7 grams of Creatine everyday. If regular Creatine Monohydrate is causing people gastric distress, I always recommend the CEE versions which seem much friendlier to the stomach!:thumbsup: THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:

Cool. I thought is was July. This gives me time for a summer cut cycle before the injectable cherry popper in August! Fukkin' A!! :woohoo: I've changed my plan slightly Bass. I'm going with Primobolan (per Arnold) instead of Test-E. My cycle will only be an 8-weeker. I'll still do the D-Bol kickstart @30 mg. per day the first 4 weeks. And I'll run the Primo @150 mg. EOD. I'm not after a huge bulk, like the rest of you guys. I've got plenty of mass now. Just trying to refine it! :bb2: THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:

I still think you should go with test, there are many ways to keep the bloat down. I never get bloated looking on test if i make the right precautions(ai,diet,ect..). You can make it a very lean cycle if you keep your calories correct. I think if you aren't trying to not gain alot of mass and keep your calories lower you will lean even more so and still put on some good muscle.test is used for more than just a bulk. imo

Yeah i have always heard that arnolds bread and butter was dbol and primo. We will see. i guess there is no way of telling what he really used for sure but thats what i heard. i have wanted to try primo but that **** is expensive

What i am talking about isn't gene manipulation, it is about people that lack either one or both of the genes that produce myostatin. That is the gene that limits the amount of of muscle that the body can carry. If you lack these genes (like the kid i was talking about) then you put on extreme amounts of muscle with very little effort while having sub 10% body fat. It isn't somethnig thast is done but you are born that way.

I didn't say NO one has ever had 23" guns natty. My boy has 20" arms and he's natty but he also weighs like 320lbs and they don't look nearly as defined and vascular as Arnys did. There are zero natural bb'ers totin 23" arms as far as I know but if I'm wrong that's fcking awesome......Just haven't seen it, have you?
 
Nope.Most pros are 22" and I heard alot of them lie.I heard even Arnold lied and that they were actually.....Ah hell,let me find it again and I will say the article I read it in.

I know of one personally he is a genetic freak though. I have read about the gene doping, from what i remember it is pretty far off from being used though.

Yea, it's coming though! Sometimes science gets ahead of it's self IMO. We seem to get so caught up in "can it be done" that we don't ask ourselves "should it be done". I'll use "Jurassic Park as an example lol....JK. But seriously look at the atomic bomb! Even nuclear energy has it benefits but it's obviously extremely dangerous in the wrong hands and produces fcking cancer causing Radioactive wastes behind and if there's a melt down (Chernobyl for example) forget about it.

first off, don't ask any questions about what has been going on. second, I just wanted to post here and say that if you guys haven't already, try the DC training method. I started it recently(today was my 2nd workout implementing it) and I fvckin love it so far! also, isopure zero carb apple melon protein plus 1 can of minute maid lemonade = one badas$ protein drink post-wo! it's soooooo good! it's only 25g protein, so you can add in something else like real food or another shake, but it's really tasty. I just wanted to share those 2 things :woohoo:

DC is a little too much for me I think unless I'm "enhanced" while doing it. And I'm using the Tropical flavored EvoPro protein right now and that sht is amazing too. Isopure dries out my mouth like a mofo! Does it yours B?
 
less sets so less volume.... high intensity and with more frequency.
I'm a huge advocate for High Intensity Training as it was practised by the old stars like the Mentzer brothers Mike and Ray, Casey Viator, and even later stars like Dorian Yates and Branch Warren. Go fukkin' crazy on the weights till you think you're gonna die, then get the hela outta the gym and eat and grow!! THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:
 
Im going to try DC training on my next SD cycle. But right now I am gaining every sesh on OVT, though of course I am on Mass FX Max as well. That **** (OVT) is pretty gnarly.

Bass are u doing DC without a spotter? I heard it's highly recommended, especially on bench days.

nah, doesn't really dry out my mouth at all. it just doesn't really taste like anything by itself. that's why i decided to mix it with lemonade. i LOVE the isopure ready to drinks in the galss bottles at GNC. i walk over there from the gym(only like 4 stores down) and grab one post-wo pretty often. for some reason the powder tastes NOTHING like the rtd's. :think:

far from it bro. you get to train each body part every 3-4 days. like big P said, less volume, heavier weight, more frequency, etc. i fvckin LOVE it so far! my quads and hams are sore as a mofo!!! for example this is how you would train quads DC style: smythe machine squats, you do your warm-ups without actually fatiguing the muscle AT ALL. then you do 1 single working set of 4-6 reps(HEAVY) but you take 6 seconds on the negative portion of the rep then EXPLODE up for the positive. DC says that ending your rep on the negative portion causes more cell damage and is better for growth. then you rest for 3-5 minutes and do widowmakers. which are 20 rep squats. you don't HAVE to use the same exercise as your 4-6 rep one, but i just chose to do so. you could do widowmakers on leg press for example. i did 20 rep squats in the smythe. NOW for the fun part ;)

EXTREME STRETCHING! This is the DC quad stretch: "Facing a barbell in a power rack about hip high --grip it and simultaneously sink down and throw your knees under the barbell and do a sissy squat underneath it while going up on your toes. Then straighten your arms and lean as far back as you can---60 seconds and if this one doesn't make you hate my guts and bring tears to your eyes nothing will---do this one faithfully and tell me in 4 weeks if your quads don't look a lot different than they used to." -DC

yea i usually train alone. i only have a spotter when my one buddy is in the gym. we aren't training parnters per se, because we both have had them in the past, then they don't show up or are late or whatever. then you start to depend on them and are like "well jim bob isn't here, so i can't lift as hard." so we both said if we're here at the same time, we'll be partners, if not, we both lift hardcore as fvck anyway! he's 42yrs old, 225lbs, and 5'11" he's cool as hell too. but nah, i don't have a spotter, i know when i won't be able to do another rep, so i just stop 1 rep before that.

Yeah spotters aren't necasary at all.They will become that way if you always use one though cause it's psychological.I'm thankfull I lifted at my home with no one but my dog for a couple years.When you have to set the bar on your chest and roll it on down to your knees,you learn when your last rep is.If you stop short,you will know cause you feel guilty cause it's like I could of got one more.Atleast with me anyways.Just don't be afraid of the bar and know when the weight goes down,it better go back up or it's going to be quite embarasing at a gym!Thats a physcological factor as well.Only this one works to your advantage!

Anyways I read on a site to train no more than 3 days a week.Was this maybe saying train the muscles no more than 3 times?Glad to see you're doing 20 rep sq's bass!I knew you would!

If you've never done 20 reppers,or haven't done them in a while,you will get very sore.I'm almost positive the stretch marks on my upper thighs came when I first started doing 20 rep sq's.Where are you getting your info for DC training?Seems like it's secretive.Same way with max ot,you have to join the site to get it.I read bits and pieces from others on both DC and max OT,but not much.
