Bassgod's Mass Xxxplosion Cycle!!

You know what I don't get?Skinny guys who have to prove that they are stronger than the other guy cause they clearly can't show it physically!You mix alcahol and skinny guys,you got the world federation of arm wrestling and trash talk going on with each other.I loved it though!Not one guy asked me to arm wrestle or say that he could outlift me on a certain lift.What felt the best though is that I could care less.I used to be that guy who felt I had to prove something.Now I just sat there.It made me realise that I have came along ways physically and mentally.I even had some beer for the first time since thanksgiving and I felt absolutely no ego! :woohoo:

Kind of.It's at the apartments where I live at the pool and club house.Some friends of the family had alot of younger friends there.A bunch of couples and the guys had to prove what they had "under the hood" cause they clearly didn't have anything to show for physically.I realy hate the male mentality.I always have.I just felt good that I didn't sucumb to it with the "poison" in my blood.I swear I usually get 50 lbs heavier of pure muscle with the poison.

hahaha, i LOVE the male mentality. but the MATURE male mentality. there's a BIG difference. the "poison" just makes me say "you know what? i don't give a fvck!" and i do things i probably shouldn't, lol. i don't get all cocky and stuff, my reasoning abilities just get thrown out the window :) this only happens when i'm nice and drunk though, which is very very rare. i usually just get a nice buzz on over a period of time, while everyone else is slammin burrs left and right. then puking later, while i'm still drinking, lol. oh sh!t WEC Wreckage is on! gotta go! it's on the VS. channel if anyone else gets that :head:
 
I hear ya man.I guess I have to say that it's the male mentality that drives me to get bigger and stronger.I just hate it when the guys are trying to act cool and all.If you're you're cool.You don't have to try and prove it.People will see it.Then they get the I'm stronger thing going on when they're straight up skinny!I guess not everyones a bb'r/powerlifter,but come the fvck on!!!
 
I had a sample packet of purple wrath and it sucked!The watermelon xtend truly taste like kool aid!I'm just going to stick with it.I hate drinking nasty crap during a wo.Especially when I start to get that sick feeling sometimes.I paid $25 from a sup store cause I wanted to start it today.It will last me 6 weeks cause it has 30 servings and I'm only taking it while training.I start sipping it on my first set of weights,and finish as cardio is almost done.

LMAO, i too had a few samples of PW. i tried it once and NASTYYYY!!! i couldn't even drink the entire thing. it mixes TERRIBLY with water :rasp:

Must of been version 1. They improved the flavoring because people hated the 1st one. There are 3 versions of which I have had version 2 & 3 and the last one tastes and mixes better. Version 3 also mixes better than xtend. Initially they mix about the same but after 5 minutes or so the remaining particles settle & dissolve into a heavier dark purple liquid, shake a second time and it's perfect where as my xtend has these little white particles that never dissolve. Depending on personal preference you may still prefer your favorite xtend flavor but the PW tastes good too and imho there is a notable difference in performance between them. I don't marathon train so I don't know about that but for 30min weight or cardio sessions PW v.3 is better. Better focus with a mild stim like feeling & your skin/body has a tingling sensation from the beta alanine which I like. Try getting some free samples from them so you know you're not getting the old stuff.

As you know I am going to be running a similar one in a couple months:

15mg(1 day) 30(6 days) P-Plex/4caps MMV2(dosed Pre-w/o)

30mg(or 45mg) P-Plex/4caps MMV2(dosed Pre-w/o)/12mg Methoxy-TST
20mg P-Plex/10mg (3 days) 20mg(4 days) M-Drol
20mg M-Drol/12mg Methoxy-TST
20mg (maybe 30mg)M-Drol/12mg Methoxy-TST

Then clomid and Torem in PCT. I'm on my 4th week of PCT right now and still am not back to normal with the Torem, so hopefully the clomid will help more

Yeah I was already debating that - to run two separate cycles - since I get shut down really easily and hard. And it takes me forever to get back, all the while I lose the weight and strength.

What to do, what to do?????

I also don't recommend the bridge cycle anymore. It's a long time to expose your liver to methyls. Most people will start feeling bad before the 6 weeks are up. I never had a bad experinece from the bridge cycle that I ran, but I still prefer shorter cycles. I would rather run things heavier for a shorter period of time. I love 3 week burst cycles. I would recommend ajensen11 to run 3 weeks of 20 mg. each of Phera and M-Drol everyday for the 3 weeks and dose 3 caps of MMV2 and 3 caps of Methoxy TST 1 hour before every workout. It will be a great 3 week blast! THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:

Damn you love going HUGE. I think I might just try 2 different cycles of MMV2 and Methoxy TST combined with P-Plex then M-Drol.

You have to go huge to get huge! My doses are not that outrageous actually. What I suggested was only 40 mg. of methyls per day for only 3 weeks. You were already saying that you might go up to 45 mg. of Phera at one point in your plan. With a stack you get the best of both compounds acting synergistically with one another. You would have the d-bol like strength and mass from the Phera, and the M-Drol is non-aromatizing to keep you lean and hard like Masteron! And the liver is an uber resilient organ capable of true regeneration. That's what PCT and time off are for. Your liver will recover much faster than all the folklore people have been spreading tells you! THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:

Good point, about the amount of Methlys. And believe me, I know the liver is resilient, most people comment how I shouldnt even have one for the amount of alcohol I have consumed in my younger days.

I will definitely consider this, as I do have 2 months to decide, but you guys have convinced me to skip the long cycle. Id rather take 6-7 weeks off than 10-11 anyways.

O and BTW, how much did everyone spend this weekend on the sale? Thanks for the heads up about it btw. There goes a grand... Guess I wont be gambling in Vegas this weekend, haha

i would change that to 10mg m-drol the entire week, rather than increasing it to 20mg after only 3 days. the point of the bridge is to slowly introduce the 2nd compound into your system. 3 days is not long enough and increasing it to 20mg while also running 20mg phera is just not a good thing in general. IMO i'd use either torem and tamox plus clomid. tamox for example would be 40/30/20/10 with 50mg clomid used alongside it everynight before bed. if you were to use torem i'd do 90/90/60/30. pantera is right, if i were to change something, i wouldn't run it at all lol. everybody's different, but it shut me down like no other. pick up some DHEA to use toward the end as i know you'll need it. this willsignificantly increase your mood and overall well being.

Just wondering, but why arent you waiting ON + PCT to start this? Especially after your long a$$ cycle.


MMV2 realy shouldn't be considered a ph just cause it's so mild.I'm on day 14 or 15 and I am wondering if PCT is even necasary.I just bought a bottle of restore for 20 free of shipping.So that will be used.IDK about the DTH yet.I have it thanks to Bass,but I want to use it at the right time.It might be nice though to have restore and DTH after a extremely mild cycle of MMV2.I don't think PCT of a true designer is the best time to try out a test booster,so I probably will throw it in.

How do you like the powerfull and AP?Would you recomend the AP on a cut.I'm keeping carbs pretty high compared to most.I was also thinking of maybe p slin.I just don't want to waste it due to cutting.

I'm actually going back to regular creatine mono not counting the different types in Torrent. The Green Mag just gives me the runs and my logs don't show any difference in performance between sizeon and creatine mono, actually the reverse. I don't usually take creatine during a workout so maybe that is the problem. I plan to try it pre & post wo to see if that is the issue. I love powerful but I only take it 5 days a week 2 caps before bed. Gives me better rest which equals better recovery. I'm saving the AP for later in the cut but my limited experience with it was that it made my muscles feel fuller which is a bonus when dieting, especially low carb because the opposite feeling is usually the case. Often times a measuring tape will show that the majority of it is psychological but I hate feeling small or flat so if it doesn't do anything other than reverse that sh!tty feeling I'm happy. Good for you on the carbs because unless you have a way to know you are in ketosis all the time rather than a catabolic state than super low carb diets are a mistake and a sure way to waste your hard earned muscle. Low carb for me is more like 200gr not 30gr and I slowly adjust to get down there. If I lose strength or LBM I increase my protein intake and/or reduce my training volume or frequency. It takes longer but you don't sacrifice your muscle on the alter of idiocy.

So should I get some AP for my cut then?Sounds like it.And yes foofac,I lowered carbs alot once and then went next to nothing.The plan was to carb up every third night from a book I read.I lost 13lbs in 13 days!It truly sucked!Took me months to get that size back also.I did it as a learning process and I definately acomplished that goal!Thuis cut is greatness!I love not being stuffed all the time and doing more dips and pull ups with the abs starting to show through and the BP comming down.All around greatness!I also just use creatine mono now.Also the creatine thats in xlevol before wo's.I use it for energy,focus,and pumps though.

It all depends on you.I was reading at t nation one time how this female much lighter than the male ate more carbs than him and got completely ripped.He stressed that it wasn't more carbs to bodyweight ratio,just straight up more carbs.He would of stayed fat with her carbs.She would of shriveled away to nothing with his carbs........

I can attest to this first hand! Sunday morning 1 hour before my workout I took 2 caps of MMV2, 3 caps of TST, and 3 caps of Primafroce MethylRage (MDHT). I was totally jacked man!! I tore the phukkin' weights straight up!! I was growlin', snarlin', and sh*t!! :aargh: THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:

Even though the MMV2 is mild, it will still suppress you, even if only a little. You should go ahead and run your Restore for PCT. It should be very sufficient. And you might as well toss in that DTH Bass gave you. This would be a perfect time in my estimation. I think you will enjoy this PCT as much as the MMV2 cycle itself!! THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:

Of course this is coming from Thibs (I think) who is extremely pro low carb. But Im going to try the slow progression, adding 25g of carbs per week and see how things go.

Carbs make me fat too. Here is the trick, only eat high GI carbs post workout. You can also get away with them for the first meal of the day but for me that is one in the same. Other than that only eat low GI carbs which are 40% or less on the glycemic index. Always have protein and some fat with each meal as they help to lower the GI rating of your carbs. Eat the majority of your carbs early in the day so the largest carb intake is your first meal and reduce them from one meal to the next through out the rest of the day. If you eat 6 or 7 meals a day your carb intake should be reduced with each successive meal until the last 1 or 2 are just protein. By keeping your blood sugar stable you will have better energy levels, no cravings for junk food and will burn fat easier. This is basically how I trained people who went to the gym religiously for years but could never get in shape. I actually stumbled onto this 21yrs ago when I spent the summer with my diabetic cousin and started to lose fat without doing anything other than eating low GI carbs. Start at 200gr and adjust from there but also monitor strength and take caliper readings if you can. Got to go, it's time for me to take my glaucoma medicine.:woohoo:

of fvckin PB man!! i too love the stuff! gains ae staying about the same. strength went down a bit after PCT first started, but the past 2 weeks it has increased. i've switched up my routine though too. to a higher rep (8-12) style. i'm still doing literally twice as many reps as i was before i started the cycle on lifts like BB bench, mil presses, one arm Db rows, etc. things are going nicely. i'd drop the creatine bro. i did this myself a few days ago. i fvckin HATE being bloated all the time man. strength isn't going down, so whatever. this is my way of thinking anyway, lol.

how much torem are you dosing? if you're doing 60 or so, then yea just do 20mg nolv. no reason to open a new bottle of torem IMO.

Vacations a litle bit different,but I asked a big guy at my gym who's getting ready for 2 shows if I should drop the creatine while cutting.He looked at me funny and said "OH NO!!!"

Yeah, a lot of people talk about dropping creatine to avoid being and looking bloated. I never had this problem with it. The extra water goes right into your muscle cells, not under your skin. I've seen studies showing creatine can aid fat loss with the proper diet. Just goes to show you, there's all kinds of opinions out there! THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:

Exactly!!!I have noticed a couple lb gain loss when starting dropping creatine,but I never notice a physicall difference.This dude looks like he has saran wrap on his muscles,not skin.He did start to say something about if you're not competing then another guy came up and got us off subject.So he might stop shortly before a show.I know some pro's stop protien drinks shortly before a show,like a week or so.So who knows?I just asked and he immediately said "OH NO!!!"
 
Exactly!!!I have noticed a couple lb gain loss when starting dropping creatine,but I never notice a physicall difference.This dude looks like he has saran wrap on his muscles,not skin.He did start to say something about if you're not competing then another guy came up and got us off subject.So he might stop shortly before a show.I know some pro's stop protien drinks shortly before a show,like a week or so.So who knows?I just asked and he immediately said "OH NO!!!"

it bloats me in the ab region about as badly as phera did. if this occurs to you also AJ, i'd drop the creatine if you want abs to show. yea it may help with fat loss, but if your stomach is all bloated, it really doesn't matter. you need to lose the water.

Nothing bloated me as badly as Phera did! WOW! I've got 3 bottles of that shizz left. I'll probably use it up 10 mg. at a time in stack cycles just to get rid of the rest of it. I won't buy Phera anymore! And yeah, if you're bloated...you're bloated. Cut the creatine and see if it subsides. Everyone responds differently to all supps! I've cut way back on dairy for the last few months. I just use a little skim milk for my bran flakes. I think I might have been a little lactose intolerant all of those years. I just loved milk, so I kept on drinking it. My Doctor told me to cut back on it, and I'm not bloated anymore!! My Whey Protein is lactose free also. Most importantly, dial in those abs bro! I dropped it yesterday, so hopefully what I have is bloat and it will go away by tomorrow. It's not like I actually get anything from creatine anyways, so I dont think Im missing out on anything.

BTW, Venom Hyperdrive 3.0 + TTA + Yohimbine (or Clen, after 2-3 weeks) + Caffeine = an amazing cut stack. When I leave the gym it looks like I just jumped in the pool with my clothes on, talk about getting looks lol.

:lol: niiiiiice! that does seem like it'd be an amazing stack bro. i too do not noice anything by using creatine. no increased strength, no mass gain, nothing. just a painful bloat lol.

I don't notice anything after using it for a while.If I stop for a while though,then I notice faster strength gains when starting it again.What I have read about that is creatine gets stored in the muscles and they can only hold so much.If you stop taking it,you start to loose the extra that has been stored up.Then start it again and you notice the increase.So I just use it yr round.180 servings from vitamin shoppe for $20.You take one serving a day.So why not?
