Painful, painful WO, but in that good way; I felt huge at the end of it and was drenched. Intense contractions on every set and an awesome pump after the first lift. Lower back is a little tight from deads, but that is to be expected. Right shoulder is holding up better than I expected, but I am not pushing my numbers too much just to err on the side of caution. My weight was 185 today, but strength is climbing while fat is striping off of me. I've done cardio everyday this week with each session at about 20 minutes, but it is done at a high intensity (~80-85% of MHR). There are some potential fights coming up in the Summer, so I am starting to get ready in case I get a call.
