What is with all these people using 6-oxo and novedex xt as pct. What happened to using a real "SERM"-TAMOXIFEN CITRATE.

Because 6-OXO is the shiznit!!
Seriously though, 6-OXO Extreme is good and will get the job done a majority of the time, if not all the time. I guess it depends on the compound and your genetic predisposition to gyno.

define real pct.

pct is person dependent along with cycle dependent.

what works for joe 1 may or may not work for joe 2

i think many folks are overkilling pct on these 3 and 4 weekers.

thats just my 2 cents though.

I beleive a lot of people use it. They just don't talk about it as much as the new pct products that just came out..

i do not have a predisposition to gyno but i just think its safer to run tamoxifen than 6-oxo becuase it works for sure. + from people who ran super wit 6-oxo or novedex they got itchy nipples or slight gyno. i am pretty sure that tamoxifen citrate targets breast tissue

Letro and Nolva aren't even the same class of compounds.

Either you have gyno or you don't and itchy nipples are not gyno. If I were to guess the amount of people reporting gyno, I would say about 1% of them actually have gyno.

Correct, I believe Letro is an AI and Nolva is a SERM; I prefer torem over Nolva anyway.

i have nothing to add about the letrozole i know it is a aromatase inhibitor which is proven, i dont not know its role in pct if it has one. im pretty sure it does reduce gyno though. i will still be using Tamoxifen citrate in as pct in my next cycle. I guess my point is to get people to notice the difference between proven substances to OTC supplements which might not actually work.

pretty much agree with you 100%.

Again, i will state. MOST overkill pct on one end, while most others do nothing. Seems there is never a happy medium.

AI's work by binding to the enzyme Aromatase; Aromatase will 'attach' itself to your natural test and convert it to estrogen so by blocking Aromatase you are, essentially, increasing the test to estrogen ratio.

In my young and dumb days, I never took PCT or support supps because I never knew what any of that stuff was; I've taken M1T, Superdrol, Pheraplex, Methyldien, 1-AD, 4-AD and many other OTC 'PHs' all without PCT and I have no gyno, my liver is fine and well, and I'm now thankful that my liver is fine :woohoo:

I think that while 6oxo xtreme is kind of expensive, it is a great product for PCT ... anti estrogen, a natty SERM like compound, good for boosting libido.

Since this is the supplement section you know.

I certainly do not argue this fact; it's a great product indeed ;)

I have used both clomid and novedex xt and I prefer novedex xt. It brings the boys back every time (at least for me). Just because something is newer does not mean its not effective.

it's obvious why people are turning to otc pct products. with the current environment of government crackdown on bb industry, and several research co.'s getting shutdown a more legal approach is desired by most people who try to stay within the law, regardless of rather we agree with it or not. true serm's are prefered, but if supp co.'s offer us a viable legal alternative alot of us including me would prefer to stay within the law when possible.

i have half a notion, the designers were designed with OTC PCT or no PCT at all in mind. Sure, some folks are going to be shutdown hard and take alot of time to fully recover, but how many actually got gyno doing nothing.....

seems like most of the cases of gyno were from overkill pct.

my 2 cents.

ps, i like the legal route as well.....

You have to understand that these are completely different. One is a SERM, one is an AI. A SERM will protect you from getting gyno, but will allow you to recover by having more oestrogen during the recovery phase, without this negative side. Did you know that oestrogen plays a big role in bone density? If you use an AI, you lower (even reduce by 99%) your estrogen, you also affect cholesterol levels by using an ai. The decision remains to you, but IMO, a SERM is the best way.

The estrogen level is never changed with an AI, the test:estrogen ratio is raised.

Imo,best thing to do is run nolva first 2 weeks and the go with an AI for 2 more (tapering doses), I always do this and came back stronger than before...

the cat is out of the bag. almost every manufacturer of ai's are falsely advertising their product as a estrogen reducer. ie. reduce estrogen levels by 40% in just one week.

I know this but jjohn just didn't seem to know.

these are not ph's they are steroids.

Yes, I know, but I was grouping all of those together.
There's nothing more exhilarting than pointing out the shortcomings of others, thank you.

Has anyone ever ordered from Innovative? Torem appears to be cheap, which makes me question them. Wondering if they are reputable.
