THUNDERGOD'S 3-WEEK BLITZ-KRIEG with Methyl-E, M-Drol, And D-Bol

i think he is going to do the 2 mtst, 2 mmv2, 2 mdht, 1 epi, 1 sdrol, 1 dbol all preworkout and the 1 dbol, 1 sdrol, 1 epi 8 hours later on workout days...?

No, that's not all the sets I do Aussie! That's not even all of the exercises I do!! ha ha I just list a few of my good lifts for the day. Like today I also did some Close-Grip Pulldowns and One-Arm Dumbell Rows and One-Arm Overhead Cable Curls and Concentration curls. I do 2 work sets like Dorian Yates did. I do proper warmups of course, then blast the hela outta 2 sets of 10 to 12 reps. Hard reps! And the pink DB's only go up to 130 ha ha THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:

Right on, Piston except the d-bols. I take 2 of the 5 mg. tabs pre-workout and 1 tab 4 hours later and another tab 4 hours after that. For a total of 20 mg. of d-bol per day. The other dosages are correct though. And I'm not sure if you think I'm pulsing or something by saying I'm taking the other d-bol, sdrol, and epi later on workout days? Those will be taken everyday for the 3 weeks. Only the MMV2, TST, and MDHT is pulsed pre-workout only on Sunday, Wednesday, and Friday. My workout days. Did I clear or muddy the waters by this?!!:confused: haha THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:

we are both at about the same exact bf% right now. this is ALSO the highest bf% i have ever been :lol: fvckin fatas$es!! not really, but it seems like it anyway. you need some wide overhand grip pull-ups, wide overhand grip pulldowns(heavy), close over and underhand grip pulldowns(heavy), and some heavy as$ 1 arm DB rows. you gotta get dem der lats buldgin brotha!!! unless you weren't flexing them? lol
 
i need to work more on lats also, but they have REALLY improved since my cycle. i also gotta keep workin on my outer pec area where most of the tissue was taken out during my gyno surgery. i want those 2 huge meatty slabs of muscle on my chest like the IFBB pro's have! lol. plus obviously arms, i don't know if those will ever be big enough :hammer:

glutes are least painful along with the as$, from what others have told me. you're forgetting about the as$ bro! lol. those are the 2 areas i will be using. i MAY try delts, we'll see.

i just woke up! LMAO. haven't had my EC stack yet, so my brain isn't working properly yet. yea, ass, hence the term glutius maximus. i was thinking quads bro. i'll be using glutes and quads, hahaha. :fool2:

ok makes sense then. for some reason i have a habit of doing a lat spread everytime i do a double bi pose, lol. i'm not sure why.

yeah, forgot you had 5mg dbols thats good cuz the half life is like 4 hours so you got that on point. My bad, i didnt think you were pulsing i just wasnt sure how you were going to dose them on rest days...

I have done quads, shoulders, traps, glutes, and i tried a bi once. I personally like the trap the best andt shoulders and glutes next. The quad shots can hurt like a b1tch sometimes.

BEEN THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I couldnt walk right for months, and it still really messes with me. Hit ventro glute, NOT glute. One of the dumbest things I ever did, and I payed the price trust. That is a pain that is unbearable.........I was whining like a little bithc cause I couldnt even move my dam leg....not fun, cant do squats anymore because of it also, and running is not an option either...UGH!!!!!!!!!!

I graduated from NPTI (a pt school) in 2005 and got my cert, so its not a new thing so-to-say. :)...thanks though...:lol:

Thats right though.Just cause you're showing the bi's doesn't mean you shouldn't flex everything else for affect.A pro will have focus on one,but flex everything.

exactly, this is my way of thinking also. i flex my entire upper body while doing a double bi pose just for "effect" like you said. i mean seriously, why not?
