Got my balls Friday afternoon.

These little dudes are so freakin' good! They are by far the best (and only) balls I have had in my mouth. :lol:

Seriously though, you guys did an amazing job on the flavor, plus they're just so damn handy!

Jaidmaster, we've already announced winners, however as I posted before if some good ones come across, we may just have to award more "winners."

I ate your balls in 3 days... I think I had 15 in one day... those damn things must have hash in them...!!
 
Yeah mine are almost gone also. I had 4000 calories yesterday and I'm trying to lose fat!!!!!.

I'm weak- I just couldn't help myself. I need an intervention- Always thinking about how and when I'm gonna get my next protein balls fix.

It's all part of my plan for world domination. First comes the addiction to our protein balls, then comes the armies of ninja lemurs.

Actually, we do have some other snacks in the works. Perhaps we should run another contest to see what you guys come up with in that regard. One of the positives about being a small company is our ability to easily incorporate our consumers input into our products. Other, large companies who manufacture off-site don't have that same ability.

Right now we are currently working on adding a bit more protein to the protein balls without compromising taste. Some of the guys at Nutraplanet have tried the new formula and have been very positive about it. Additionally, we are also looking at improving packaging and label design. Again, any input from you guys will be greatly appreciated.

On a side note, I want to remain the type of company that is responsive to our consumers. Those who make suggestions shouldn't be surprised when they find some of those suggestions brought to market.

Once again, a big thank you to everyone who has supported us as we continue to learn and grow.

I think a good PB flavored bar with a good profile would be a welcome addition.

Looking at both options.....we've done some with just chocolate flavored protein, and they've taste tested fairly well, tried chocolate chips...but my concern there is the nutritional values with the added sugars.

I just tasted your balls for the first time today, and I have to say they were AMAZING, lol. If you do go to a chocolate chip flavor you MUST keep the current flavor available as well. I insist.

Awesome, I'm glad you liked them. Thanks for the good word. I promise we'll be keeping the original flavor.
 
Ok.. what changed?

I just got 2 of the 100ct boxes (orange wrapper). The ones I had before had gold or blue wrappers and came in a tub. These new ones have a completely different taste. Much sweeter.

Did I just get a bad batch or has the recipe changed? Anyone else notice a difference?

I don't think I've tried the older ones, but I LOVE the sweetness of these new batches. I use them to fend off sugar/ice cream cravings (I have a monstrous sweet tooth), so this is perfect.

I tried to make my own, and FAILED. Where'd the 100 count boxes come from, btw? NP seems to only carry the 40ct (8 serving) ones. EDIT: Just found them on NP.

The basic recipe is the same. The difference is the flavor of the protein we are using. Haven't added any other sweetener. In fact, the amount of honey used is slightly lower.
