Heading into Seattle today to get a new suit after my workout today, but I think I can find some time post workout to update. I'm gonna finally treat myself to an Alfani or a Perry Ellis. There's this awesome store where you can get big names like that for a good 150 bucks. Finally, I'll have a nice suit;)

Day 21

Workout was killer. Pumps are still a little much, it hurt. How's this for strength gain? I did 220 on bench once at the beginning - I did 240 3 times today. Strength is through the roof, looking much fuller, and I'm getting glances all over the place! No other sides to note. No shedding (thank god) acne isn't terrible, vascularity is even better this week, everything is great! Only thing I have to note is that I am sweating more lately but that's about it.

I actually am not dosing it at all right now, I'm having no problems with back pumps! That and I don't have enough money for it and a new suit. And damn, I want that Alfani.
 
K people, figured I would at least update guys!

Feelin great today, lethargy is still hangin around, but it's not killer. Irritability is a little lower today, I'm dealing better. Shedding ever so slightly on the back of the head, but it's not bad at all, and I figure it will slow down once the bridge is finished and the phera is weened out. Also, I stopped use of Eform since I'm in the bridge and Super will take care of any estro related problems.

Oh, and I didn't get an Alfani. I got an Emanuel;) checked it out it's normally a 500$ suit. Haha, tailor had some issues because my lat spread made the suit bunch up near the neck. As the russian tailor said to me "Yes, this problem with muscle guys like Arnold. Look good naked, look terrible in suit."

Feelin great guys! Oh, bloodwork will be done 2 weeks after PCT is finished. I'll do my best to get a full hormone panel.
 
Oh, I added it a little while ago. It's made by dermabolics, and my left nip was itchy for a couple days, started with eform and had no other problems. Stopped using it on sunday since I knew the bridge was just around the corner. It's made by dermabolics, but good luck finding any. It's extremely hard to come by. It's basically just topical formestane. Never heard a single bad report from it, and I've even heard of people using just that as a cycle and getting good results.
 
Update. Weight this morning was 197. Feelin good. I'm a bit tired because I didn't get enough sleep (seems to be the problem most have on cycle). Shedding slightly, but I'm not worried about it, phera's getting kicked out soon. Recovery is definately faster, I overtrained on monday, and I can barely feel it today. I'll update whenever I can! Oh, had terrible calf pumps yesterday, practically no back pumps whatsoever. I don't get it, but I'll go with it lol.
 
Uh oh, looks like my supplements are actually steroids!!! Oh no!!! I hope i don't grow boobs, piss out my prostate, and have a heart attack!!!

Quick update. Good workout today, got a pretty decent pump. Seems I have been feeling better since the phera has been down to 15mg. And the addition of the SD is slightly helping the libido. Feelin good, lookin better, everything as planned boys!
 
Pre-workout. Feelin better since the phera has been lower. Weight this morning was 196.8. Bf on the scale has been shifting each morning from 16.5-17.5 so it's kinda hard to judge what it's doing from day to day. Back pumps have been hurting lately, calf pumps have been even worse. Still getting mood swings, but it's been a little more consistent. I'll update later after my workout.

Oh, and I've got some testicular atrophy, not surprised. It'l come back in PCT though:thumbsup:
 
Alright ppl, great workout! Hows this for progress - I benched 225 at the beginning of the cycle, I benched 275 today. Feel like a beast. Pumps are great, and I feel great all over. It was hard to get into my workout, but once I got in the zone I didn't want to stop. I'm starting to get stares all over the gym, striations are coming out, and I just feel great!
 
Okay, so weight this morning was 198.2. Day sucked so far because 1) I've been working a 10 hour day (I do every saturday) 2) my joints have been hurting hella bad. This is probably a combination of my artheritis, being on my feet all day, and working on a concrete floor. Overall I feel much better than I did on the phera though. I'm feeling a lot better since the bridge.

and not to metnion all this new strength you've gained :lol: that doesn't help the joints/tendons at all either. you using cissus and fish oil???

Yeah, I'm actually a little worried about the whole tendon thing, because my bench and other lifts have gone up so much. Last thing I need right now is an injury. Wouldn't be worth it. No, no cissus, but I've been using 6g fish oil a day. I had to draw the line somewhere with the cycle expenses, you know how that is bro:hammer:

oh hell yea i do, lol. this sh! gets expensive man. this is another reason why noobs and young people(i guess even me) should wait until they're 25 or so before cycling. you should only spend this much $$ to gain mass if it's the ONLY way you can do it. i said fkuck that though, lol. money ain't a thang, it's just green ugly as$ paper.

then start raising rep ranges instead of weights for a while, till the tendons have some time to catch up. or lower weights and do time under tension

i'm not sure how precisely but it does :D try 100mg a little before (30-60 min) your dose of other stuff.
 
Hmm, maybe I will... Lethargy is still killing me today, I'll put a little caffeine in my regimine see if I can function a little better.
 
Yeah. I was 200lbs this morning, so even though I feel really tired I'm gonna add a little caffeine spaced throughout the day along with some DHEA and continue the cycle. I've gained a lb. each day for the last 2 days and strength is phenominal so I'm going to stick with it. Roughly a 15lb. gain so far and still about a week and a half left!

Since I took the DHEA earlier today, I feel a lot better. I also realize that part of my problem is having a headache, which I have heard can be cause by the estra 4,9 products, so I'm going to decrease dosage of the Trena down to 50mg for the remainder of the cycle.
 
How would the DHEA help?

it turns into test in your body, but only a very small amount. a much larger amount of it turns into DHT. these are the 2 reasons why it will help your libido and help in the lethargy department. i hate the stuff cuz i get acne on my chest, traps, and back from it. but others swear by it. it's worth a shot man.
 
well, it is test,dht, and estrogen. I'm not sure on the percentages, but all those areas get hit up.

Estrogen hormones can increase with significant doses of DHEA.
 
Just out of curiosity, could this actually AID in shutdown on cycle, considering that a person would be administering exogeneous hormones?
 
DHEA dosen't offer any real anabolic activity, IMO. Its pathway is too crude. Even andro, which is the next step after DHEA required mega high amounts in order to get that anabolic effect. This would also lead to excessively high estrogen levels.

yes, it would help your natty test production increase, but VERY VERY slightly.

No, I think you misunderstood my question - wouldn't it cause a person to be even more shutdown, because the body would rely on itself even less to produce hormones.
