It is high.I heard them talking about on the radio.That could be wrong though.I have brought it up and had people agree with me.Then others say something like I know it's high but I don't think it's that high.Obvisouly you got the genital and the mouth herpes.Or as the people who have it call them "cold sores"I know 3 people who have herpes of the mouth.Not cold sores even though thats what they call them.Theirs a noticeable difference between the 2.It just sounds better to say I have a cold sore.........I also know of two who have genital herpes.These are just the ones I know of obvisouly.

Well I dont think I have experienced any estrogen related sides during that or my current cycle. Just trying to add a little something more and maybe help my libido, which is always non-existent while ON.

Can you give me some examples of when you would use E-Form? Besides tingly nips or anything gyno related.

Also, you said you felt a big difference between 15 and 20mg of P-plex, but how did you do that if they are 15mg caps? The obvious of opening the cap and guesstimating?

The only time I would use form is for itchy nips/gyno issues or to control bloat while ON cycle. I'd also use it by itself while NOT on cycle. It's actually great for increased strength, libido, and more mass. I suppose you could use it to help your libido while ON, but IMO that's not what it should be used for. To each his own though. I had 2 different phera-plex clones. CEL P-Plex that comes in 15mg caps and Kilosport's Phera-Mass that comes in 10mg caps. I used the Phera-Mass for the 20mg doses.

I really don't know why ANYONE would be surprised by these stats. I deal with stds every single day. sh!t that came out wrong, lmao. what i mean is, I deal with patients who HAVE stds everyday. We dispense a LOT of medication for these. Yes herpes is a big one. We dispense lots of Valtrex, which is usually used for herpres and shingles. Many stds people don't even know they have. You can have certain stds and have no visual signs what so ever. So you can't go by "i don't see anything wrong down there, so we're good to go!"
 
If you're still having trouble sleeping have sex first. I actually prefer sex, casein, sleep. lol

hmmmm......:think: just wanted to add that i'm not experiencing the dreaded lethargy from superdrol yet, pumps are painful, but eh, you just gotta be hardcore and deal with it. i've been supplementing with 4g taurine everyday. the pumps are only apparant while riding my motorcycle and have only occurred in my calves, teardrops of my legs. my rear delt pumps the other day were pretty painful too. no back pumps as of yet. weight is steady at 195 today. i've had 2 days of not lifting to shock my body a bit and get it out of a set schedule. going to hit up the back tomorrow :head: i can't fkuckin wait!! my upper body gets so pumped when doing back, it feels awesome. not to sound gay or anything, but i started tanning the last couple days in hopes of clearing up my skin and to look better for summer. chicks don't dig the farmer's tan, lmao. i'll continue to go for a long time. i've heard from sooooooo many people that tanning helps keep your skin really clear. we shall see.

Bass. I was wondering why you have not considered using Diphenhydramine to help you sleep. Does it react with some of the supps your taking? I read on BB.com that some of those guys actually use it to clean their receptors while on Clen. Any thoughts?

To answer the last post, I am on cycle right now, and I actually used diphenhydramine for about 4-5 days in a row to sleep because of sleep issues on cycle, and last night was the first night not using it for a while, and it was also the first night I slept soundly with no sleep aids while on cycle, so I'm not physically dependant on it at this point. I like it, and I don't think there are any interactions. Maybe Bass would like to chime in.

i actually have tried diphenhydramine(benadryl). it just ndoesn't work very wel for me. it makes me a little drowsy, but i end up waking back up like 4 hours later. that really pisses me off. i tried 900mg of phenibut last night because that came in the mail, and i liked it. made me pretty drowsy and i had a nice, deep sleep. and yes, the diphenhydramine does help clean out receptors.

nah, there are no interactions with that and orals what so ever. if anything, you'll just get better sleep and your androgen receptors won't get as de-sensitized as they usually would. also, just to note; yesterday was supposed to be back day, but ALL day my back was killing me for some reason, si i didn't lift. going to skip it and do chest today. i will do back friday after work to make up for it :)
 
i havent had a solid 8 hours of sleep in God knows how long...i cant even recall the last time....and that sucks big time. Im actually jealous of other people that can sleep for long periods of time unbothered.

I have the exact opposite problem. I sleep way to much.
 
DAY 42: CHEST

This morning's session was pretty damn good. I started with some stretches for my chest. Then I did really light flat BB benches as warm-ups. 20 reps, 15 reps, then 10 reps to be exact. Then I began my working sets. I used 280lbs for 6 reps and 3 sets. I felt strong as hell because before I started the cycle I was doing 260x6 and the 6th rep was really hard to lock out. Now my first 3 reps of 280 feel light! :woohoo: The 6th rep is still not the easiest, but to be honest, i probably could have hit 7 reps. I don't have a spotter though, so I opted to not do that. After flat BB I did bodyweight dips for 10 reps land 3 sets, leaned forward slightly to hit the chest better. Then I did incline DB bench. I used 100'sx6 for 3 sets. After incline DB bench, I finished off my workout with low cable crossovers at 60x11 and got an awesome pump to leave the gym with. I felt great my whole session and it felt so damn good to get back in the gym after 3 days off. I am noticing some real nice striations in my upper chest and my chest overall is noticeably bigger. My shirts just get tighter and tighter :) Still no real sides to note. No lethargy, debilitating pumps, crazy acne, etc. However I AM noticing that my libido isn't great anymore, other than when i'm in the gym. I have been getting annoyed much easier and have a bad temper. I get soooo pissed off a work by things that normally wouldn't annoy me all that much. I normally joke around and goof off with co-workers, but lately they'll crack jokes and try to mess with me, and it'll just annoy me because all I want to do is get sh!t done and get patients out of the waiting room. Also, our patients have also had more of an attitude and have been yelling/disrespecting us more lately. So, judging by my mood, i'm starting to get shut down and my natty T production is being slowed down a lot. My boys aren't real small or anything, and I suppose it could just be extra aggression from the superdrol, but i'm leaning more toward shut down. It's all good though. I only have a couple more weeks, then i'll start my PCT which has DTH. So my libido will skyrocket again :)
 
That's funny about the benadryl, because I took it for like the first 2 weeks of my cycle to help me sleep and I sht you not every fcuking night I would wake up like 4-5 hours after I fell asleep and be so pissed I felt like throwing my bed through the fcuking wall!!:twisted:
Every body tells you "dude make sure you get at least 8 hours of sleep a night (like that's some earth shattering discovery) while your on" but I have tried all sorts of sht to get my 8 and I think I've pulled it of a whole 1 time lol.......
Bass hang in there with the tude bro. I know it's hard (that's why I don't work with people) especially in your work environment but just try to remember, your superdrolin and that's what's causing it not the endless sea of mind-numb useless, worthless, fcuk stains, wasting oxygen with each wheezing breath they take from their degenerate, corroded excuse for a human form. I can only hope that I will live long enough to see the world and ALL of it's inhabitants burn in front of me before I die!!!!:smite::thumbsup:

Side note: My attitude is plain frightening at this point so don't feel bad brother!
 
I noticed with my last cycle that I never hate the gym and others there as much as when I'm on cycle.I usually notice this near the end of cycle.Sometimes I want to go kick the fat a$$es for doing millions of sit ups with no cardio,or tell 3 quarters of the guys that they are lifting too heavy for their own good and still not impressing anybody.Actually towards the end of this last cycle I was talking to another built guy about eating right(his wifes fat now)We were talking loud and I could tell people were listening,some even responded while we were talking with short comments or laughs.Anyways I was like well no one wants to listen about eating right.They all come up here and work their a$$ off,but they wont eat right for nothing...........I know i'm hardcore......I'm lucky I didn't get kilt!The point is I'm not like that,normally I would of said it to where no one would of heard if at all.But the fat/skinny out of shape regulars were just getting to me and I had to let them know how stupud they are one way or the other that day.

Oh OK. I may try the phenibut cause the benadryl actually makes me drowsy in the morning even after I have been awake for a while. Reps.

yea it does that to me too, but only a little bit. nothing that a red bull can't take care of. how much do you weigh? i dosed the pheni at 900mg and it worked very well. if you weigh between 180 and 200, i recommend this same dose for your first time. it is a neurotransmitter though, and it must be cycled. do not take it for more than 3 days in a row. discontinue for 2-3 days, then repeat the cycle again. it affects your brain chemicals, and those are for sure not something to mess with, lol. this also applies to gaba. pheni is quite similar to gaba. they are both aminobutyric acids. i only add this because many like gaba for a sleep aid and GH/recovery enhancer. gaba would be another option. just be careful of the "gaba rush." too high of a dose causes shortness of breath, flushing of the skin, and panic. if this occurs, just concentrate on taking slow, deep, controlled breaths and it goes away in a few minutes. this scared the hell out of me when i first tried gaba, lol.
 
Hey bass!Just wanted to let you know about a new exercise I found out about on here.I treid it today and loved them!It seems you finish off chest with low cable cross overs alot.Well these are gironda dips.Search "gironda dips."I used to try but fail at regular dips for chest.I could never feel the pecs being worked.These hit the lower pecs very nicely!

thanks bro, i'm going to check this out fo sho! my weak point is my lower pecs actually, which is why i finish by exhausting my lower pecs quite often. they get worked with flat BB bench, and IMO flat, incline, AND decline is just too much for the shoulders. at least for my shoulders anyway. this is why you don't see me doing decline. you or anyone ese have any other suggestions for lower pec exercises??

usually it is in a capsule form. the caps i bought are 300mg per cap. you and i weigh about the same. you're a little heavier than me at the moment, but 3 pounds or so isn't going to make any difference at all. it MAY make you a little drowsy in the morning. not really a drowsy feeling, but more of a "damn i really don't feel like getting out of bed because i'm so damn comfortable" feeling. lmao. if it makes you drowsy in the morning, then just take 600mg and see how that goes. i'm the same way bro; when i wake up in the morning, i want to be able to get ready to do sh!t. not lay around and go back to sleep. :cheers:
 
DAY 43: BACK

Tonights session was EXTREMELY aggressive and I really was into my music more so than any other session since I started the cycle. The unes consisted of Hatebreed, Slipknot, All That Remains, Lamb of God, Pantera, Slayer, Deftones, and Behemoth. Almost every song got me so damn pumped up and I looked at myself in the mirror with my game face on. I just kept thinking to myself "you're fkcukin hardcore, you're on superdrol, this weight is fkuckin heavy, and it's GOING to get repped!!!!!" :aargh: It was the most aggressive session since I was using the M-TST. I did some stretches and light one arm DB rows to warm up. My first 3 working sets were one arm DB rows at 85lbs x9 reps. This is a 2 rep increase from my last back workout. I then did seated cable rows at 160x10. This was a 3 rep increase!! :woohoo: The seated cable rows were by far the most aggressive sets the entire session. I wanted to rip the whole machine off the ground, lmao. These were very fast and intense reps. I watched myself a few times and it reminded me of videos of pros training. I think the music really helped here. Hatebreed's "immortal enemies" played. I seriously believe it made me stronger. I felt like a rabid rottweiler. Anyways, lol. After these I did wide grip overhand lat pulldowns. 3 sets at 140x9. Then I switched to a close underhand grip and did 150x8. To finish off my workout I did close overhand grip lat pulldowns at 150x7. I really wanted to do deads, but due to my bad back pain a day or so ago, I decided not to lift that heavy. 150 as opposed to over 300lbs is quite the difference in terms of strain on the back muscles, lol.
 
Yo Piston, I made this post for you, so that you wouldn't tell me to make new paragraphs again :lol: My mood is still not the greatest. Acne is getting worse again. My appetite is still ravenous. The pumps in my forearms during tonights session were pretty painful. I almost had to stop lifting early, but said "fkuck that!!" and trucked through it. I was real tired today, but it's Friday and this week was quite stressful, so I can't really say it is Superdrol's fault. I have to work tomorrow, which sucks, but since I work tomorrow, I have Monday off :) I've had zero headaches, nosebleeds, or back pumps. I have not felt light headed or weird or anything since that 1 time during my session. So, I am experiencing sides, but not even close to what I was expecting. The mood and overall attitude is by FAR the worst side. I am also shedding a little bit. I have noticed this the past couple weeks. About 15 or so hairs fall out when I comb it(my hair) in the morning, or when I run my fingers through it. Don't ask how I can count hairs that fall out as I comb my hair, cuz I don't know, lol. But roughly 15-20 fall out. This could be normal and I never noticed it before, but just recently I have been paying attention to this and am really noticing it. Time to shower and apply my clen/napalm mix, and get some foooooooood!!

this world is just full of sh!theads, scumbags, hustlers, thieves, criminals, and overall BAD people. it's hard to meet good people these days. i'm a good person and believe that me and other good peoples should unite! lol. so i'm just showing my appreciation and attempting to give something back to the people who have taught me something. i have been so pissed off and annoyed with literally everything this past week and 1/2 or so. doing this makes me feel better and i know it'll make other bro's stoked to get some free shiz. regardless of all of these reasons, and on top of everything, dis is what bro's are for! :cheers:
