this world is just full of sh!theads, scumbags, hustlers, thieves, criminals, and overall BAD people. it's hard to meet good people these days. i'm a good person and believe that me and other good peoples should unite! lol. so i'm just showing my appreciation and attempting to give something back to the people who have taught me something. i have been so pissed off and annoyed with literally everything this past week and 1/2 or so. doing this makes me feel better and i know it'll make other bro's stoked to get some free shiz. regardless of all of these reasons, and on top of everything, dis is what bro's are for! :cheers:

Have you ever taken clen/napalm and clen orally before? I am a little skeptical that if you dont get the sides of clen transdermally then you prolly dont get much of the benefits as well.

Also, for your PCT how is your diet and workout going to change? Going to reduce or increase either?

I've used clen both orally and mixed with napalm as a transdermal. You can be skeptical, but I will tell you that there is a reason why you don't get the sides. A VERY minimal amount of it actually gets into your blood stream if used transdermally. It doesn't need to get into your blood to work. It just needs to reach the areas of fat that you want to get rid of. Napalm is a localized fat loss agent. Adding the clen to it, intensifies its localized fat burning by like 50x. It does work just as well, trust me. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to get rid of lil love handles or that stubborn pouch around your lower 2 abs. If you are below 15% bf or so, you WILL notice a nice difference. It's pretty pointless IMO to even use, if you are above that bf%. You should diet and do more cardio before using something like napalm and/OR clen. As for my workouts, I will do 8-10 reps with less rest time in between sets to keep up the intensty level. My diet will be as clean as it can possibly be wile still maintaining a high caloric intake. It will consist of mainly chicken breast, turkey, ham, 1% milk, 97% lean beef, steak, tuna with little mayo, protein bars/shakes, lots of fruits and veggies, salads, salmon, shrimp, etc. Sales? hmmmm, you may be on to something there. I am just honest and have tried many things, so I know what works, and i'm not a bullsh!tter. Salesman are usually the opposite of that, lol. Nutra should give me a discount for giving them business!! :lol:
 
Well I am trying the napalm/clen right now and am going to continue that and clen orally during PCT. Thanks for the info man.

Also, why arent you doing a longer PCT? I thought the length of PCT was suppose to match the length of the cycle. Plus, you might want to extend the length a couple weeks because of the delayed gyno. That sh!t is hard to get rid of.

Yea poster, that sound like prostate problems brother. Are you taking any saw palmetto?? And yea dude I have had some terrible pains in my noots from my epi cycle so........

Yeah. And Im taking cycle support which has saw palmetto. I keep getting the a$$ end of the side effects of DS's. Im wondering what it's going to be like when I do the cycle Bass is on right now in a few months...
 
Yea I have to agree with hate. Especially if your already taking supps for prostate health and are still having problems. What PH/DS are you on right now?

According to wikipedia the lifestyle treatment to BPH is "Patients should decrease fluid intake before bedtime, moderate the consumption of alcohol and caffeine-containing products"...

How would you compare the P-plex results to what you have experienced with SD so far? I went up 20lbs in bench in the first week of P-plex, so awesome.

yea, a little pain at random times here and there. honestly i think everyone experiences this while on. almost every otc oral log i've ever read, has someone saying their balls hurt, lol. if you're having trouble pissing that's not a good sign bro. get yourself some saw palmetto and dose 160mg twice per day. it doesn't matter if you take it with food or not. this is a prostate supp that lowers the dht levels in your prostate, which is what is causing your urination problems. dht makes the prostate inflame and get larger. this causes it to put pressure on your urethra and makes it difficult to urinate. 4 weeks on tamox is plenty for PCT, even for an injectable cycle. tamox is terrible for you in many ways. the less amount of time you're on it, the better. i've seen studies on women who used it bnetween 20 and 40mg for breast cancer, and their liver values went in the trash. it is IMO worse on your liver than these otc orals that we are taking. as far as delayed gyno, i will not get it, so i'm good in that department. i am going t run DTH(natty T) booster inversely to my tamox to CONTROL estrogen, not irradicate it. Almost every delayed gyno report i've read, incorporated a potent AI like ATD, or the users PCT was flat out bad and didn't even use a SERM. For 4 weeks after my PCT, i will continue to use the DTH and taper the dose back down. I showed my plan do Dr.D and he said this would be a wise thing to do. Also, i'm not using a clone, i'm using 100% pure Designer Supplements Superdrol powder. Some clones have been said to have anadrol in them, which is another cause of the delayed gyno we've read about. anadrol and superdrol(Methyl masteron) are very similar in chemical structure and in action, so i can see how they could get away with contaminating certain clones with this. D said he has never once heard of any delayed gyno until superdrol stopped being manufactured and all these clones came out.

How would you compare the P-plex results to what you have experienced with SD so far? I went up 20lbs in bench in the first week of P-plex, so awesome.

well my bench def didn't go up 20lbs in 1 week. it takes phera 2-2.5 weeks to really "kick-in" so that's odd. superdrol has increased my strength more than the p-plex did so far. i gained more weight with the p-plex, but this is only because my androgen receptors are worn since i ran the p-plex before the superdrol. otherwise, i'm sure the superdrol would have yielded equal, if not more mass gains than p-plex. don't worry about hijacking bro, it has already happened like 10000x lol. also, you're here to learn, teach, and lead, just like everyone else. that is exactly what is occuring here. people are learning new things everyday. as long as my log stays that way, then it's all good mayne.

(second week since that's where I read you're suppose to start your natural test enhancers, i'll be dosing ZMA as well)

Hopefully this will bring back my libido since I haven't seen it since like the first week of the cycle, and my chick isn't liking it. It's like she's with another chick, and not in a good way LOL.

Oh and yeah, I'm kinda blaming my delayed gyno off of P-Plex on ATD as well
 
here are some good variations on the cables that hot the lower pecs perfect!

The only issue I have with cable declines(with body upright and going straight down) is that it doesn't develop your outer lower pecs, since you press with a sharper angle towards the center. Whereas with BB or DB you go wider, and then with DB you finally press to the center.

i'm not sure where you read about the 2 week wait before starting your natty T booster? this would be the case if you were using real gear, since the esters are long acting and remain active in your system for 2 weeks after the last injection. but as far as designers go, you should start the natty T booster on day 1 of PCT. i will do 3 tabs for 1 week, 4 tabs for 1 week, then 5 tabs for the remaining 2 weeks. At the beginning of week 5 where I stop the tamox altogether, I will keep the DTH at 5 tabs per day. Then I will decrease the dose by 1 tab every week thereafter for 3 weeks. i had gyno when i was a teenager. i had it surgically removed and my pecs currently look a bit odd when i flex. i am almost 100%certain a decent chunk or the entire gland itself was removed. i am not really worried about delayed gyno because for some reason i just know i'm not going to get it. i had ZERO prolactin issues while on superdrol or p-plex. i also had ZERO itchiness in my nips. gyno is a little b!tch and i just refuse to get it, lol. if gyno shows her ugly face, i'll kick her in the vag.
 
the gyno surgery is WHY i don't really have lower pecs. it fkuckin deformed my chest for real. i have great looking upper pecs, but when i flex my chest, the outer portion of my pecs actually dent INWARD. stupid fkuckin plastic surgeons! i also really don't even have any lower pec muscle. :sad:

Gironda dips hit the outer lower area very well.I could feel them being pushed in that area and they got plenty sore the day next day after 3 sets.

The only other thing you can do that I know of bass is the declines.The decline smith machine is pretty cool but I don't like the others.Then at my gym you either use db's on the sit up bench,which is such a b!tch getting into position,or you use the smith machine.Which again sucks getting in position,and then you have that fixed ROM that I hate.After I tried gironda dips I knew they would be a staple for a while.Inc bench,then gironda dips with flat evry once in a while instead of gironda dips.

I think my step mom told me when I was young that my Dad is missing a pec.I'll probably ask her sometime.I don't realy want to ask my Dad for whatever reason.She said he was scared that one of us(kids)would have it and thats why he keeps his wallet in his shirt pocket and never takes his shirt off.I never noticed it and have tried to many times.I'll have to ask.

I feel my shoulders alot on inc db's too,but not with a bb.Hate told me to do inc close grips for tris as well and this has helped alot to bring up my upper pecs.
 
Pantera, I just googled gironda dips as I'd love to give them a try, but my gym here at school doesn't have one of those triangular dip bar setups.

Does it have any bars?Old school bb'rs did dips on a straight bar,like a pull up bar.I bet you could still get it with the paralell bars.I have never tried it though cause my gym has the angled bars too.Search it on this site.Theirs a thread about them,and one guy was saying how he trains at many different gyms and he doesn't worry about what type of bars they have as some don't even have anything to do dips on!

lol, well i have pecs, it's just that the amount of excess tissue that i had as a teen was.............well.......excessive. i had major titties mayne, lmao. it's funny now, but back then i'd NEVER take my shirt off, i ouldn't wear anything but baggy as$ shirts, and i'd make up every excuse in the book to not have to go to swim class. if i DID have to swim, i'd fold my arms over my chest. it was terrible and not funny what so ever. i had zero self esteem and was insanely self conscious. they also hurt very bad. i don't recall ever feeling any lump, but they were like mini cones on my chest. i've ALWAYS been real thin and athletic, so it's not like i was a fat kid with b!tch tits. i am SO fkuckin glad i had that surgery. to be honest, that was literally the best decision i've ever made. that surgery forever changed my life. my pecs look weird now, because the amount of tissue that had to be removed was insane. at least now i can build them back up and fix the problem, rather than have someone slice me open. anyways, it's time to fkuckin LIFT MOFO'S!!!! going to to bi's and tri's. it's going to be a SICK session, i can already feel it. oh and just nto note, i just recently bought some Lipo6 and ginseng at work, so i'm using that along with my napalm/clen mix until PCT. I will be running clen orally during PCT :twisted: i bulked up, now it's time to get CUT UP!

I feel the angle of the incline BB bench at my gym is to steep. I have a lot of trouble exhausting my chest before my shoulders give out on it, so instead I just do DB incline and set the bench to a lower level. Also, lately I've been doing incline in the smith machine with a very wide grip. An idea I got from something Dante (the guy who invented DC) wrote over at IM. I haven't been doing this long enough to gauge the results, but the couple times I have, I definitely felt it in my upper chest. So try lower angles and mess around with different grips on the barbell if your feeling your incline work more in your shoulders than your chest.

Yeah I always use the lowest angle on the incline bench, anything greater and its all shoulders doing everything.

oh it definitely did. that and when i was younger, i got into droogs. got in some decent trouble too because of them. i decided things had to change and bbing was an excellent thing to do to keep me out of trouble(sort of) :twisted: when i was in high school in like 9th and 10th grade i weighed 140lbs or so. i constantly was told "damn, you're so skinny!" i got REAL tired of that. like i said before, i have always been athletic and lean. skinny to me, means scrawny. i got so pissed when i was told i was skinny. i raced bmx for years, did track, basketball, snowboarded, all kinds of stuff. so i was tone and pretty strong for being 140lbs. that's why i got so mad. i was like "i'm not fkuckin skinny!! i have muscle dammit!" lmao. the whole being called skinny thing, is the main reason why i started lifting. it provided me with great motivation also. needless to say, nobody calls me skinny anymore :woohoo:
 
DAY 45: ARMS

Today's session was decent, but not that great. I was very tired and literally almost fell asleep while resting in between 2 sets, lol. I had a lil moonshine and wine last night, plus a few friends and I shared a blizzunt :run: It was a very relaxing and good night, so it was worth it. I believe this contributed to me being tired today. I chowed down when I got home too, so I even got in some extra carbs, cals, and protein. On to the workout; I started with three 20 rep warm-up sets of light standing cable curls(wide grip.) I then did 3 sets of bodyweight dips for 10 reps to warm up the tri's. After these I did standing cable curls(close grip) at 120x7 for 3 sets. I went over to overhead DB triceps extensions and did 75x8 for 3 sets. After those, I did standing alternating DB curls for 3 sets. I used 55 pounders for 20 reps total. So this is 10 reps per arm. That is a 5lb and 4 rep increase from the beginning of the cycle. That's pretty damn good IMO. I was using 50lbs for 6 reps per arm. After these I did cable tricep pushdowns for 3 sets. I used 150lbs X 7 reps. I finished of my session with concentration curls for 3 sets at 50x6. I was sooooo damn tired by the end of my workout, i just wanted to go home and go back to sleep. I've had my post-wo meal and the ginseng should kick in soon. I feel fine now :)
 
That is most definatley the SD.I didn't think it was giving me lethargy at the time.When I came off I had noticeably more energy and work didn't suck as bad as it was earlier during the cycle.You will prob feel better when the cycle is done.I know I did.It sucked dragging my feet through wo's towards the end,and work even earlier on during the cycle.

yea, i'm ready for the cycle to end, but at the same time i'm not, lol. i need to use SD by itself because from my experience with it during this cycle, i honestly don't see what all the hype is about. yea it made me stronger and gain 5 more pounds or so, but that's it. i know it's because i used it after i had just used p-plex for 4 weeks, so in the future i'll run it standalone to see what it can really do. i have another gram of the bulk powder, plus i'll have some of the suspension from this cycle left over.

Have you tried Thundergod's recommendation of taking ~2g of Vit C for lethargy? (pretty sure it was him) I dose this for its cortisol effects, but havent really seen anything energy wise. Im all about 200mg caffeine. Even if I get in there yawning, something kicks in and I get a huge rush of energy.

i drink juices with lots of vit C and take b-complex, but i don't know exactly how much vit C i consume. i use red bulls, ginseng, lipo6, caffeine caps, etc for lethargy. today's session was the first that i had trouble finishing. tomorrow is delts/traps, so we'll see how that goes. maybe i'll take a stim before hand just in case.

I don't think I could take a cycle like yours.I know my receptors get downgraded from running another cycle 6 weeks after my first and getting nothing.Those two guys at that local supplement store say they use one every month or 6 weeks and get results every time.They'll even be saying this or that is better than that...........
Some say with havoc that they don't want the cycle to end even after 6 weeks.So I'll see in the future.
