Though I am more a meso/ecto, I find cutting rather easy.
Simply eat less and do some moderate cardio.
I eat very clean, with ZERO sugar, except honey on some oatmeal. I do cardo 6 days a week for about 30 minutes of moderate intensity ( 3-5% incline @ 3.3 speed). If I do HITT then it becomes more of a balancing act with calories b/c I start to recover slower.
Consume ZERO or very few carbs after 8:00pm.
As for supps, I like fish oil, a lil coffee and Lean Green (which is green tea extract). I also drink around a gallon+ of water a day. Besides the water the only other fluids I take in are a couple glasses of RAW milk, not the pasteurized/homogenized dead crap they sell in the store. Also, the milk is from grass feed cows and their milk contains high amounts of CLA.
Overall, it still is 80-90% diet and an hour of training 6 days a week. Having a very strict diet makes it go quick.
