Cycle so far (epidrol)

I'm at Day 9 right now. First 2 days were 20mg, the rest 30mg. Gained about 9lbs so far *YIKES*. That's more than any cycle so far. Hopefully the gains will keep coming.

I've really dedicated myself to lifting very hard and eating whenever I can. I keep a muscle milk RTD by my bed at night and drink it whenever I wake up.

I've also been pulsing 10mg SD before workouts. I haven't been doing that consistently but I'd like to hear peoples opinions on this. I beleive the Epi will keep any estrogen related sides due to SD at a minimum.

My gyno has remained, not reduced. The past epi cycles I've run reduced it, but I think it's done all it could. Now I concentrate on muscle building.

So yeah, any sugggestions concerning stacking the M-Drol or pulsing it with Epi are welcome. I'd prefer not to run it too long especially stacked with Epi. Maybe the last 2 weeks I'll do 10mg a day? Health isn't really a concern at this point, I'm willing to lay it on the line for some muscle gains. I'm more concerned about whether or not that would yield extra gains.

I don't think it's as dangerous as taking 30mg of SD/day... then again I'm no expert.

I plan on trying this type of constant epi + pulsed SD thing this summer.
 
At what point did you start on 4500cals? Has it resulted in any fat gain?

Too many people throw in an extra 1000cals or more at the start of their cycle and say wow im up 5 pounds in my first week.....well yeah your eating a lot more. Not suggesting this is you at all, just saying. Good luck mate!!

I'm bulking so I'm trying to eat at least 700 more cals per day.

That is true, I'm sure alot of my weight gain can be attributed to that.

But if I'm going to bulk during a cycle, it is what I must do.

I've also increased the volume of my work quite a bit. I'm lifting 5 days per week with high volume. That and Epi has made me constantly hungry.

Luckily I've maintained my proportion and definition I've had, so that leads me to beleive the Epi is working. If I just upped my cals without the cycle, i'd see an increase in gut size for sure

Those are some sick gains! My buddy is running epi for the first week at 20, then I think he is running it like this:
Epi: 20/20/20/20 or 20/20/20/10
SD: 00/10/10/20 or 00/10/20/30

I'm not 100% sure how he said he is running his last week, but I'm pretty sure he said total it will be 20/30/30/40. I'll ask him this week.

I'm also thinking about stacking Epi and M-drol, but I'm going to see how his gains go before I waste a cycle.
 
I can say one thing and thats I think the Epi is combating the lethargy from SD. I hope, at least!

I chose to go 30 Epi / 10 SD as to avoid sides. SD is scary and I prefer to keep it as low as possible with my main thing being Epi because it's not as harsh yet almost as effective.
 
So have you noticed any nice gains from pulsing 10mg SD?

I imagine that would be a dry ass stack
well im also running test e and deca so not as dry as you think.

Strength gains for sure since adding the sd but i cant say about mass gains as it could be everything or anything causing that. I can say i havent noticed anything bad since addin the sd prewo.

Thats not bad for a 2000 cal surplus...Do you plan on keeping at 4500?
