Is test still good if date is 2006?

my friend recenly bought a bottle of test-e, name brand was qaulity-vet 10ml vial,can this still be used and if so will the qaulity sufferbecause of date?
 
Is it unopened?

It might have lost some potency, but as long as the preservative content was high enough, it should not be dangerous.

I saw PA saying in a thread that injectable steroids can last forever as long as the vial is unopened, so it must be good...
 
well the cap that goes over the rubber stopper is gone he actually took it off when he got it in 06.He changed his mind then jus put it up, said there had been no needles through rubber though.
