Optimal prohormone dosing

When taking a prohormone (in my case 11-oxo) is it beneficial to take the same amount on your workout days as on your off days? Should I keep the dose the same, or would it hurt to lower to half the regular dose or even lower.

My workout plan looks like this:

Monday - chest/tris/forearms
Tuesday - legs/calves
Wednesday - off
Thurs - back/bi's/forearms
Friday - shoulders/calves
Saturday - off
Sunday - off
 
how much are you taking a day? more for anabolic effect or for cortisol?

I haven't started yet, but my plan is to start @ 200-250 mg. and increase it up to 400-500 mg. depending on how I feel and the results. I am definately more interested in the compound for the cortisol control than megadosing for anabolism.
