Great workout, hang clean form seems to be getting a little better, had some strong pressing.Wanted to take a workout off from squats, will hit them hard next week.


DTH Updates:

Aggression: Again, this has been awesome. Workouts are just flying by.

Sleep: Starting to notice deeper sleeps, not waking up to piss anymore is a huge improvement for me.

Muscle Fullness Looking full again, and when I got home my parents said my stomach looked a lot better so that's always good.

Everything else that I've previously mentioned is staying pretty consistent, particularly strength and vascularity.

Trap Work

Well unfortunately, for some reason, I just wasn't focused on the deadlifts. Did a very sloppy pull on the first 385, and being the stupid, intense lifter I am
I decided to go for a 2nd rep. My legs were locked, and back was rounded...at first I thought it was just a back pump, but now it's Tuesday and I think I aggravated my herniated disc in my sacrum. Going to hit up some anti-inflams, chest/tri on Wednesday, and see if things improve. These pains going down my right quad are getting annoying, reminds me of about 2 years ago when my back was even worse.

I'm on Spring Break, so I'll only be hitting the gym 3 times this week, hitting all the muscles once. Full routine starts back up next Monday.

DTH Updates:

Strength: I must admit, this is still shining. My weight was down for a while and the weights continued to move. I'm now up 4lbs, and I'm expecting big numbers when I get back to school.

Vascularity: This is still solid, nothing more than what I've reported until now, but it's noticeable.

Aggression: Unfortunately, there is so much damn aggression I didn't stop after the first rep cause I was so pissed off lol. Either way, this is one of my favorite aspects of this product.

One more thing I would like to note is that I've definitely leaned out a bit, both of my parents said that my stomach looks much leaner than before (4 weeks ago), and my chest looks much fuller. So that is great news to hear, and while I'm home I am hitting the bulk HARD. Get my stomach stretched out to get back at school and continue to throw the lbs on. Things are really starting to come together, and this product is starting to please me more and more.

Yeah, I think the before/after pics will be pretty good, despite only a 2 month time-span. The back is still tight as sh.it. I fell asleep on my back, but must have rolled over and slept on my stomach all night so that didn't help. :frustrate

DTH Updates:

The vascularity today was the best I've ever seen. Forearms were covered, not only on the bottom though. Had extra veins in the arms, feeling great.

I am confident I'm continuing to lean out on this product while putting on muscle and getting stronger. Hopefully the pictures and you all will confirm this.

I was unaware that anybody ran single bottle cycles of ActX or any herbal test booster/SHBG based product for that matter...kind of defeats the purpose imo.

Nevertheless...had another phenomenal workout today, am very impressed with this product, and the mid-review will be up by the end of the night..a few days off will not effect any of the results.

Bottle 1 Complete - Mid Review of DTH

Bottle 1 Review

Ok first off, I will be mentioning ActX a few times as this log was intended to be a direct comparison, so don't think I'm hating or randomly calling out DS or anything like that, nothing but love for them.

Vascularity: This has definitely improved quite a bit, I had the usual veins on the bottom of my forearm, and one vein down both of my shoulders, down my biceps. However now, I can see the veins actually branching off in my biceps, and veins all down the sides of my forearms. It really looks pretty cool to me to be quite honest, and although many people said Divanil is an amazing vasodilator, DTH definitely wins this category for me.

Sleep: Some nights more than others, I have been reaching real deep sleeps. No waking up for quick pisses, vivid dreams, and the likes. Not all that consistent, and this may be a little dose dependent on how close the tabs are to when I fall asleep. Regardless, I would say ActX definitely helped my sleep more.

Strength: This got very interesting toward the middle of the second week. My weight was fluctuating, perhaps it was because I was leaning out or perhaps my calories were high enough. Regardless of this, my strength continued to steadily increase. Lately my weight has been going back up, and the weights feel lighter and lighter. I would venture to say that DTH and ActX are on the same level as far as strength goes.

Aggression: I have never experienced such aggression in the gym prior to DTH, and I really do enjoy it. It really helps you just attack the weights, and increase the intensity. Resting less between sets, finishing out the last few inches of a failed rep, all kinds of great stuff can be linked to the aggression. DTH definitely wins this category, as it was not something I noted to be significant on my ActX cycle.​

Some notes on the numbers:

Obviously as you can see, almost everything has increased, some more than others. My chest always has been my genetic weakness, so that increase really made me happy. My quads actually lost some size, and not to try and not to come to DTH's rescue, but I do tend to store fat in my legs, and I've noticed quite a bit of leaning out (more noticeable teardrop, etc.) so this loss in size is not necessarily bad in my opinion. Waist size actually went down, as I said, I've noticed some very nice leaning out and this makes the muscular gains that much more pronounced.


Overall, I must admit that I am very impressed with DTH. Very anxious to see what the second bottle will bring, and if gains stay on the level they are at I will consider it a very successful product.

Looking larger, vascularity still there, weight is staying solid, and slowly going up. Strength is definitely increasing, which is my favorite aspect of DTH. I'm confident you guys will notice a pretty significant difference between the beginning/final pics.

It helps ultimate muscle breakdown with no chance for recovery time its the newest fad! Chuck I can't believe you havent heard of this "in vogue" training style!!! Very trendy nowadays!!:toofunny:

Last two workouts were really intense, and .. intense :cool:

Yesterday was chest/tri, can get 225x8 real easy for 3-4 sets. Still haven't gotten 275 for 5, but that will come soon.

Today did some pullups, I'm pullin real good, tried BW+90 on pullups but couldn't get the first rep from the bottom.

I'll record the numbers for the rest of the week, just the last two workouts were really long so I can't remember them all.



I have to admit, my size/strength seems to be up. I'm going to completely ignore the scale for a while, and just rely on look/measurements/strength. Will probably be much better for the psyche as well.

Things are good :thumbsup:
