DTH Updates:
My vascularity is still much improved compared to before starting DTH. A little bit into my workout, once the pumps really start rolling, my forearms are covered, and have more than the usual one vein in my arms.
Strength is up most definitely, I think my form on bench has been messing me up, I have been bringing my elbows too close to my sides instead of 45 degrees. So I'm looking forward to hitting chest again, throw up some better numbers hopefully.
Overall, my weight is up, strength has increased, aggression is DEFINITELY improved, and vascularity as well. Only one bottle into this cycle, and looking forward to starting the second as long as Chuck remembers to send it sometime soon....cause I ran out of DTH today![]()

Well it was going to just be a 30 day review, I never talked about a 60 day log so I had no idea what you were talking about 2nd bottle. I didnt just "assume" ur actx log was sponsored for 60 days.

Chest is definitely getting stronger...somehow my weight is the same, despite the food I've been eating lately (chinese buffets, 6 pancakes, dominoes pies..)
Was going to hit back/bi today but I'm going to take off. Tired, and back feels a little tight, with some small spasms, rather just hit it hard on Thursday when I do Chest/Back and throw in Biceps.

chest and tris, bis was a typo. anyway I was asking more about chest with one day off.Saturday was a relatively light day...decided to hit chest/back..almost like an active recovery type thing.
I did chest/tri today, not sure where you see chest/bi, and it was fine. Tomorrow is back/bi, then legs.
