3-AD: Putting "thesinner" back in "synergy"

This is going to be way more anabolic than 11-oxo.

According to the research on the compounds, 11-keto-testosterone (target steroid that 11-oxo converts into) is actually less anabolic than testosterone (~70% as potent as test). 3-AD (different compound than 11-oxo) is actually more anabolic than testosterone.

Just to update on the "effect", since I started taking it once every 3-4hrs, I haven't had a problem.


I take a lot of aspects from DC, Max OT, and HST to incorporate into my training.

I don't do the same frequency as DC, though. I'm workin' out Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and rotating between the 6.

How about S.H.I.T. training? Everybody needs to throw a little S.H.I.T. in their training regimem!

Day 3:

Cardio day.

I usually like to do a "double day" on wednesdays and thursdays. I have free time in the afternoon on these days, so I like to go and jump rope and people watch. (I'm a huge people-watcher. Especially joggers, because the people who use the indoor track...can't run to save their lives).

Anyhow, morning cardio was pretty light today. My legs are still a li'l tired from yesterday. Jumped rope for 15 minutes and ran on the Elliptical machine for 15 minutes.

Days when I use the Elliptical are days when I am at peak laziness. :P

Well, because I workout so early in the morning (hence the ever-sexy bed head), I have a protein shaker ready to go by the sink in the bathroom.

Get up, down some calories, brush the teeth, and I'm ready to go.
 
Just got done with my afternoon workout.

Whoa, my speed/reaction time were amazing. Once I got in "the zone", I had some nasty jump patterns going.

If I can formulate a way to ask someone to video me, without sounding like an arrogant jerk, I'll see if I can't post a vid of some of my mad skills.

I'll let you in on a little secret. There's where I got the picture for my avatar. It's actually a print by a famous artist, who goes by the name of, Shag. Didn't have a clue about this, until one of the Avant reps (colin?) told me about it. I guess he's a huge fan of Shag's work, and has a tatoo of one of his prints.

Good workout today. No one was at the gym this morning because we done got snow-raped last night. I love it when I have the gym to myself. :D

Forgot to take my weight this morning. I'll have to get it again on Monday. Measurements tomorrow.
 
Damn 50 reps with weighted chins is impressive.

I also like when there is no one in the gym so I can look at myself in the mirror and not look like a d-bag lol, and the free choice of weights is nice too :D.

Hey now, I'm not taking 3-AD for my health....... I intend to bring it higher. ;)

I practice the "progressive loading" concept expressed in HST; however, I don't have it timed out as specifically (just keep adding weight, and the # of reps "magically decreases). I'd say at about week 3 (currently on week 1), that's when we start seeing some sexy #'s and PR's.
