Can someone still have high estrogen (E2) levels even though they don't exhibit the normal symptoms like bloating, water retention, sore nipples, gyno, etc?

Thank you for the quick response. Didn't think it was possible without the symptoms. Could this be a reason why my testosterone levels are high enough, but I have zero libido.

Most often libido is a function of proper level of E2.
There are people with relatively low T and good E2 levels and good libido.
Decent level of DHT also helps.
Prolactin is probably next in line.

I am not a doctor, so I do not have too many good guesses.
I also found that doctors that I usually see are often clueless.
So far best I could do is test and try to interpret results of those tests.
Doctors often also have a poor record interpreting lab results, they go by official ranges and official policies.
That often is guided by some national policy of lowering health cost to insurance companies or interest of big pharma.
So it is up hill battle when someone have a problem to solve.
