While the Boss is Away.....Part Deux!

In no way am I denying the hotness of Jamie Eason. I would do her without a second thought. But that first picture with her arms up like that just emphasizes the width of her shoulders and lats. And somehow that just killed it for me. Maybe its the new widescreen monitor I have at work, but she looks BROAD in the first two photos.

She has tiny frame. Little hips and little butt. She couldn't handle me.

I think I'm going to get a blood test with my next check-up and just check where my natty test levels sit at. How much does that typically run you?
 
Not sure really. I don't have any symptoms of low test, I'd just like to know where the level sits normally before I get cute. Probably my HDL and LDL cholesterol levels as well.

Wider shoulders make the waist look smaller.
And not that I have an armpit fetish or anything, but her front delts and lats make some good pits.
 
I saw this guy on a kids tv show the other day it was pretty nuts... think it was iCarly on Nick for anyone that has kids or just watches childrens programming, was funny.
 
In addendum, Poopster you were right about the Phera. You mentioned that I'd be tossing more weight and now that I'm not sick I'm setting PR's.

This isn't me, but this is what I was doing yesterday. I had 6 plates per side on, and hit for 2 good reps, AFTER going 1x45/side for 10 to warm up, 2x45/side for 10 to warm up, 3x45/side working set for 8 unilaterally, 4x45/side working set for 8 unilaterally, 5x45/size working set for 6 unilaterally. Then I worked my way back down in a slow drop set.
The rest of my workout was mostly weight I could handle for 10-12 reps, and I filled it in with rest pause, and drop sets.

Today my lats are so sore I could barely push the stupid cart at Wal Mart. Every time my girl said to take a right or left it took some effort. Eventually I ended up stepping on which ever rear wheel I needed to lock up to get the damn cart to turn easier.

Today I was curling 60's, which I've done, but not for 8 reps a side. HOO WEE! I was also doing tons of drop set narrow grip presses for tri's, dips, it was a killer day at the gym for being only bi/tri day.

So much so, that about 4 minutes after I ate I fell asleep with my head on the table. My girl had to wake me up so we could get more groceries.

Then I ate again when we got back an hour later. I was actually feeling hypoglycemic enough to where I had the shakes and that bad feeling in my tummy.

This **** is the cats ass. I can't wait for week 2.

LOL phera aint no joke!

I was seriously DOWNING the carbs. I was eating double servings of maltomeal for breakfast with tons of brown sugar preworkout and having tons of pb in my milkshakes and eating tuna right outta the can... just eating eating eating and didnt even really bloat. I was taking prostan too though but still anything I was holding I dropped the weak I switched over to superdrol.

Any how man I was going into the gym and just SMASHIN the weights! I was only 170 when I started and went from movin the 65's for db press with trouble to handling 95's with ease like I had pistons for arms and ended up 17lbs heavier in 3 weeks. I also was tri pressing the whole stack, I think it was 160lbs, cant remember with how long ago it was....maybe I can look it up, anywho it was the whole stack and I was just reppin it with ease.

Then Id be finished and the pumps were just ginormous(pic below was after phera workout), Id go home eat and powernap like crazy. At the time I was only taking a few classes at a local college so I was able to devote myself to eating/sleeping/lifiting and it was literally the best cycle ever.... damn I want to recreate that cycles results again... think I will when I run 4-AD 8weeks, phera the first 4 and M-trn the last :twisted:

why you gotta get me all wound up Dr P???

what do yall think of getting a pair of these and spring clips and just using the olympic plates i'm getting anyhow with the machine, and buying some used spare 1s, 2.5s, 5s + 10s.

they'll work, but might be a bit bulky for some exercises. I have powerblocks and love them. Not sure fi that is in the budget or not.
 
i was thinking of the ironmasters if not those. or those short term, then the ironmasters or powerblocks.

I'd say go for it boss. It simplifies having to have additional weight sitting around. No reason to get fancy, as has been mentioned already.

Anyone going to be in Atlantic City this weekend?
