Great book fofull of allusion and many hidden underlying meanings...It's rather odd that our world appears to be shaping exactly as Orwell describes in 1984.. Read the freaking book lol cliff notes are for losers!
 
What you need is "Neoborn's Basic Bodybuilding Guide!" lol.

I have noticed this with myself sometimes. I would say to most:

1. Workout hard

2. In your rest time, read and learn about supplementation but let it be just that, in addition to your already great diet, workout and recoup strategy.

3. Eat well

4. Rest well

5. Supplement.
 
No, your lack of will, complete lack of toughness and easy ability to get side-tracked did. Though considering none of us have ever seen you and/or lift anything, maybe you weren't training at all?

Way to fall back, you need something new. When you were all over my jock wondering if I had juiced for our DL contest, doesn't resonate, know what I mean?

Mullet, all joking aside, you've given Alex a lot of crap for not posting vids (which I'd like to see too), but I haven't seen anything from you except one extremely high rack pull at 585 that could mean you full DL anywhere between 385-525 depending on your power off the ground. Let's see a DL vid one of these days since I think you told me you were doing around 545.

Let's see a pic of you one of these days with your shirt off, since you said you would smoke me in that respect.
 
i think although its said to be directed towards a group of people, the thread was mainly directed at someone in particular, i mean the clues are obvious....idk either im reading your mind or your descriptions fit someone perfectly. (but i think your inspiration was from this one person)

Anyway with that being said some people are just born pu55ies they dont have the drive, although they think they do. They just dont have the beast, the animal within, they are more suited as some corporate weakling or some well spoken yuppie..or just a fat lazy couch potato living in a dream....im not saying these types of people are the only ones or even that they are all that way, its just that thats the picture i get in my head. when you cant push weight, you cant train hard, or max out your potential even if it is 150lb bench then youre just a real big soft pushover man. You need to watch some action flicks or go to the bar and pick a fight, maybe get your ass beat idk...maybe buy a bunch of strippers to run a gangbang with instead of buying all those supps and try to become a lil less of pu55y. Now, thats not directed to one person just a bunch of guys that just act like they got nothing between their legs....KILL THAT WEIGHT! stop being a girl!

What are your current max's, and age? If I remember correctly you're pretty light, but very strong. You've got a great mentality to get strong, especially being so young.
 
Alexander, Thank you.Squat 400+, bench 300+, deadlift 400+. I have had some good training numbers but have had a few ****ty meets. I compete in the USAPL 148 lbs class teen 3. I am having some problems with overtraining latley. I blew out my lower back and havent been deadlift heavy, only speed. My squat is going good around 450.

Those are nice numbers, especially for your age and weight. What are you like 5'9"? Sorry to hear about your back.
 
5'8" I am not very tall, but I am thin so it gives illusion I am taller. After high school nationals I am going to bulk to about 175.

Haole basically means white boy. MEH sent me a PM stating those are geared numbers, but his raw numbers are good as well. BTW, me and "punka$s" are good friends, Mouth introduced him to me.
 
I apologize for leading you guys on.I am trying to not be miss leading. I compete powerlifting in gear, so that adds to my max. I dont train raw but these are the lifts I have done raw with minimal training squat-365, bench-275, deadlift-450. In gear 425 squat, 315 bench, 475 deadlift. So maybe that sums up why I am so strong. So I am Not really that impressive anymore. Mark
 
Well you guys finally convinced me to quit working out..its just too much effort! I think I'm going to go get fat now and watch tv and eat cake!
