Boxmeman's simple DTH log

Day 12: Delts + Traps
I've noticed that sleep has been FANTASTIC!! Strength is def up and when needed the aggression helps give the weight that boost that is needed to finish the set or rep! I'm naturally a hardcore sweater so this simply intensifies everything! So far EVERY workout I have had while on DTH has been superb!!
 
Day 13: Quads

Freaking INTENSE!! 300lbs felt like warm up weight for 15 reps (4 sets)!! Sweat was pouring,Bass was pumping, energy was rampant throughout.... talk about Hardcore.....Def Noticed the Alpha Male feeling combined with intense aggression!!
 
Day 14: Back+Tris

Back ws a lil sore duing deadlifts but recovery has been off the hook,Im finally getting the horseshoe shape on my tri!!!Anyhow ive def noticed an increase in the bloodflow...everyewhere!Strength is def improving, and rapidly at that!!!

This 40 day cycle of DTH aught to quite an experiece!! Im def gonna be using this again!! Especially during cross country season i think im gonna use this and megadose citrulline malate/cordygen!

This product will def become a staple cycled off and on of course...The sex drive,aggression, and workouts are soooo intense I simply CANT resist!! Any how weights going up, and vascularity is improving daily, starting to get the road map on my chest...

Nice to see you responding well to exactly what its designed to do. I like to see people's money well spent and get results on anything they use.
 
Day 17: Delts + Traps

Simply crazy progression in my delt workout since taking DTH, vascularity is FINALLY becoming VERY noticeable (bis/forearms/chest) I started with very little... Increased libido is out of this world as well as testicle size(hookups are def prevalent because of this uncontrollable desire)!! It seems as if i'm either thinking about having sex or having a great workout!!Def two thumbs up!!:thumbsup::thumbsup:Strength was slightly down due to a cold...
 
Day 18: Off

Def have a bad cough kinda flu like symptoms..Hopefully i'll be better by Wednesday/Thursday!

lol I did on friday but the coughing and congestion is to much... I now have a full fledged flu....I'm not gonna be a dumb@ss and prolong this...

I've missed 2 cardio sessions + 1 workout from it so far, and still don't feel great. I really don't want to miss tomorrow to but I don't want to make it worse either.

Maybe a fairly light workout? doing stuff at 15-20 rep max weights for 12 reps in quick sets with minimal pauses? something like circuit training, but using dumbbells :)

Day: 19 Off

Note: I had been taking 9 caps for the past 3-4 days and i'm now dropping it backdown to 6 caps

Now that I've went back to 6 caps a day as opposed to 9 my libido is back to being wild and random.... :thumbsup:

What did you notice at 9/day versus 6/day? You guys at AM are hardcore.

I ran 9 for around a week and noticed my libido start to dip (slightly), at 6 it;s perfect (simply off the wall). I might go back to nine for a couple training session when im better, and report the exact difference..

Oh they were all insane especially while lifting IMO I can't really have a bad day lifting while on DTH, occasionally I use a pre-workout supp to get everything kick started but this is def crazy fun!! Basically while on 9 im able to use sheer aggression to push more weight up then I normally would be a ble to do, and then afterwoards or on the next set I'm like, "Did I really just do that"???

yea I hear y a trip 120 leaves the playing field and the option avaiilable are limitless in whatcha can do....lol I can see it now you have a scale right next to your bed and if she's over 120....she's getting tha BOOT :toofunny:

Day 23: Quads

Feeling much better, energy was good but for the mos did slightly lighter weights than normal, but the intensity was great!
In order to kick start my workouts with some energy, I will also begin running this log... starting tomorrow!

Day 24: (Calves + abs)

Had some crazy aggresion early in the workout def out of this world....anyhow the energy was rather good today (just began BLAST by Nimbus Nutrition), sweat rate was killer and my strength is def improving.....
