Fenugreek compared to Maca

Interested in feedback from those that have used Fenugreek and Maca. Do both of these provide for "thicker/fuller loads" at a dosage of about 3-4 grams a day?

No I use fenugreek for increased testicle size and havent noticed fuller loads, but it will def get your boys hangin low.. I ususally dose at 4-5 grams a day for 3 weeks then take a week off...
 
Thanks for the feedback. Hopefully some others who have used Maca will chime in. Also curious how Maca compares with Ejaculoid.
 
letro is the one thing that made my balls grow,on it right now and my nuts always hurt,slightly higher libido,macca at the 3-6 gram range will just make you hornier at the thought of a female.popped random stiffies just going about normal life.

are you talking about letrozole? cause that usually destroys peoples libido. i never heard of it increasing libido

is maca something that would significantly increase libido?
 
So 3-5 grams daily of Maca and Fenugreek sounds like for a good mix?

So Fenugreek doesn't contribute to gyno does it, even at 4-5 grams daily?

For me, Maca did nothing. No libido increase or anything else. Gave Fenugreek a try a while back, but don't recall if it did anything, so I ordered some and check it out. I have yet to try any natural product that does anything it claims, in terms of libido increase or volume increase. Everyone responds different however.

I think I spelled it right. Called the weekend pill.
 
Sometimes, it may not be the amount of raw powder that matters, rather the level of extraction or amount of actives per dose or per milligramme consumed. More and more powder may not change much, if the contained actives are in trace amounts. So, steriodal saponins in Fenugreek (up to 50% steriodal saponins and up to 40% 4-Hydroxy-L-Isoleucine) or macaenes/macamides in Maca (regular standardization is 0.6%) may make the difference.

which fenugreek product do you use, pills or powder and brand?
 
Just adding to this thread. Been dosing NOW's fenugreek, 6 caps per day (3 grams) and happy to report this stuff is awsome, huge loads, bigger harder erections. Luvin it. Adding 2 grams of Maca bulk from N.P. let u know how this goes!

Taking IDS testofen my sack grew and my soldier got heavier but no increase in libido. Luckily no gyno and i'm into my 4th week. Descent progress but after I'm done with testofen I'll take a week off and start Aniamal Test.

I just find it silly that people are worried about a "seed" but think nothing at all about taking prohormones, steroids, serm's, AI's and all other kinds of extracts.

Been using NOW Maca. Works very good at making you horny. Also I when I did get i t up I felt a slight welcomed tingling on the head of my love muscle. I can definitely notice the herb goiing thru my urinary tract as I can smell the stuff when I take a wiz. The tingling/slight burning sensation really turns it up a notch. I know alot of erotic oils do the same for women....create a warm tingly sensation down there. Wonder if my tingling gets transfered to her vagina when I slip it to her. Experiments...Experiments. When will it all end. LOL!:wave2:

I wanted to add that I am also currently using Fenugreek from a brand called Natures way which is crap compared to NOW brand Fenu. I want to suggest that for those who got nothing from these proven herbs, perhaps the brand is severely underdosed or full of fillers.

Do you refer to the Fenugreek Extract Standardized for 50% Fenusides a.k.a (Testofen) or the normal Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum)

but i think that's Testofen is made of the seeds and the Fenugreek is a whole plant if i wrong please correct me
 
I wish to try one of these but the two seems really good.

I found the exact same thing. Nature's Way fenugreek was absolute crap. I had great results with Vitacost's fenugreek.

Avoid fenugreek by Nature's Way!

The fenugreek products you see are all made from the fenugreek seed. Testofen is just an extract made from the seed. If you want to experiment, start with fenugreek capsules from Now Foods. They are much, much cheaper than testofen.

Yep, that's the one that worked well for me. People like the Now Foods fenugreek also so if you order from Nutraplanet just go with the Now Foods brand. 4 capsules at bedtime for 1st week, 5 caps at bedtime the 2nd week and 6 caps at bedtime the 3rd week then take 1 or 2 weeks off. Search for posts by Dr.D on fenugreek for more info.
