It is that time of the year. Girl scout cookies are upon us. No ones diet is safe. All I can say is that I am glad I am not competing anymore. I used to hate looking at them and dieting pre-comp

Seriously. I competed in March last year and they were EVERYWHERE during the last few weeks. I actually bought some to have after the show, but I got rid of them after I rebounded like a mofo post-contest.
 
My younger sister is a Girl Scout. The cookies are amazing, but full of sugar and too fattening. They're very tempting. I'm not buying any, but will eventually give my sister some money towards the fundraiser.

Same here I ate 4 boxes the weeks after the show
 
i'm glad i dont have a problem turning down sweets... i like thin mints and all, but i could open up a whole box, smell them, and not be tempted to touch one of them.
 
Dude, you are so f'n right! My wife brought some home and I ate one, then wanted another... I had to take them to my mother's house and leave them there for her. Dang Girl Scouts!

my weakness lately has been steak and hash browns.. i've had a huge steak and 4-5 cups of hashbrowns every night for dinner for the past 2 weeks.

Last year I was walking out of Publix with some Guinness and noticed the Girl Scouts camped out front when I heard, "Hey! You know what goes really well with Guinness? Some peanut butter girl scout cookies."

Needless to say, I was really caught off guard...even more so when I turned around and one of the Girl Scout moms was working it to get me to buy some cookies...what can I say, she had me at peanut butter, lol.

lol yea those charity groups really know how to set up camp at publix from special Olympics to cheer leading to girl scouts they will get you!!!

Man, I miss Publix. Ever get their subs? I could really use a buffalo chicken tender sub right now.

Some lady dropped off 2 boxes of girls scout cookies at work today for us. Coincidince? I think not!

yea there subs are killer if a chcik is working flirt with her and tell her to add more and the subs come out enormous!!!!!!
 
Yesterday must have been cheat day, cause I had a blizzard from DQ yesterday too. And a bunch of G.S. cookies. Shhhh! Dont tell!!

...almost caught some **** while I was typing that first post last night...the word MILF would have been appropriate, but mysteriously vanished from my post when I realized my wife was looking over my shoulder :frustrate
